I would’ve complained about this series a lot more if it weren’t for the movie. At least The Eds finally got the happy ending, that this school photo episode got null and void for me, but holy frick, the thought of Eddy’s Brother is the cause of many problems of the series reeeally takes hour off of my life.
Eddy would’ve been treated as a good friend if he never idolize his brother. Eddy succeeded in carrying his brother’s legacy by being a very big jerk and money loving stuff. Without his bro’s existences, Kevin and others wouldn’t have any reason to be an butthole to Eddy as Eddy wouldn’t treat them as older bro treated. The ending of that movie pretty much shows how instant their thoughts on The Eds changes to even beat the living shit out of Johnny for attacking The Eds when they all except him and Plank learns about the bro. Kind of wish I see the deleted scenes of the movie
I heard there’s a beach scenes where it shows how Edd got his black hat, a police scene taking Eddy’s brother to jail, the schizo scene of Johnny with the giant gum and a lot more
It did. Most of them are S4 and S5. This was one of the worst, the first grossly exaggerated character quirks and this one just fricks Eddy over for no reason
He was kinda tone deaf with his creative ideas or was kinda "blind" or deaf with the episode ideas and just let it happen, hence it lead to all this shitty show crap?

The one redeeming factor of the awful school picture episode is that if things went as planned and Eddy moved into his big bro's room, they would have been found and killed when the Big Picture Show happened. So this awful day did end up saving the Ed's hides.
