Regular Show on Adult Swim is long overdue
They literally aired the lighthearted cheesy episodes of Adventure Time on adult swim before even considering giving that slot to Regular Show to save it from the void it entered immediately after its finale.
Lazlo, Ami Yumi, Class of 3000, Teen Titans, Gym Partner, Duck Dodgers, Sailor Moon, Loonatics Unleashed, Jackie Chan Adventures, Johnny Test, OG Pokemon, Time Squad, Megas XLR, Naruto, Out of Jimmy's Head, and everything else that isn't already on HBO Max
Most of these are either written off or stuck in licensing limbo.

Cow & Chicken / IM Weasel still gets acknowledged by CN LatAm where it is pretty popular still, if I have to guess maybe they ignore it because of it's content

That's pretty cool, I've never seen these before. The top-left one in particular must have been really early on.
I remember watching all three of these What A Cartoon shorts, quite possibly the very first time they each ran, as well as many others (most that never got to become actual shows). That will always be Cartoon Network at its best in my mind.
