Presumably these princesses would be relying on their armies for assistance on the battlefield and would not be expected to be instrumental in field operations. I would pick Relena, as she would probably have the most effective moral presence. She wears her uniform well and is able to come off as a competent royal who has her people's best interests at heart at a glance, whereas Lacus does not (lol pop singer), and the 00 and IBO princesses are useless better run an orphanages than their own countries.
