None of them, it’s revival was 20 years too later. Scudworth was really the only one who remained the same in that time span.
That said Episode 9 was probably the least bad because it focused on Mr. Butlertron and not any of the nu-clones. The callbacks to 20s animation and Ralph Bakshi were also sorta neat too.
Not sure why people are so obsessed with the ending leaks. Things could easily be reversed during the next season's intro episode so they don't mean much
people keep saying this but thats literally the opposite of true, this ep couldnt feel less like a first season episode. it's still a good episode though.
Ep 9 was the best ep without doubt..
but i'll probably be a bit unpopular to say that i didn't mind this season that much. it's been 20 years, you can't expect them to immediately pick up where they left off. Hopefully season 3 will be a return to stride
Considering that Scudworth made a point that he specifically needed a Mr.B meaning he might've already had one but lost it somehow, the answer is it's just a cartoon lol who cares.
Has he ever addressed anyone by their name before? If this was the first time, they kind of handwaved it despite the episode "revealing the origin behind 'Wesley.'"
I really don't give a shit. Clone High is a parody of teen sitcoms by emphasizing how horny and fanservicey those could get, so I'm following Euphoria rules: a bunch of twenty-somethings playing high schoolers. Gimme more Cleo goodness
MTV programming executives forced Phil and Chris in promoting in-house/network-exclusive guest stars like Ashley Angel to give MTV the publicity it needed at the time.
This was all before MTV traded music videos/Unplugged band performances for Real World competition shows and teen pregnancy reality shows.
of season 2? George Washington Carver and his lil' friend. Only characters that didn't feel like they'd been completely changed, and that's mostly because they didn't have too much to change.
Topher Bus was the best fit with the old cast but had the least time to shine. Confucius had potential but didn't have enough room to breathe. Harriet and Frida are a waste and took up too much screentime in literally every episode involving them, they should've just repurposed Cleo into one of their roles.
this new season has consistently been 50% as enjoyable as s1 and 50% off-putting and jarring for the wrong reasons for every episode
there are many moments in each episode that make me laugh out loud, but there are just as many moments that make me wonder what the frick the writers were snorting
i have never been so thoroughly divided on something in this way
i loved seeing scudsy again even if he spent a disproportionate amount of time simping for candide, and mr b is always great also i never needed to know why mr b says wesley d e s u, because we already knew
due to him being based on mr belvedere but ep was still funny though
Am I the only one who was genuinely baffled that half-way through the season Topher went full incel? Like, I thought his character was just being afraid of being cancelled and being an internet jerk, I can see how those two could go hand-in-hand, but it feels like the incel thing just wasn't really a part of it until later?

So that's your answer then
For your consideration
Mr B is always funny
Is season 3 confirmed?
It was confirmed two years ago when HBO Max ordered two seasons, it'll release in 2024
They already started working on it and we have leaks from the ending lol
Not sure why people are so obsessed with the ending leaks. Things could easily be reversed during the next season's intro episode so they don't mean much
Wdy? I'm talking about s3 as far as we know there is no s4 beyond teasing people that maaaybe they'll bring back Gandhi to get people to watch.
What happens? I'n not touching any of the new clone high after seeing that atrocious pilot.
Episode 9, no contest. It's the only one that genuinely felt like it could have been from the first season
>Died of natural causes....from injuries sustained from that train what hit 'em
people keep saying this but thats literally the opposite of true, this ep couldnt feel less like a first season episode. it's still a good episode though.

Anyone have a magnet for S1 in decent quality?
Gandhi 🙁
I found Joan "killing" Jesus to be very funny
Wait I missed that
it was in the montage of her pushing people into trapdoors
i like every episode 🙂
So is the Mr. Butlertron in the intro digging up bodies with Scudworth a different Mr. Butlertron than Mr. B?
Probably not, the Mr. B episode is supposed be making fun of Oscar bait movies.
Don't think too much about continuity and canon in a satirical TV show
Considering that Scudworth made a point that he specifically needed a Mr.B meaning he might've already had one but lost it somehow, the answer is it's just a cartoon lol who cares.
i can't say
every ep had at least 2 really good moments that made me laugh out loud, but as a whole they have a different feel from the s1 eps
they just wanted to do an ep that parodies award-bait shit, i wouldn't consider it canon
Episode 2
I did not care for the Mr. B episode.
Same, I think he's unfunny as frick in general
How could you even say that
Yeah it was frickin weak, but the ending was alright and some of the alternative artstyles looked cool. Complete waste of an episode otherwise
The finale was pretty fun
Yeah, I enjoyed it. I wonder what's next for Candide
sucking small clone wiener and making fricking nasty porn
Sucking LIZARD wiener and making REPTILE porn
Has he ever addressed anyone by their name before? If this was the first time, they kind of handwaved it despite the episode "revealing the origin behind 'Wesley.'"
He addressed Cleo by her name twice in the crown episode.
CLEO
ONLY CLEO
I personally think its amazing how they made this former bawd into a monogamous lesbian in one season
All it took was 2 episodes, she was barely relevant this season.
I thought it was alright, I really liked the childhood segment it was weirdly cute.
It's crazy how different she is. JFK is pretty different too
you're just delusional
What
>lesbian
Bisexual.
>inb4 "but when a bisexual gets with a woman they'll never be seen with a guy again
Doesn't make them not bisexual
anyone got a mega havent seen the new season yet
>Cleo is 16-17
>that guy in real life was 21 years old
Even for the early 2000s, how did they get away with that?
Bro do you even know who that is? Thats Ashley Angel from o-town a bigger musical sensation than elvis.
I really don't give a shit. Clone High is a parody of teen sitcoms by emphasizing how horny and fanservicey those could get, so I'm following Euphoria rules: a bunch of twenty-somethings playing high schoolers. Gimme more Cleo goodness
I don't have a problem with that part, grown ass twentysomethings playing teens is always funny.

It was the early 2000s
and?
I don't know if he's actually called someone by their name in season 1, but he did mention Abe and Scangrade by their names to other characters
The one where I saw Joan's soles and toes
real
Gay sex with Frida.
What are you implying
Had a chuckle at Candide's fandom wiki page
Well, they're not wrong
PLAP PLAP PLAP PLAP
the one where i got to see cleo be brainwashed
Who was your favorite of the cast?
of season 2? George Washington Carver and his lil' friend. Only characters that didn't feel like they'd been completely changed, and that's mostly because they didn't have too much to change.

I wish they'd actually let him say anything instead incel-y instead of just implying he said them.
Season 1 remaster when?
Is all the footage this clear? It could probably easily be upscaled if someone cared enough to do it
Cleo cupping her boobies.
Why is conversation about clone high so dead
Why shouldn't it be? What else is there to say? It was so-so and paled in comparison to the original run?

Writers rooms used to only have one female don't ya know.

i'll be honest, kinda disappointed Scangrade didn't say "INFIDELS!".
what the h*ck...
