Taskmaster is coming back according to the beginning portion of the gameplay reveal, and Wraith seems like she’s actually going to be a significant part of the story.
I doubt they're actually going to spoil too much about gameplay before release but I really want to know how the arms are going to work in gameplay. I assume they're going to functionally replace the symbiote once Peter loses it but between the teaser and the statue featuring them heavily it seems like the devs don't plan on keeping them a secret.
I also hope you can customize them or at least have them switch colors depending on the suit, I want to be able to have gold for Iron Spider, black and yellow for Anti-Ock, and dark red for Superior.
Aside from the parry or the skill wheel, what other changes do you guys think were made for the combat?
I hope they made a style bar to encourage more diversity from the player in the way he engages with the enemies.

Maybe he’s using the loud vibrations from the bell, or something similar, while he gets Miles to help him with his electric powers. It’d fit in with the tagline being Be Greater Together for this game, since they’re both working together to get rid of the symbiote.
Peter was it's first host and by far the best, he was strong and agile beyond any other human being and appreciated it's gifts before he came to his senses.
There's also the fact that right after it bonded with Eddie Brock who hated Peter, so the spider is most likely a mix of the symbiote missing Peter but also being spiteful as it's hate and anger mixed with Brock's own, they named themselves Venom just because that's what they wanted to be to him.

Fiction writers create the rules for their world, so it's lazy to then later not abide by their own rules

I saw in an interview a long while back that the game director or some other big shot at Insomniac has an autistic obsession with the iron arms and the only reason they were in the first game at all is because after they developed the suit power system he saw it as an opportunity to add his favorite thing.
So hopefully that's a good sign.

Lots of people say that Peter will make them after he gets rid of the symbiote so we can still keep all of the abilities the symbiote suit introduced, but with different animations.
I'm not a fan of how Spider-Man's colors are basically Captain America's in these games.

Don't think they would do that. At best there will be either some jokes about it or, who knows, maybe Norman experimented on children too to replicate Spider-Man's powers.
