Here's the interview where he gets angry/defensive over what is obviously a grooming operation (pic-related is randomly selected snippets). There's no doubt that trading sex for fame is a longstanding tradition in Hollywood but Feldman was just trying to tap into the idea of it in order to regain public attention (he has a weird mix of narcissism and borderline personality disorder). It's pretty obvious what he's doing (he even contradicts himself multiple times in the interview and notice how he deflects questions by bringing up his own abuse).
It's a p common trait with abuse victims, they loathe ethical standards their experience tells them that others are not held to.
The hilarious thing is that he can't resist attempting to project how much of a ladies man he is (i.e. narcissism) while he's trying to deflect questions into accusations of grooming and sexual assault.
Yeah, Feldman manages to ride the line between sad and funny well because of how absurd he is. I sympathize with his struggle to find a baseline, but he's too goofy to take seriously. He's totally internalized the freedom to be a predator in Hollywood, but on some level probably knows it's wrong, so he acts out like this. I'm more interested in Charlie Sheen just because I want to know where it started. Did his father abuse him? Did his father permit abuse? Was it a total accident?
