That's not true anon, they try to put themselves or the viewer in the shoes of the VFX team, explaining or imagining how a certain effect was achieved, why a certain choice was probably made instead of something else.

I think the biggest problem with She Hulk is how she looks like a green and tall woman, and at that point, even if it was probably a lot of work to have a live action tv series where the protagonist is a Full CGI person, I find Mystique's makeup in the first Xmen movies to be much more impressive.
When something is compressed, you can't see it as well, so you don't even know exactly what problems there even are. You can't watch a cam rip and say a movie has bad cgi, it doesn't work like that.
