shit that fricks with your perspective/sense of space/etc is inherently interesting, but hollyids will never go the extra mile and instead cast a black man in a shitty TV show to get back at the evil terrible racist who called his cat Black personman.

in the mouth of madness is kino-lovecraft. as well as:
        -The Void
        -Mandy
I know I am blanking on a couple more bigger movies but there are also a couple indie movies that are decent, made by this duo Benson and Moorhead. Check out 'Spring' if you haven't. I think it was around 2014. They went on to do a couple more movies (resolution, endless, and latest being Synchronic).

I've seen all except Synchronic, and the Void and Endless are valid

John Carpenter's "In the Mouth of Madness"

          Stuart Gordon's "From Beyond"

It's a shame Hellboy never did anything with the concept seeing how both Hell&Heaven and Lovecraftian powers are true in universe
Mike Mignola just kept them separate in a nonsensical way

It's better that way, explaining one with the other would cheapen both. Albeit Dreams of Witch House shows Nyarlathotep as demonic

But Hellboy's arm is connected to the Ogdru Jahad but it's never explained how exactly
It implies the Ogdru Jahad and outer olden ones are demons but it never gets a resolution so it's kinda lame
In addition to having both actual "demons" and lovecraft stuff around but being completely random being lame

King in Yellow is pretty creepy, Azathoth never bothered me all that much because he just floats there and listens to music and we just hope never wakes up. But he seems fairly innocuous to me.

Yog-Sothoth is pretty cool just being everything and then some like the universe and beyond all has one mind that can talk to people if it wants to. Pretty neat.
