...then you have a wrong definition of "sheltered." you can be exposed to all the harshness of the world and still be a pussy who shirks from confrontation.
"Craig of the Streets" was a nice episode to watch.
We have Duane and Bernard dropping Craig and Jessica at Uncle Darnell's house in New Jersey. Much of the focus is on Craig and his cousin Bryson. They were planning to play some new video games, but Darnell took over the TV. Craig suggests going outside and exploring the city, saying it would be fun. Bryson suggests going to the laundromat, where they set up a new arcade game. They convince Darnell to give them a dollar to buy a butter roll from a bodega (apparently more posh than a Choco Roll) and set off, though not before Jessica tries to come with them – some sort of invisible wall puts the kibosh on that, though.
They arrive at Bobby-Bobo's Bodega (is this a 'The Casagrandes' reference?), where they get the butter roll and 75¢. They pass a mural, a Chinese restaurant that didn't remove its opening decor, and the residence of a kid named Lucas who moons them. Then Craig attempts to go through an alley, but a brick monster appears, which is quite freaky. They move on to an open fire hydrant that they play in (and Lucas comes by to try to moon us, the butthole – get it?) before reaching the laundromat.
They take off their shirts and sneak them into a dryer being used before playing the game. Unfortunately, a couple of teenagers are playing. Craig asks for his turn on the game, but they roast him really bad about stuff like his ashy elbows. Craig decides to trade the roll in exchange for a turn at the machine. With only enough money for one game, the two decide to split controls. They lose the game pretty quickly (and harshly by the game), but they had great fun exploring the city. Of course, they get in trouble with Darnell for taking too long to get the roll. It was pretty hilarious, though.
The episode was nice. It was fun seeing Craig and Bryson switch roles. It was also interesting to see some of Bryson's hometown.
It was a nice change of pace from the previous episode, and it was pretty tightly paced to boot. It kinda reminds me of 'Big City Greens', actually. I mean, you could probably play it on loop and still have a lot of fun watching it.
I give this episode a 9/10. Nothing exceptional, but it's a pretty simple, solid episode.
so no one was gonna tell me they just randomly dropped teen wildernessa and she's dating craig wtf puppy love isn't for like 2 more eps. Also crazy craig wasn't surprised he's dating wildernessa even tho they still rivals and he didn't know she actually liked him. weird
ik but why wouldn't he be surprised even more if he's not looking to date. I feel i'd be surprised if my future was with my female bully/rival/ biggest opp.
yeah what are they even gonna do with her now that her show died? also doesn't linc have like 5 plus love interests without her anyway?

The characters are still appearing in 'Loud House' episodes. >also doesn't linc have like 5 plus love interests without her anyway?
Yeah. He blew it with Christina, petered out with Ronnie Anne, didn't have a chance with Paige, got shot down by Stella, and for the live-action series, he'll have no such luck (pun intended) with Charlie.

Why do they have to be so horny, though?
huh weird but not uncommon for out of order ladybug does it all the time.
Tell that to Ronniecoln shippers.
I swear i did ship that but then they sent her away for he shitty show lol. Also i do like the ship type but it needs better set up was my problem but if it's out of order it explains it.
eh i kinda like the bullies you because they like you i feel the best version is nagatoro where she actually was never that bad and was super supportive and refuses to let others bully him. She just a tsundere but actually tries to make him better. Because of her he has more confidence he has better posture muscles and a new haircut she really took the gloomy scrawny loser and made him a normal kid who has more passion and resolve for himself and his dreams.
>lynn
kek bro you can't compare a basic character to that also lynn has always been more of a dick she literally has been shown to not want anyone to get stronger or better than her or she throws a hissyfit.
I like lynn but she def a brat

yeah poor really lynn is def a bad end. Ronnie anne is just a poor girl with a dumb big bro who has to take a lot of stress on and be her own parent but she has to send that anger somewhere so she chose linc and being a bother to the other kids. But then linc was the only one to notice her and be nice to her. That type of character is why i could never hate helga she def is wrong and some of the messages about it were dumb and dated but overall arnold and helga kinda need each other. i'd say the same about og linc and anne but they both are so vastedly different characters it's hard to say.

I feel like this episode is out of order, because I know we're getting another wildernessa episode soon.
Or maybe this is more meta. This is Craig of the Creek crew literally telling us, Wildernessa won the craig bowl and this is the ship the show will be going with.

yeah definitely also damn i still can't believe in the first few eps i shipped kels and craig purely cause standing next to each other. But i can't believe the craig bowl is over wildernessa is standing on a mountain of corpses. Someone should draw the full craig harem he really had tons of suitors.
Crildernessa episode today who's ready
what time does the ep drop? please let their be a leak this the only one i really want to see
Looking forward to this.
But really I do kind of miss when she was mainly for Kelsey episodes.
Do you think Kelsey and Craig would bith end up learning spanish for Stacks and Wildernessa? Also is JP girlfriend also Mexican?
damn i think so because of her skin tone either that or native American which is what i thought nessa was originally. The whole squad crushing latino puss

i was just saying i get a vibe she's lonely and seems to not have friends til kelsey and even then she purposefully distances herself.
They gave Jason and Wildernessa sad backstories.
true they kinda do i guess I'm just used to the more grimdark secretly angsty cartoon worlds built upon abuses and neglect and everyone is fricked up. So yeah I'm just being picky/petty also idk i'd like more lore that involved the kids.
just actually watched e26 and jesus christ that ending was a little too real, shit was depressing
im pleasantly surprised with these designs though, shame we probably won't see one of everyone
also like said craig just completely sideline the fact that he's dating wildernessa like how do the witches even know about that
thanks for the pic anon i shall add it to my ref collections maybe depending on how much i like puppy love i may draw some wildernessa.
Exactly shit kelsey brought it up just to refer to how her and stacks broke up even she wasn't more shocked everyone thought nessa was her crush/hero but she wasn't that bothered by it. An craig and her still have some beef not as much but no where near he should be ok with her being his future gf. But that name and phone image was cute asf
>im pleasantly surprised with these designs
Same, they did a pretty good job with the designs for the characters they showed. Makes me curious about what some of the other characters would look like at that point.
>said craig just completely sideline the fact that he's dating wildernessa like how do the witches even know about that
Maybe wildernessa walked into the smoothie shop with Craig at some point? It's fun to think of them shipping Craig and her together. I imagine the smoothie spot is popular the creek kids have gone in at several points for the witches to know who everyone is.
yeah, i think me and that anon's main point was more puppy love hasn't happened yet but someone stated it's out of order so i guess puppy love was supposed to be first. But yeah from a viewer perspective at best their just begruding acquaintances but here he's dating her and theirs no shock, like when arnold learned or dreamed he'd be with helga he basically was shocked and horrified and tried to avoid her and the dream the entire episode.
But overall that is a fun idea just some of the creek girls venting to the which i mean idk many little girls that would want to go into a random cave with a bunch of sweaty men to vent their problems or crushes lol.
>the official ship name is Crildernessa

why not just say rivals-to-lovers its a common saying for a reason >>the official ship name is Crildernessa

eh i guess they were more friends after the events of the snow ep and the tag game. but def felt more precarious because of former beef also kinda sad because i loved craig when he realized nessa was being a b***h to him he was mean back i like that i kinda hate nice to mean. I want it to be like how a real person would react which is man frick you too kid.
I will take friends to couples over enemy to lovers
I like my enemy to lovers more kinky kek, but friends to lover can feel kinda forced or feel like it ruins the dynamic imagine if kelsey and craig started dating it ruins the trios vibe and flow cause then you got a third wheel
>But yeah from a viewer perspective at best their just begruding acquaintances but here he's dating her and theirs no shock
I mean, it works either way. Nobody else seems to know that Wildernessa has a crush on him?
true but that's because she really has no friends, she even keeps kelsey and stacks at arms length. She really is a depressing kid character. she totally seems outside of all the other creek kids til the whole craig connection stuff.
I feel what would have made craig peak is if they took elements of weedonticha and had some of the kids have darker backstories and home lives but that's not something modern shows do as much anymore. but yeah wildernessa and junklord feel like they should have absent parents or shit home lives.

The episode was really cute. Kinda reminds me of tmnt episode where rapheal sees everyone else in love and calls Mona Lisa, except in reverse.
Good episode really cute seeing Wildernessa being vulnerable and open. Nice to see craig slip up and call her Vanessa, rare to see Craig break the "creeksona" playing around.
As far as shipping goes, I'm satisfied. A kiss would have been too much as you could tell Wildernessa barely confessing to craig. Also the way in which she did it at the end was really cute, and Craig response was perfect. (I'm glad this time he understood the subtlety of her message)
I couldn't finish the episode because this b***h. What the frick is wrong with her. I had a second hand embarrassment watching it with my daughter

She wants to be a dog because she has a belief system that dogs are all knowing god-like creatures. She thinks that all problem can be solved through dogs and is obsessed with achieving dog-like status above children. Not specifically wanting to be a pet.
Eliza's entire character arc is lowkey the best recurring storyline in this show and it angers me Ben is probably writing it that way completely by accident
Her core motivation is that she's the only character in the creek not playing pretend because she doesn't have to. She joined the Council purely out of spite because she hates Craig and hates how everyone in the whole creek loves him because of how charitable he is
She joined just to observe and monitor his behavior and near the end of S3 when Xavier goes and steals all the candy she has not only seen enough but leaves the council because it was in her mind a massive waste of time
So not only does she not play along with the other creek kid's bullshit she feels Craig is too full of himself to look after the creek.
Bro that's everyone in this tiny ass fandom that populates this board. Who is the one fricker who keeps recommending Kelsey go into Ms. Cinemaphile every year?
Eileen because they have a rapport; she trust him with her secret.
Mackenzie because they have familiarity.
Aggie because they share a personal interest (which she picked up solely to outdo him).
Eliza because enemies to more/alpha brat + nerd.
Brigid because I just like her and want to see Craig dealing with her weirdness on a general basis.
The great thing about Vanessa is that she's exactly who she is no matter the circumnutates; with a lot of the other girls their creek personality gets watered down and some even get docile around their families for example. Vanessa through and through is Wildernessa.
yeah true but we've never seen her around her family odds are she probably doesn't have much of one since she's said cheesecake is all she's got she may have absentee or busy parents.
>some even get docile around their families
That makes it sound way sadder
yeah kinda they aren't the same around their parents but i mean learning your kid hangs out in the sewer is def worrisome. how do the sewer kids not constantly get sick.
The Sewer Water is unbelievably and unrealistically clean. Compare the Sewer in CotC to the Sewer in Ed Edd and Eddy which realistically looks like a real Sewer because its filled with Runoff, Trash and literal Shit.
When the Flower Scouts explored the other end of the tunnels to get Craig's fake map you could actually see flowers and other outside plants growing on the actual drainage pipe which is even more ridiculous.
yeah at best they'd be growing at the bottom where the water splash but not in the pipe maybe algae but not flowers.
Having an activist gf who occasionally needs/wants you to check her and dominate her sexually sounds hot as hell. I don’t even know what to call it but that’s diamonds-tier.
i'd just call it bratty i guess or just over all sub. Ikr though perfect gf stuff but i feel that's what most activist girls need anyway because most of they bfs be betas that let them cheat and do dumb shit. but craig a chad so he made sure to keep her from doing stuff to insane.
I still feel like the original plan was they wanted to pair her up with Kelsey but since Craig is the main character he had to get involved in some way if they werent just gonna flat out make Craig gay so they went the Poly route.
Besides, Kelsey and Wildernessa have personalities that best fit each other since they're wild untammed tomboys
Dunno what the frick the deal was with the Library girl. Its the same with George where someone must have just wanted to write their OC in and ship them with a random character
i feel that's why they need a craig and stacks two adhd hyper untamed tomboys is bad for each other their is no natural hierarchy or person to reign them in. so they'd just be doing crazy stuff you need a bit of an opposite to help fix or contain your worst qualities.
really vanessa is the most boring choice? she seems the most surprising and interesting choice out of all the girls.
[...]
ikr it's why I'm made she the only one with no concept art or more stuff
>hot >has car and can drive >likes chilling in nature >clearly affectionate >willing to fight for things she believes in >ready and willing to go on adventures >would probably let you hit in the backseat after a night hike in the creek
I'm seeing no downsides
She's really close to her dog, so she's probably got a kink for it.

lol, she like being the pet, she wants to be treated like a bitch
>overall probably does puppyplay
Craig lets her beg and bark a little before he lets her have "her treat" >also maybe into pred prey play
Not as familiar with this one but would she be the prey or the predator?
she would 100% love her treat. she's really into the submissive side of it she, i imagine it started as a joke at the creek them hanging out her being stand offish and kinda domineering then craig maybe stood up to her or messed with her back she maybe punked down and then he jokingly called her "good girl" and something just went off in side her.
Also pred prey is basically that thing where sub=prey and dom=pred, it takes on many forms mostly cringy rp shit and furries, but yeah really just depends mostly like a lot of other dom sub stuff but more gender rolely and primal.
she'd 100% be the prey, she likes it that way also now i realize it works even better if they started it at the creek. they play at night she likes the feel of it she's secretly afraid of the dark but knowing he's out there hunting her willing to take her at any time she can't help but get "excited".
edit this to be craig talking about wildernessa

>he jokingly called her "good girl" and something just went off in side her.
I feel like this is a common experience for a lot of women. I can't imagine it's impossible for that to happen for her too. I don't know what it is about those two words but it seems to get a lot of women off. Maybe it's the praise or something like that? Or degrading? I don't know.
Anonymous
eh in my experience girls are into a little of both even the most dominant girls gets all doe eyed and shy over praise and even the most wholesome girl gets hot and bothered over being called a bawd or other such stuff.
Also i think nessa would be the a mix as she's a more domineering type who seems to get to do whatever she wants so she'd probably like someone to check her and challenge her and put her in her place but also dote on her as she seems to be lonely, so a mix of a praise and degradation and dom thing.

of course the real question is can she handle craig's staff. I believe all her subby antics has awoken his dominant side and he kinda like breaking her especially when she gets to domineering and talkative, i mean she's an activist gf if he didn't put her in her place every once in a while she'd go full schizo. he reigns her in

But she's such a nothing character she spends most of her time indoors. She's barely a creek kid she just charges creek kids like she's Kit in exchange for book reports and papers they're too lazy to do themselves.
I always assumed Craig was gonna eventually pair up with Kelsey or they were gonna introduce some kind of Poly dynamic, in fact I could still realistically believe it to be the case since Kelsey also used to crush on Wildernessa.
The only real strange choice was George since him either being Gay or Bisexual comes completely out of nowhere its like someone on the writing team just wanted to ship their Fur OC with some random character and it had to be George for some weird reason.
Wildernessa was first paired with Kelsey. I'm still convinced when she was first on the scene the crew weren't sure which latina pepper to give Kelsey.
But specifically, Wildernessa always gave craig shit, in some way paying attention to him. But not in a hey Arnold Helga way (as in that show we the audience knew Helga liked Arnold)
Then her episode she had an "omg he's actually hit scene"
>the official ship name is Crildernessa

Here
I think I can appreciate this isn't a will they won't they situation. Ronniecoln started out string and faded away. Pazdipca (whatever it's called) ehile having it's good moments clearly was never intended to be a "will they"
normies called it dipcifica, Cinemaphile called it padippica. for once Cinemaphile picks the superior name. i wouldn't mind if they were more low-key about shipping craig

yeah she's all ups

She's the type of activist who threw garbage to the Mona Lisa. That's a huge downside.
nah she's shown to have self awareness the type that did that are the type that start their cats and dogs. Those are faux activist remember her first ep she was in she called out kelsey for going to far and releasing dogs willy nilly.

lol idk i saw kelsey x craig too wtf why did we think that. But yeah them being poly is both hilarious and fits in my jokey craig harem thing he gets all the hoes.
Craig and Wildernessa let Kelsey get some action long ago but wrestling took most of her time so they all drifted apart.
she learned all that wrestling but she loves to be pinned down and bottom.
Really tho kelsey and wrestling wasn't even a possibility I saw her as a writer and maybe fencing or real into larping wrestling felt so out of right field also her adult design was a little surprising i thought she'd be more like Maya build but it's interesting to see she stayed pretty solid without being fat.

Yudori. A Korean artist famous for the comic where she aborted her baby and said she's rather the last guy she fricked die than her rapist. jeez hope she gets help as an artist myself i meet tons of girls like that in college they usually make being molested or abused their whole personality. To her credit, she's mellowed out quite a bit. She gets shit on here but her art and her humor isn't bad at all. She's also fairly self-aware of how her abuse has impacted her sexuality, which is better than a lot of people.

jesus this frick greentext >i'm not bringing that energy back >I can't frick it all away
bro why these lines hit so hard they felt like he was genuinely concerned and scared for her
the future episode was top-tier. i'm glad everything was relatively grounded and believable. that ending was a gut-punch though. also like most people here i'm pretty clueless about the flags but i'm pretty sure maya is asexual
It was okay-ish. The new animation looks weird, and some jokes don't really land that well, but the story's more coherent than the first movie, and you get to see Carl jerking off twice. It's a 7 out of 10, but I can see some people valuing it less.
Yeah I could only catch bits of pieces after the first 5 minutes but the ending is wildernessa saying that cheesesticks like Craig and Craig saying he likes them too. They blush, laugh, and howl.
Nothing, it's a forced last minute pairing by someone on the crew, they had zero hints and zero chemistry or reason to be together like JP and Maney or Kelsey and Stacks (or JP and Kelsey)
Brigid and Eliza are the best characters because not only do they hate the majority of the people who occupy the creek they stick to their belief systems no matter how absolutely insane it sounds or inconvenient it is to everyone else.
Its peak "frick you got mine."
I love how in a show with a billion + characters we can have characters like these because it keeps them consistent and keeps the show fresh and interesting.
speaking of eliza, why does she wear the wig? it seems like a really well-kept secret next to all the other mysteries uncovered at the creek. it's not going to be some sad reveal where she needs chemotherapy or something is it?
>some sad reveal where she needs chemotherapy or something is it?
That would be sad, like do you really want to give the b***h the "charlie brown chromotherapy" episode?
Also does she just wear the wig to the creek, I think i remember a dodgeball episode where she still had her wig on.
Not a die-hard shipper but this episode feels empty without a true love confirmation like the other episodes. Why the frick does the secret keeper get to express his feelings and ask someone out on a date, but the main character of the show doesn't?
>Why the frick does the secret keeper get to express his feelings and ask someone out on a date
That always felt cringe to me, because that's a creeksona. So is it the crew member wanting to date a kid, or the crew member expressing his gay childhood?
so basically probably the wildest footjobs and sex imaginable. hope future nessa kept some of that wilder because i feel like she'd be into kinky hard core mating
>outspoken environmentalist >hangs out with her dog all the time >can go from cutesy to angry in mere seconds >spends most her time doing non-traditionally feminine things
She's into that and so much more. Godspeed Craig when are we getting some art of her and future Craig?
She def seemed more feminine in the future but yeah olds are she probably still wild but craig got to be a chad and keep his girl in line.
this thread has sold me on the wildernessa shit so it's def in my idea folder, but i'd love to have some refs for her older self but i was probably gonna draw e-girl nessa anyway.
We have the Stump Trio separating for the day, with J.P. and Kelsey going off with their respective girlfriends (Mortimor falls over while Kelsey monologues). After they leave, Craig gets a text from someone named Vanessa, who he recalls was Wildernessa's real name. She wants to talk to him. Alone. He guesses it was because of the confession she was trying to say in "Capture the Flag Part V: The Game". He goes to a picturesque pond where Wildernessa is. It turns out that her dog Cheesesticks has run off, and she's here to ask Craig to help her find him.
We get a pretty fun montage of the two tracking the dog. They find her in a cardboard pen. Unfortunately, it was set up by Brigid, the crazed dog girl. She gloats that Cheesesticks chose her over Wildernessa. Later, Craig comes by the pond. He sits besides her and ends up seeing her in a similar crush filter like in "Breaking the Ice". Aside from that, Craig decides to try to break Cheesesticks out, convinced that Brigid was up to something.
He does a stakeout, but it looks like Cheesesticks really likes her. But then Carl of the Alliance of Science comes by with a giant box. It wasn't just any box, but Wren's "body swap machine" from "Body Swap". Brigid was planning on body swapping with Cheesesticks, because she is clearly deranged. I, for one, am disappointed with Carl's conduct as a scientist because of this. I don't even know if Wren even approved of this, but it's clear Faraday needs to call it quits with them.
He gets Wildernessa, who's trying (and failing) to build a nest. He tells her Brigid and Carl were doing animal testing on Cheesesticks. They confront her and stop the "machine" before getting into a fight. Brigid keeps rambling about her delusions, but as she does so, Cheesesticks starts gnawing into her costume. Craig takes a whiff and realizes she was luring the dog with bacon!
Brigid snaps and jumps on Craig. As Wildernessa tries to get her to calm down, he goes off to free the dog. Carl confronts him ("because someone has to bring home the bacon") and fires his freeze ray. It literally backfires on him. That was funny. Meanwhile, Brigid jumps on Wildernessa and is about to strike the final blow on her when Cheesesticks suddenly appears behind her. He picks her up and bites off some of the bacon wrapped around her body. She quickly runs off into the bush.
As the sun sets, Wildernessa expresses gratitude that, while Cheesesticks is free to choose whoever he wants to be with, he still chose her in the end. She thanks Craig for his help, then says that Cheesesticks likes him, blushing as she says so. He definitely sees through it, but it turns out he's having trouble expressing it back, so he claims he likes the two of them as well. We end with the three howling to the heavens.
This was a very nice episode. It was well-balanced with the plot. We have both dramatic sequences with Brigid going crazy over dogs (seriously, she needs to go to a mental hospital), and more quiet sequences with Craig and Wildernessa. There were plenty of fun moments and some hilarious scenes as well.
Craig was very perceptive about things like the bacon and Wildernessa's feelings for him. And it turns out he's starting to feel the same way. I can't wait to see what happens next for them.

I would like to give this episode a 10/10.
i really did like this one but even before the ship started i was a massive wildernessa fan crazy i voiced to my friends how i just like to see characters hating each other so openly like craig and nessa then the next ep was breaking the ice kek.
Overall the best part was the cute little anxious awkward movements nessa did at the beginning and even when she realized how close craig was. it was a nice change seeing a usually confident domineering girl have a more meek and submissive vibe and reaction to her crush.
t
he ep was funny as well and a nice thing about how she kinda needs craig like someone said above how she gets blinders and needs someone to keep her in line and not be so easily tricked. I feel they even set it up with how craig could see through everything and even say he likes her while she was shy and hid behind the cheesestick line. I feel it all works because it kinda parallels how she made fun of craig for being dumb but because she doesn't interact with people she can be fooled and confuses animals for everything else like thinking bridge is a actual dog.
>Also people memed nessa the type to frick her dog but bridget def gonna frick a dog at some point.
MEGA for Puppy Love. It's not in HD but it's all the episode in one go for those who just want to see it right now and don't like using twitter videos

Not a die-hard shipper but this episode feels empty without a true love confirmation like the other episodes. Why the frick does the secret keeper get to express his feelings and ask someone out on a date, but the main character of the show doesn't?

My feel when watching the future episode, and realizing it isn't about them hanging out as older teens. But instead how they slowly drifted apart.
For no reason, other than watching this episode I'm remembering my group of friends and growing up slowly drifting apart. Everyone moving away or starting families.
Craig does it better tho. they've been shown picking up other interests and hang out with other kids thus slowly drifting apart. amphibia skipped all that.
To be fair, the stakes are lower in this show because it's non-canon. It's still an emotional moment but man it'd be a disappointing ending. This show's usually optimistic so it'd probably end with them rekindling their friendship in the mosh pit.
this is more depressing since in Frog show you see their reunion and see they are still close despite each doing their own thing, Here they just split apart and they only awkwardly hang say hi to each other.
I read this episode as setup to the season finale where Craig will probably be concerned about staying friends with JP, Kelsey, and Omar in the future, to parallel the Elders and Kenneth breakup theme running through the season with the pieces of the cube, but the season finale itself is likely to have a more positive ending since they'll probably swear not to repeat the Elders/Kenneth situation. This episode is likely not the whole story.

I don't get JP and Omar but I can totally see the Kelsey becoming more of a library kid and Craig hanging out more with Cannonball and Sparkle Cadet.

He’s not entirely serious, but he is more mature and level-headed compared to JP. He also feels more a friend of Craig who hangs around the other two instead of someone who has an actual bond with all 3
>just actually watched e26 and jesus christ that ending was a little too real, shit was depressing
Don't show this episode to the Amphibia fandom is going to re-open their wounds
Amphibia different writing was on the walls.
I actually get mad at anons who wanted a lesbian ending.
I'm glad the show is actually going there instead of the "we'll be friends forever" route. It's at least honest. You keep up with some people, drift away from others. Things don't necessarily end badly but it just ends.
Better question is the Mortimer we know still alive or did the dumb b***h kill him too. I guess he was just a plaything, I hope Vanessa punches her in the face.
do you guys think they'll conclude the Heart of the Forest storyline this season? there's 10 eps left in S4 after this week and none of them sound like big event episodes besides the Bernard 2-parter
I am getting so fricking sick of Xavier's stupid storyline. This shit should have been finished after Capture the Flag
But they REALLY must like Xavier to continue the whole "We still wanna keep the monarchy going but we need someone qualified to actually rule the creek and not lose sight of things like Xavier did."
I dunno why the frick they didnt just give it to Maya because it's not like it matters
Honest to god there are 3 people qualified to run this creek. Maya, Kelsey and Eliza.
My hope is that with S5 trimmed from 40 episodes to 20, they toss out most of the slice-of-life eps and just focus on the plot ones (if there is an overarching storyline). Probably the only way we're going to get a satisfying conclusion to the show unless Discovery orders S6 at the last second
I doubt Season 5 is plot-heavy. I mean, it more or less fits the niche of episodic slice-of-life shows that 'The Loud House' and 'Big City Greens' fill for their respective channels.
i wouldn't call it plot-heavy but big city greens does have a plot, they all just moved back to the country. i think craig could do something similar and have an overarching plot but keeping the episodes self-contained. e.g. the puzzle cubes are just an excuse to do random exploring
Honestly the heart of the forest isn't something I've been particularly invested in is something I cared about. It's a nice low stakes from "Capture the Flag"
Because its fricking stupid. We're really doing a fricking Scavenger Hunt Arc when you could have dedicated like a real arc to the Tea Timers who after the events of not just Silver Fist but like half of Season 4A have proven they should be the next cast of Antagonists
Y'all are sleeping on Eliza. There is so much you can do with her character and so few people actually see it.
Based off their plan already on the road for co-governors. More realistically they immediately marry out of college, end up with a kid, and find middling jobs.
anne would hate maya. she'd probably frick off from the other side after learning about the caste system or at the very least befriend a serf and try to take it down from the inside.
[...]
Actually, how many shows did we bring up in this thread?
i confess to bringing up a couple but i swear a good portion of Cinemaphile are zoomers and amphibia is babby's first cartoon
maybe she’d be into it pre-character development but i don’t think she’s stupid enough to buy into it. if anything she would see her own toxic friendship reflected by the other side. why do you think she’d be friends with maya?
They like to Sword Fight. Maya has her Whiffle Ball Bat and Anne has her Tennis Racket
This is based off how in the earlier seasons of Craig of the Creek a lot of the characters would carry some kind of weapon with them everywhere. Its funny because this technically counts as "conceiled carry."
Kelsey has her Foam Sword. Brigid has her Lacross Stick. Eliza has her Bright Pink Ax.
Fricking BASED god damn. This is the exact sentiment I've had with these fricking shows since day 1. Amphibia was an aggressively adequate cartoon and I have no idea why so many people here continue to obsess over it to this day.
Brigid is OK but she's barely a character. We havent seen much of her since S1 since this show introduces so many pointless characters that no one cares about.
Brigid was also Kelsey's earliest rivals. Then it became Eliza. Then it was settled with Maya but then Maya and Kelsey became friends
So honestly if this show didn't get its budget slashed and wanted to make the most of Wildernessa being more of a main character like Maya they should have her be feuding with Eliza periodically.
Her character arc is...strange but compared to all the other pointless characters in this show I would prefer her over the Opposite end of the Creek kids not named Maya who is the only interesting one
This show is filled to the brim with characters who're not only boring but feel like they're OC's.
I made the mistake of looking up wildernessa on twitter god the absolute hate for her x craig and weird schizo posting about her being gay and craig being bf with jason made me kek so hard
yeah like i swear they were people posting nessa x kelsey and stacks and talking about a polycule. Like bro the frick why is it so big a deal you have to make a whole new ship just out of spite. Also kinda funny how the same people that say nessa is toxic want her to be with stacks and Kelsey seems like a cope just because they wanted more lesbains.
It's the opposite situation of Izabella Alvarez's other big role.
yeah crazy how people are simping for ronnie anne and linc but not craig and nessa when they have had way more set up before dating and overall have more character development.
an i like ronnie anne and linc sad they ruined it with casagrande but shows most of the nessa hate is a twitter cope.
i mean i'm sure she's cool but i ain't watching a spin off of a show with 2 seasons that tells me somethings wrong. but if she was that's great to hear. but that fanbase seems mostly dicky and shota oriented so i take it with a grain of salt
>Also kinda funny how the same people that say nessa is toxic want her to be with stacks and Kelsey seems like a cope just because they wanted more lesbains.
I swear - this is always the case whenever it comes to shipping wars. You can't pair Character A with Character B because "she's mean to him and it's abusive," but when you pair Character A with Character C, it's fine because abusive people stop being abusive with the right person, I guess? It's ridiculous.
Craig x Wildernessa makes sense to me from a writing perspective. Wildernessa is a lonely and closed-off character, who is mean out of defensiveness. Craig is a character who is compassionate and understanding - the show functions around him helping people. Giving Nessa a crush on Craig provides the motivation that allows the two to interact more often and gives Craig the opportunity to help her, as well as show his perceptive side.
But I'm not surprised Twitter of all places completely missed that and focused more on the "tomboy girl is mean to a boy = lesbian" part because their exposure to queerness is mostly through tired stereotypes online.
Lol exactly i hate shipping wars, we were talking about it in the surge thread a while ago basically a guy got cancelled for shipping sonic with a female villain he fought but the same people shipped the female villain with amy who she never met but somehow they don't get cancelled or harrassed. it's a massive cope and then they wonder why people tend to meme on lgbt sides of fandoms but 90% of the time it's them harassing the straight shippers.
yeah i never even thought of it as deep as you said I've just been the one talking about kink and meming about a craig harem. but yeah it's kinda what i said early about how two spergy tomboys can't be together because theirs no one for them to have reign them in and convince them to chill out. Kinda like how a edgy frick needs a wholesome person to balance each other out.
Overall yeah twitter b***hes about the girl mean thing but it's such a trope because it happens in real life a lot especially with kids their age.
Yeah lowkey twitter really be feeling weird how much they b***h about cartoons and relationships and headcanons like straight stuff but then will head canon every character as gay or trans. It always feels it's only ok if it's gay with them
It had three seasons, actually. The only problem was there was too much Carl and Sergio.

ah really i was hoping to like him idk he gave me eddy vibes and i just like my chad /ss/ i feel to many male kid characters are betas when in reality a lot of young boys are at their most confident when their young life hasn't fricked em over yet.
But i can see how he probably would get annoying if not developed and if he was just an overt butthole. Also i had to legit look up sergio and it's dat frickin bird bro don't tell me they had the bird being in tons of eps. i hope to god they didn't do those cringe solo animal eps. >also when i said two seasons i meant loud house like i thought it was about two season in when they said hey ronnie anne's getting a spin off and i was like lol wtf

nah bloud has been around for at least 5 months theirs a artist i like named Sloth that draws it a lot but idk where it came from. It's not even that racist in there just horny asf and mostly just a bunch of people that insert as linc getting dommed by 10 black girls. only toxic ones funny enough seem to be the loud house haters who are going schizo over the whole interracial thing and loud house as a whole

yeah my only fear of the loud house fan base is with the new loud show having actual actors how they are going to react to that. I hope their good and still to the cartoon stuff because it could easily go down hill. but funny enough no one seems to even care about that show so it seems fine
>Also kinda funny how the same people that say nessa is toxic want her to be with stacks and Kelsey seems like a cope just because they wanted more lesbains.

Craig, much like every shonen anime protagonist
Goku
Luffy
Naruto
Can make friends or love interest with almost everyone. That's why the Craig bowl was so big.
And yes I'm aware Goku only had one love interest.
Nah dude it's a cute pairing but narratively there's nothing there, feels like they put all the female characters up on a wall and chose one through the dartboard approach
I made the mistake of looking up wildernessa on twitter god the absolute hate for her x craig and weird schizo posting about her being gay and craig being bf with jason made me kek so hard
Preemptively block them. Twitter people only respond positively to outright pandering and will react negatively if anything gets in the way of their OTP. Or just avoid their chosen ships. Chances are they won’t interact unless you do something that captures their attention in the first place.
yeah true crazy enough, like i said they are going weirdly sperg over craig x wildernessa, but if it had been two girls they'd need a mop to clean up the mess the spergs would make over them. they def have a specific otp or ship type so when that's broken they get mad as hell.
(I'm glad this time he understood the subtlety of her message)
yeah they were cute especially seeing her in a less confident situation even in breaking the ice her character and confidence never broke. She just had little tweens of blush and was mostly venting about why she had no friends.
but here she really is vulnerable and needs help and as someone said above it really shows why they kinda work well with each other. Vanessa needs a craig in her life since she's been bullied and has tunnel vision some times.
CN really needs to promote CotC better. every now and then a clip will go viral and the comments are always filled with "what show is this?," "where can I watch this?," "omg I guess I should start watching this" which is pretty wild considering it's been on the air for almost half a decade at this point
i actually liked how they weren't even full on bullies just roasters and left as soon as they got their prize. I expected them to come back and do some petty shit or lie but no they were honorable older gents
Cartoon Network hates its shows though only slightly less than Nickelodeon. I’ve seen better promotion by random black guys on Twitter than I’ve seen anything come out of CN
this worries me because it implies she maybe moving again because wasn't that her whole thing she was a girl with like a military dad so she moved a lot and never made a good impression and had like no friends. Would be sad if she had to go.
damn yeah she kinda reminds me of the glasses kids from recess to a degree, he was so goody goody and never had fun living on a military base most of his life and going from school to school. So i can see her being similar she never had time to get attach or have stuff like a bike because if your moving bikes are a hassle and yeah hope she doesn't get booted from the cast.
I'm happy that I didn't find anything weird about this until you reminded me of the "you just know" meme, makes me thing I still have a chance to be a normal person.
>Being amazed that Craig of the Creek is a show filled with Cliche
Why did it take you this long to figure this out. This show has a billion boring and pointless characters who're only there to tick boxes and cycle thru run time
There is a reason why characters like Brigid and Eliza stand out because they're more goal oriented then the average creek resident who is just there to be a background character
it's not great. While it would have been cliche, I think a reunion with the boy she was talking about would have been a more fitting conclusion. I guess having him not be near is more realistic, but it also feels like nothing really changed.
The kids make a band and Sparkle Cadet sings about a kid we never heard before and won't hear again. They create an emotional conflict that doesn't feel like matters to her character or anyone.
It's alright, but it's the weakest episode of the week so far. There were things I liked. I'm always appreciative when they bring tertiary characters like Tuba Girl, and Raj was pretty funny on his own. I like the fact that we didn't get to see starboy and Sparkle meet again. We don't even know if he'll hear the song, but it was less about starboy himself and more about Sparkle getting some closure.
That said, the episode didn't wow me like the first three. None of the jokes were that funny, and the plot seemed a bit contrived. The big thing is that the song was utterly forgettable, which hurts more when the entire episode was a set up for said song. Gonna give it a 6/10
Episode had a good concept but the pacing fricked it over. Should've just focused on Sparkle Cadet being sad over her old friend and Craig helping her get through her depression by writing a song. The breaking up the band/getting the band back together humor didn't add anything
yeah felt a little rushed and even the band thing felt like might as well just had them keep practicing because now it like did they all get better alone wtf
Overall i only wanted to watch puppy love and i succeed so frick the rest is just butter
It's a good sparkle cadet episode. The idea she lost a friend and made it into a good bye song is good. As a band episode it's pretty dumb, even at first they're just kids mashing instruments together. Surprisingly nice touch from the dinner horn girl, setting the tone of song. (Not sure if tone is the right word, not a music guy)
I got a problem with this fricking gay shit, shoved in. Which is ironic because I eatch Abott elementary show, and they did a joke about a male doing a manicure to talk to a students mom.
I disliked the fact that it didn't even look good. None of the colors looked nice to its adjacents nor matched Craig's palette. Everytime it showed on screen I felt sick. Is this what it's like to be homophobic?
Yeah, as a Sparkle Cadet episode it was good, but as a band episode, it could be better. I'd like to see a sequel where someone finds their recording and decides to ask them to do a more professional recording, and they would have a bunch of creek kids (plus some people from outside the Creek) all bunched up in a studio making a longer version of the song.
It's not as bad as people say it is. I'm not a big Sparkle fan but it gave her some nice depth. Not a lot really happened but that's okay, it's not realistic for the guy to hear her obscure soundcloud page. It got a few chuckles out of me, like with Mortimor beatboxing. Probably the worst episode of this week so far but it's had stiff competition.
it obvious they're setting up a "drifting apart" theme and I'm all for it. I'm thinking she's going to move again and this puts Craig on damage control.
"Galactic Goodbyes" was an alright episode, if a tad inconclusive.
We have Craig moping at the Stump with Sparkle Cadet after his sister spilled juice on his map of the Creek. She cheers him up by painting his nails. Impressed, he decides to pick another color, but that color triggers a reaction in Sparkle Cadet. The color reminds her of an old friend from before she moved whose socks she admired – he complimented her hairband, and they became friends. Unfortunately, when she moved, she wasn't able to say goodbye.
The way she described her time with him, in her own unique interpretation, made for an interesting song, so he decides to ask Raj, a kid from the Other Side of the Creek, for help. After Raj creates a basic melody on his keyboard, they gather J.P. on drums (or pots and pans), Kelsey on guitar, Stacks on drum pad, and Beth the Timekeeper (who plays a dinner horn to signal 6 PM) on saxophone, and head to Craig's basement.
After some banter over what to call themselves (settling on "Peanut Head" when Craig blurts it out for some reason), they record and post it online, but it turns out to be terrible, and Sparkle Cadet is struck by someone commenting, "no". She decides that they should go on hiatus, even though they only made one song. Afterwards, the Stump Trio lament the band's failure (with a demonstration of Mortimor's beatboxing ability). When J.P. comments on Craig's nails, he gets inspired.
They ask Sparkle Cadet to try again, but this time for the sake of bringing herself closure. They head back to Craig's house (where we find out Stacks has a brother and sister and Raj was supposedly working on a solo project for a few hours). Beth provides a melody on her saxophone, which is joined by J.P. shaking a salt shaker and we're treated to a pretty good song that concludes the episode.
I do appreciate the fact that the writers understood that the subject might not hear it.
I guess it wouldn't be realistic to have Sparkle Cadet's old friend hear it, even if it would have felt nice.
The song itself was nice. It's no "American Pie", but I think it has potential if they get some more instruments and a proper studio.
Speaking of which, I sure hope that they could explore this band thing in a future episode. Maybe their song attracts the attention of a producer and they are thrust into the music industry. I would like to see that.
The episode itself felt off. It seems that they indulged in the cliché of the band break-up, but they spoofed it by having that over a day. Maybe they could have used that time a bit better. Perhaps it's the tone, but it doesn't seem as hard-hitting as "Craig to the Future". That episode talks about losing a friend a lot better.
Nevertheless, I think it was a decent episode to watch, and I would like to see a sequel to it.
Paz fit with Dipper because he was a complete frickup with girls (even the one time he wasn’t due to shit writing) while Craig has plenty of girls around him, he doesn’t need her
I don't like it. It's one thing of Craig using a purse like a satchel. But I think he's too into purses.
It's one of those episodes where we see Craig as an insecure kid, try and pass off being cool but doing something that would ultimately get him in trouble
why is she the most relatable kid she feels like how i would have been as a kid just a stick in the mud but hiding it so people don't get sad or think I'm a dick.
I disliked the fact that it didn't even look good. None of the colors looked nice to its adjacents nor matched Craig's palette. Everytime it showed on screen I felt sick. Is this what it's like to be homophobic?
yeah it was kinda all over the place also had nothing to do with the map, I thought she was gonna use some form polish remover to fix it but nah she just painted his nails which felt so out of left field his map is still fricked
yeah really because we know characters like the king have just takin pics of it and it was gg.
this show would be better if it were set 20-30 years ago
yeah tons of shows have that vibe their supposed to be modern day but give off a 80-00s vibe. nothing wrong with that. But i feel it comes from us just not having many problems especially kids. like you can't compare pre phone and tablet times to now.
>kids now do have problems but not stuff they can make easily fun in a cartoon i guess
I mean it's not impossible. Realistically probably not.
In the show, Hell no. Sparkle Cadet is like a C character so to do this arc would really push the show. Especially considering they had their episodes slashed already.
Too busy drawing Maya (18)
Take your time anon. Take your time.
The episodes about craig's family are the worst
I don't know, I liked the episode.
I like his cousin they act less rich than Craig's family and feel more relatable.
Well, I'm not sure about the less rich part, but yeah, he's more grounded.
>I'm not sure about the less rich part, but yeah, he's more grounded.
Would it be better if I called Craig a sheltered kid?
He's not sheltered, though.
If you have to have your little sister beat up a kid because you're scared too, that's sheltered to me.
...then you have a wrong definition of "sheltered." you can be exposed to all the harshness of the world and still be a pussy who shirks from confrontation.
That's a good point

Just finished the new episode today.
>Bodega
AME ZE
i miss the elders, at least we got a witches episodes with david
I also enjoy street fighter 2 references
So... no MEGA link? I guess we'll still gonna have to wait.
We'll see.
Anyone else watched the episode? What did you think about them?
so no one was gonna tell me they just randomly dropped teen wildernessa and she's dating craig wtf puppy love isn't for like 2 more eps. Also crazy craig wasn't surprised he's dating wildernessa even tho they still rivals and he didn't know she actually liked him. weird
Craig's balls haven't dropped yet
ik but why wouldn't he be surprised even more if he's not looking to date. I feel i'd be surprised if my future was with my female bully/rival/ biggest opp.
Tell that to Ronniecoln shippers.
>Ronniecoln shippers
As someone who liked it, it's been dead for years
Oof.
yeah what are they even gonna do with her now that her show died? also doesn't linc have like 5 plus love interests without her anyway?
>yeah what are they even gonna do with her now that her show died?
The characters are still appearing in 'Loud House' episodes.
>also doesn't linc have like 5 plus love interests without her anyway?
Yeah. He blew it with Christina, petered out with Ronnie Anne, didn't have a chance with Paige, got shot down by Stella, and for the live-action series, he'll have no such luck (pun intended) with Charlie.
who's charlie? also i feel that live action series was either a response to the creepy fan base or is a terrible idea because now it's gonna get creepy depending on how horny the loud fans are
>who's charlie?
His new love interest.
>also i feel that live action series was either a response to the creepy fan base or is a terrible idea because now it's gonna get creepy depending on how horny the loud fans are
Why do they have to be so horny, though?
I heard that it was out of order. Makes sense, since that episode came out at PaleyWKND last month.
huh weird but not uncommon for out of order ladybug does it all the time.
I swear i did ship that but then they sent her away for he shitty show lol. Also i do like the ship type but it needs better set up was my problem but if it's out of order it explains it.
also they made teen wildernessa kinda cute?
I mean, the way they introduced Ronnie Anne was pretty messed up as well.
eh i kinda like the bullies you because they like you i feel the best version is nagatoro where she actually was never that bad and was super supportive and refuses to let others bully him. She just a tsundere but actually tries to make him better. Because of her he has more confidence he has better posture muscles and a new haircut she really took the gloomy scrawny loser and made him a normal kid who has more passion and resolve for himself and his dreams.
Kinda reminds me of Lynn Loud.
>lynn
kek bro you can't compare a basic character to that also lynn has always been more of a dick she literally has been shown to not want anyone to get stronger or better than her or she throws a hissyfit.
I like lynn but she def a brat
I kinda see her as what Ronnie Anne would have ended up if she never met Lincoln at all.
yeah poor really lynn is def a bad end.
Maybe they could give Wildernessa an older brother and a large extended family as well as an actor allusion?
I feel like this episode is out of order, because I know we're getting another wildernessa episode soon.
Or maybe this is more meta. This is Craig of the Creek crew literally telling us, Wildernessa won the craig bowl and this is the ship the show will be going with.
yeah definitely also damn i still can't believe in the first few eps i shipped kels and craig purely cause standing next to each other. But i can't believe the craig bowl is over wildernessa is standing on a mountain of corpses. Someone should draw the full craig harem he really had tons of suitors.
what time does the ep drop? please let their be a leak this the only one i really want to see
damn i think so because of her skin tone either that or native American which is what i thought nessa was originally. The whole squad crushing latino puss
>what time does the ep drop?
4pm et, same time as every other ep this week
really? that's kinda early i guess I'm old i remember shit dropping at like8-10. ah the good old days of coming from school and catching cartoon friday
There weren't a lot, really. Kit and Eileen were teased by their respective grandmothers.
wait is the actor thing a ref to anne? i never watched casagrande i really stopped the moment they set up casagrande. but yeah idk it is pretty late in the game also it seems she's pretty lonely so i feel she may have absentee parents and a small family(but she is Mexican so odds are she got a big one)
We only know she has a grandmother.
i was just saying i get a vibe she's lonely and seems to not have friends til kelsey and even then she purposefully distances herself.
true they kinda do i guess I'm just used to the more grimdark secretly angsty cartoon worlds built upon abuses and neglect and everyone is fricked up.
Didn't they also visit the creek at one point?
Before the girl got her smoothie job I think they used the creek as a make out spot.
yeah, i think me and that anon's main point was more puppy love hasn't happened yet but someone stated it's out of order so i guess puppy love was supposed to be first. But yeah from a viewer perspective at best their just begruding acquaintances but here he's dating her and theirs no shock, like when arnold learned or dreamed he'd be with helga he basically was shocked and horrified and tried to avoid her and the dream the entire episode.
But overall that is a fun idea just some of the creek girls venting to the which i mean idk many little girls that would want to go into a random cave with a bunch of sweaty men to vent their problems or crushes lol.
idk what i was gonna call it but crildernessa is kinda cringe
good one anon
eh i guess they were more friends after the events of the snow ep and the tag game. but def felt more precarious because of former beef also kinda sad because i loved craig when he realized nessa was being a b***h to him he was mean back i like that i kinda hate nice to mean. I want it to be like how a real person would react which is man frick you too kid.
There's something dark with the troll kid, Roger.
There's a missing poster which makes me think he actually lives in the creek.
Yeah, at this point i'm expecting a episode where they explain, he just scaped home and made a new home on the creek, depending on the parents it could be sweet tale of reunion or dark one about child neglect
yeah but i like it where it's either more open or it's more constantly in the background like some secret easter eggs or lore. I also barely count him because we suspected he was weird with that skin and body also only a one off. but I'm being petty
They gave Jason and Wildernessa sad backstories.
why are Bobby's breasts so big
>just actually watched e26 and jesus christ that ending was a little too real, shit was depressing
Don't show this episode to the Amphibia fandom is going to re-open their wounds
who had the best/worst future?
I'll give a handjob to the first to post a mega

Seggs the elders. Also,
>mark shirt
That didnt appear in the actual design, right? Would have been too gay
YESYESYESYESYESYESYES
SEX WITH ELDER DAVID.
Nothing about Nessa? Shame
Well, she was only on a phone screen.
ikr why can't i see more of her either version really hopefully will get some art from puppy love.
i mean yeah but she a aged up man stay we'd like to see what she'd look like
Is the more aggressive spamming supposed to get a renewal of the show? Are you doing this in other places. Enjoy getting Zaslav'd
Jesus Christ, man, I just wanna tide myself over until 'The Loud House' and 'Big City Greens' come back!
Why, will they be hiring
I'm not even in Cartoon Network!
shoutout to whoever designed the Chinese restaurant, I can smell this pic
>the official ship name is Crildernessa
why is Cartoon Network like this
More like CRINGEdernessa lmao gottem
>friends-to-couples
they quite literally hated each other at first
why not just say rivals-to-lovers its a common saying for a reason
>>the official ship name is Crildernessa
picrel
I will take friends to couples over enemy to lovers
I’ll take one of each
Do they even know each other that well?

Obligatory Creek Archive post.

Still waiting for the new ep.
thanks
Updated it just now. "Craig of the Street" is now available.
>Sorry for the wait.
np anon
Thanks.
What DID she mean by this?
He has a WAB
Wet Ass Bussy
Craig of the Street sounds like a racism shitpost meme for the show.
Where's the MEGA link for the yesterday's episode? It's been hours of waiting.
They added it to their archive, I think.
So did anyone else watch the episode?
I just remembered that 'Aqua Teen Hunger Force' is set in New Jersey as well.
Crildernessa episode today who's ready
Looking forward to this.
But really I do kind of miss when she was mainly for Kelsey episodes.
Do you think Kelsey and Craig would bith end up learning spanish for Stacks and Wildernessa? Also is JP girlfriend also Mexican?
Kelsey also a dirty birdy
I swear to god Brigid makes me physically uncomfortable.
She's going to grow up and do something nasty, or be a furry. Furry would actually be better.
i know i'm exaggerating but she basically drugged someone else's dog to do whatever she wanted with its body. shit's fricked up.
>Insert anime reference here
Also can't help but get a chuckle that Vanessa "omg she's actually hot" face still has that tsundere to it.
While wearing the tattered teddy bear.
I couldn't finish the episode because this b***h. What the frick is wrong with her. I had a second hand embarrassment watching it with my daughter
It’s actually doing a public service about the dangers of becoming a furry. This is an opening for dialogue with your children about the dangers of fursuits and Discord chats.
kek i'm picturing a grown man getting triggered by a cartoon and walking away as his daughter stares dumbfounded
>tennis ball necklace
Okay, who on the crew has a dogfricker fetish?
What do you mean by that?
This one and the horse girls are very disgusting, and character design does not help at all.
>Not like Melissa who is pure concentrated autism
The only thing bad about her character is that because of how many fricking other characters this show has she's been regulated to a background character and a majority of the Horse Girl's VA's are just not readily available.
Fricks dogs and black boys? Classic white girl.
lol surprised no one has brought this up yet
>specifically the black guy thing craig gets a lot of girls.
god, I would love if someone scratched my chin and my head. It's been so long.
>Its been so long
Who the frick was scratching you on the chin like a wienerer Spaniel, anon?
Ex-gf would scratch chin and head
I thought she wanted to be the pet.
She wants to be a dog because she has a belief system that dogs are all knowing god-like creatures. She thinks that all problem can be solved through dogs and is obsessed with achieving dog-like status above children. Not specifically wanting to be a pet.
In your dreams Tyrone
Hell No, they really not went to Billie Ellish ripoff reference styles. God, this crew sucks!!
Is that a fricking tooth?
>implying zoomer audiences wouldn't pay good money to see lesbian witch performers
Muthafricka, is bad taste your every morning breakfast?
Wait is Craig of the Street out already or are we waiting for it to drop?
>I'm evil because...my parents neglect me
He's evil because he's white, like the rest of the forest scouts, and Big Red, and Eliza and etc
huh that is a little crazy most of the evil kids were white in the being, until the king and co were introduced
Eliza's entire character arc is lowkey the best recurring storyline in this show and it angers me Ben is probably writing it that way completely by accident
Her core motivation is that she's the only character in the creek not playing pretend because she doesn't have to. She joined the Council purely out of spite because she hates Craig and hates how everyone in the whole creek loves him because of how charitable he is
She joined just to observe and monitor his behavior and near the end of S3 when Xavier goes and steals all the candy she has not only seen enough but leaves the council because it was in her mind a massive waste of time
So not only does she not play along with the other creek kid's bullshit she feels Craig is too full of himself to look after the creek.
it's truly sad to watch anon care more about his waifu than the writers
Bro that's everyone in this tiny ass fandom that populates this board. Who is the one fricker who keeps recommending Kelsey go into Ms. Cinemaphile every year?
i don't see a cotc character ever passing qualifiers sadly but people always nominate obscure-ass shit
>So not only does she not play along with the other creek kid's bullshit
She pretended to be a Mad Hatter knock-off to JP's Batman knockoff.
Men with daddy issues become evil. Men with mommy issues become bawds. It was either evil or bawd for him
that's not true. i have mommy issues and i'm not a bawd.
Check again
Wait what do you me-
accurate. I have mommy issues and I suck 10 wieners a day
you're all heroes for keeping this thread bumped, totally would've missed it
>in the grimdark future craig goes with the most boring choice
Yeah
Who would you prefer he end up with?
Brigid, Aggie, Eliza, Makenzie, or Eileen.
>all the girls who show little interest in him
Ahh you're one of those shippers.
I can see it
Kit was the obvious choice since they actually complement each other
How so?
I thought so too early on, and maybe that was the plan, but they changed it halfway through
I remember something about her grandma telling her jot to trade her heart for anything.
Specifically referring to Craig.
really vanessa is the most boring choice? she seems the most surprising and interesting choice out of all the girls.
ikr it's why I'm made she the only one with no concept art or more stuff
The great thing about Vanessa is that she's exactly who she is no matter the circumnutates; with a lot of the other girls their creek personality gets watered down and some even get docile around their families for example. Vanessa through and through is Wildernessa.
>some even get docile around their families
That makes it sound way sadder
yeah true but we've never seen her around her family odds are she probably doesn't have much of one since she's said cheesecake is all she's got she may have absentee or busy parents.
yeah kinda they aren't the same around their parents but i mean learning your kid hangs out in the sewer is def worrisome. how do the sewer kids not constantly get sick.
The Sewer Water is unbelievably and unrealistically clean. Compare the Sewer in CotC to the Sewer in Ed Edd and Eddy which realistically looks like a real Sewer because its filled with Runoff, Trash and literal Shit.
When the Flower Scouts explored the other end of the tunnels to get Craig's fake map you could actually see flowers and other outside plants growing on the actual drainage pipe which is even more ridiculous.
yeah at best they'd be growing at the bottom where the water splash but not in the pipe maybe algae but not flowers.
i'd just call it bratty i guess or just over all sub. Ikr though perfect gf stuff but i feel that's what most activist girls need anyway because most of they bfs be betas that let them cheat and do dumb shit. but craig a chad so he made sure to keep her from doing stuff to insane.
i feel that's why they need a craig and stacks two adhd hyper untamed tomboys is bad for each other their is no natural hierarchy or person to reign them in. so they'd just be doing crazy stuff you need a bit of an opposite to help fix or contain your worst qualities.
In fairness, I think the smell would at least put off most people from hanging out in a sewer so a parent wouldn’t have to worry too much.
>hot
>has car and can drive
>likes chilling in nature
>clearly affectionate
>willing to fight for things she believes in
>ready and willing to go on adventures
>would probably let you hit in the backseat after a night hike in the creek
I'm seeing no downsides
>I'm seeing no downsides
She's the type of activist who threw garbage to the Mona Lisa. That's a huge downside.
That's why she's dating Craig, a level-headed guy who will keep her from going too far. Just like this image
i bet she likes being put on a leash.
She's really close to her dog, so she's probably got a kink for it.
lol, she like being the pet, she wants to be treated like a bitch
she would 100% love her treat. she's really into the submissive side of it she, i imagine it started as a joke at the creek them hanging out her being stand offish and kinda domineering then craig maybe stood up to her or messed with her back she maybe punked down and then he jokingly called her "good girl" and something just went off in side her.
I don't know.
eh in my experience girls are into a little of both even the most dominant girls gets all doe eyed and shy over praise and even the most wholesome girl gets hot and bothered over being called a bawd or other such stuff.
Also i think nessa would be the a mix as she's a more domineering type who seems to get to do whatever she wants so she'd probably like someone to check her and challenge her and put her in her place but also dote on her as she seems to be lonely, so a mix of a praise and degradation and dom thing.
>she wants to be treated like a b***h
can Craig handle her?
of course the real question is can she handle craig's staff. I believe all her subby antics has awoken his dominant side and he kinda like breaking her especially when she gets to domineering and talkative, i mean she's an activist gf if he didn't put her in her place every once in a while she'd go full schizo. he reigns her in
Having an activist gf who occasionally needs/wants you to check her and dominate her sexually sounds hot as hell. I don’t even know what to call it but that’s diamonds-tier.
They like many of the same books.
But she's such a nothing character she spends most of her time indoors. She's barely a creek kid she just charges creek kids like she's Kit in exchange for book reports and papers they're too lazy to do themselves.
Is that you, Mona Lisa anon?
I always assumed Craig was gonna eventually pair up with Kelsey or they were gonna introduce some kind of Poly dynamic, in fact I could still realistically believe it to be the case since Kelsey also used to crush on Wildernessa.
The only real strange choice was George since him either being Gay or Bisexual comes completely out of nowhere its like someone on the writing team just wanted to ship their Fur OC with some random character and it had to be George for some weird reason.
Craig and Wildernessa let Kelsey get some action long ago but wrestling took most of her time so they all drifted apart.
Here
I think I can appreciate this isn't a will they won't they situation.
In that note, would be nice to get a JP. Amd his girlfriend episode or Horse girl in general.
>probably has her old creek outfit
>probably walks around barefoot (yeah that's right I'm weird)
>likes being put on a leash
>overall probably does puppyplay
>also maybe into pred prey play
yeah she's all ups
nah she's shown to have self awareness the type that did that are the type that start their cats and dogs. Those are faux activist remember her first ep she was in she called out kelsey for going to far and releasing dogs willy nilly.
lol idk i saw kelsey x craig too wtf why did we think that. But yeah them being poly is both hilarious and fits in my jokey craig harem thing he gets all the hoes.
she learned all that wrestling but she loves to be pinned down and bottom.
Really tho kelsey and wrestling wasn't even a possibility I saw her as a writer and maybe fencing or real into larping wrestling felt so out of right field also her adult design was a little surprising i thought she'd be more like Maya build but it's interesting to see she stayed pretty solid without being fat.
>overall probably does puppyplay
Craig lets her beg and bark a little before he lets her have "her treat"
>also maybe into pred prey play
Not as familiar with this one but would she be the prey or the predator?
That's brilliant
>I don't know who molested her or how they did it
If she lived in East Asia at any point in her childhood, Mark's mom probably ended up like Yudori
who's she also are all of them her and how is she constantly getting molested. like the frick
Yudori. A Korean artist famous for the comic where she aborted her baby and said she's rather the last guy she fricked die than her rapist. She got raped as a kid and molested and abused for many years and posts comics about it. Her comics get posted on Cinemaphile from time to time. Some guy apparently married her, so she's settled down now.
jeez hope she gets help as an artist myself i meet tons of girls like that in college they usually make being molested or abused their whole personality. I knew one girl that spent all semester re creating a classic oil painting where she slit her dad's throat. I always kinda cringe at stuff like this but feel sorry for them.
To her credit, she's mellowed out quite a bit. She gets shit on here but her art and her humor isn't bad at all. She's also fairly self-aware of how her abuse has impacted her sexuality, which is better than a lot of people.
well that's good i feel self awareness keeps ya from going down a bad path either for yourself or others. It takes a lot to take a step back and look at how your effecting others. Yeah she's def better than most that just vent their bs by cancelling or harrasing people. but that other stuff did sound quite schizoy so someone should keep an eye on her.
many such cases. a lot of artists get their creative drive from trauma and use art to cope. there'll always be a market for stuff like this.
tis true i just think the modern artist gets to caught up because artist of old kinda had to move on where some people can just fall apart and through that they fall down a deep hole and drag as many people down with them as they can.
jesus this frick greentext
>i'm not bringing that energy back
>I can't frick it all away
bro why these lines hit so hard they felt like he was genuinely concerned and scared for her
the future episode was top-tier. i'm glad everything was relatively grounded and believable. that ending was a gut-punch though. also like most people here i'm pretty clueless about the flags but i'm pretty sure maya is asexual
>maya is asexual
Not when I'm through with her, but where did you see a flag?
it was her jacket colors. maybe i'm reading into it too much
Why is she so cute?
Is she still stealing controllers in the future?
Post mega of the witches.
Finally watched the episode. Am I the only one who saw this animation error in one scene?
I missed it, good catch.
>the plastic's still on the sofa
kino
one hour til the new ep
Here's the livestream, so someone can record today's episode this time without waiting 10 hours or longer:
https://ustv247.tv/cartoon-network/
>only works in the US
If I lived in the US I'd just have cable
just use a vpn
You stay outta my friggin' pool, ya li'l niglets
How was the movie? Haven't gotten around to seeing it.
It was okay-ish. The new animation looks weird, and some jokes don't really land that well, but the story's more coherent than the first movie, and you get to see Carl jerking off twice. It's a 7 out of 10, but I can see some people valuing it less.
It's out!
PUT THE CRAIGNESSA IN THE BAG AND FRICK OFF
Anyone else struggle looking at her mouth thinking the stuff bear part is going to talk.
It's so stupid but I keep thinking the mouth of the bear is going to open.
>livestream cuts off before the episode’s ending
Fricking buttholes
It didn't for me. But I'm using 123tv.live.
Yeah I could only catch bits of pieces after the first 5 minutes but the ending is wildernessa saying that cheesesticks like Craig and Craig saying he likes them too. They blush, laugh, and howl.
No kiss? Lame
oh i thought i was the only one
lol i switched to a new one but yeah i was lucky
>that constant pause and skipping
I should have waited. totally killed the flow altogether.
is it dead?
>nothing happened
motherfricker.
I wanted my underage kissing.
Even Kelsey got hand holding
badgerclops got it
badgerclops? is mao mao coming out of purgatory?
Fricking loved Craig of the Street, the montage and the music especially, heavy late 90s and early 00s vibes
>"I believe" and a brick
>bigfoot sticker
Neat
How did they get away with the slur at bottom right?
Slurv.
Ok I recorded most of it. It’s not on HD but you can see and hear the episode fine. I will try editing it with the badgerclops videos
>dog girl returns
fricking Carl, man
I don't see what Craig gets out of this relationship
Free rides
Nothing, it's a forced last minute pairing by someone on the crew, they had zero hints and zero chemistry or reason to be together like JP and Maney or Kelsey and Stacks (or JP and Kelsey)
You clearly have not been watching the show.
Companionship you dweeb
>underage kissing
Wildernessa isn't that type of girl she'd give him a lick on the cheek
>interacting with a woman = harem
Reaching a bit there buddy
That's the joke
You clearly have never seen the 'Loud House' fandom.
Speaking of girls, can we talk about Brigid? I really think she's too fricking insane. She needs to be in a mental hospital.
Yeah, she's great. She's the "You just know" meme made manifest. Seeing her again was a pleasant surprise.
Also like that they used the third Science Kid. Don't think he had a speaking role before this.
>Crushinator
Sh
>Why the frick does the secret keeper get to express his feelings and ask someone out on a date
That always felt cringe to me, because that's a creeksona. So is it the crew member wanting to date a kid, or the crew member expressing his gay childhood?
I really hope we have another Helen episode.
can't he have them all?
>spoiler
Craig deserves a harem.
>a collection of girls Craig interacted with, and Nessa being a center
Pure based
My lil homie got hoes
is that aj?
yea
e-girl feet
so basically probably the wildest footjobs and sex imaginable. hope future nessa kept some of that wilder because i feel like she'd be into kinky hard core mating
>outspoken environmentalist
>hangs out with her dog all the time
>can go from cutesy to angry in mere seconds
>spends most her time doing non-traditionally feminine things
She's into that and so much more. Godspeed Craig when are we getting some art of her and future Craig?
She def seemed more feminine in the future but yeah olds are she probably still wild but craig got to be a chad and keep his girl in line.
this thread has sold me on the wildernessa shit so it's def in my idea folder, but i'd love to have some refs for her older self but i was probably gonna draw e-girl nessa anyway.
>i'd love to have some refs for her older self
Yeah, I don't know why it hasn't been released like the other older versions have.
yeah sucks but eh i guess it means they want me to draw dicky i must accept this fate
https://badmoves.bandcamp.com/merch
Second design is way better than the first one
Craig's design
The one on the left, felt really bland. But I can't really blame him for not going big on his first official merch commission.
Also as an artist why was it his job to deliver the shirts?
Well, he has to deliver it to them.
can't afford to pay someone else i guess. though with craig's wealthy upbringing he shouldn't have that problem
probably the only CotC merch I'll ever be able to get my hands on
I still have the second shirt. It's a nice shirt but I was moronic and got a size too large
"Puppy Love" was a surprisingly fun episode.
It's not in HD but it's all the episode in one go for those who just want to see it right now and don't like using twitter videos
https://mega.nz/file/H1RiHB4Y#ilWh8Qk_hhZ0IAmq9WrjBcdMS-D5EK2b9QGxgaZu2Iw
Thanks.
brigid stokes my hatred of furgays
Not a die-hard shipper but this episode feels empty without a true love confirmation like the other episodes. Why the frick does the secret keeper get to express his feelings and ask someone out on a date, but the main character of the show doesn't?
Gotta keep that "will they won't they" going until the last second of the last episode
it's because she's a tsund. she basically confirmed it anyway.
I have a feeling the show will dump these two together. They've always had a rivalry and Mackenzie blushed at HB a few times.
Handlebarb is probably bicycual.
They've already paired her up with the other black 10-speed.
Warp-speed?
Warp-zone?
I forget
I dont think the show has a bisexual character yet. Writers could make her one.
They're just friends
Warpspeed.
Okay, Thank you
Oh hey, I found the picture. I remember cuz it shows Boris with big red.
damn these ships ain't half-bad. imagine the sex
>imagine the sex
small_dom_big_sub
Poor boris doesn't stand a chance
i hate to be that guy but no matter how hard big red compensates she could never dom boris his finger would kill her. His meat will be coming out her mouth. Sometimes your just to small to ride and she's made to bottom
She gets bigger
if it isn't in the ep it's not canon
>redbois lose again
>the reaction from faces of others
Priceless
C'mon
Dancing is more than standing
they always add gays every Craig bomb so probably.
My feel when watching the future episode, and realizing it isn't about them hanging out as older teens. But instead how they slowly drifted apart.
For no reason, other than watching this episode I'm remembering my group of friends and growing up slowly drifting apart. Everyone moving away or starting families.
Did you watch frog show
Craig does it better tho. they've been shown picking up other interests and hang out with other kids thus slowly drifting apart. amphibia skipped all that.
Yeah. If 'Amphibia' had given at least half as much effort showing this process as this show, nobody would be criticizing it.
To be fair, the stakes are lower in this show because it's non-canon. It's still an emotional moment but man it'd be a disappointing ending. This show's usually optimistic so it'd probably end with them rekindling their friendship in the mosh pit.
It pisses me off that people keep comparing this to frog show. Is frog show the first cartoon you've ever watched?
I'm not comparing it, just wondering if he's seen it since he can find similar feels and devastation there
this is more depressing since in Frog show you see their reunion and see they are still close despite each doing their own thing, Here they just split apart and they only awkwardly hang say hi to each other.
JP and Omar are very similar watch the Green poncho orgin episode Omar is basically a black JP.
yeah i think most people got the impression that omar's super serious based on his green poncho persona but knowing more about him it makes sense they'd be friends.
I mean, it's Zeno Robinson. He plays this guy.
I can see JP doing the "I'm Mr Booger" routine so clearly
He’s not entirely serious, but he is more mature and level-headed compared to JP. He also feels more a friend of Craig who hangs around the other two instead of someone who has an actual bond with all 3
Amphibia different writing was on the walls.
I actually get mad at anons who wanted a lesbian ending.
There are many things wrong with the last episode of Amphibia but them growing up and going on separate paths wasn't one of them.
Hey at least JP and Omar have that bromance going on
I'm glad the show is actually going there instead of the "we'll be friends forever" route. It's at least honest. You keep up with some people, drift away from others. Things don't necessarily end badly but it just ends.
Mega anon died
Is Cheesesticks still alive in the future episode?
Cheesesticks will live forever, at the end of the universe there will only be Cheesesticks and Cannonball
cheesesticks will never outlive mortimer, he's an undying lich
Isn't there an entire cementery of Past mortimer?
Mortimer switches hosts or vessels regularly according to Kelsey. Depends on if you see reincarnation is immortality or not.
Was there a future Mortimer?
don't think so. guess she outgrew the little guy
Better question is the Mortimer we know still alive or did the dumb b***h kill him too. I guess he was just a plaything, I hope Vanessa punches her in the face.
Does anyone know the lifespan of a parakeet?
Does anyone know the lifespan of dogs like Cheesesticks?
Wiki says it's either a Caucasian Shepherd (10-11 years) or a Tibetan Mastiff (10-16 years.) Seems plausible if he's young right now.
He also plays an abused grimwalker, right?
Yeah.
do you guys think they'll conclude the Heart of the Forest storyline this season? there's 10 eps left in S4 after this week and none of them sound like big event episodes besides the Bernard 2-parter
i couldn't care less about that unless it ties back into the elder plot. somehow it's the least interesting thing going on
They probably are fricked production wise and are scrambling to get the show done. we'll definitely have collected all the cubes by then.
Weren't they working on Season 5 when it was shortened?
if it carries over into season 5, it's definitely not getting resolved with that episode cut lmao
I think it's the influence of isolationism in the Trump era plus stuff like China's rise.
What are they going to look like in the future? What are they going to be like in the future?
Statistically she has a black eye and a missing tooth and he's not visible at all
Bernard is a nerd and has a dad. So he is already defying the odds massively.
Based off their plan already on the road for co-governors. More realistically they immediately marry out of college, end up with a kid, and find middling jobs.
>What are they going to be like in the future?
Tom and Sarah from the Boondocks
She's going to have sex with Obama? And by Obama, I mean Craig
Alright when are we getting lewds of new goth david with the witches?
based! I remember that edit an anon made of that screenshot ages ago. Always looking for more craig x alexis
>reddit of the creek
I thought this shit got canned?
Not yet. Zaslav cut the budget but Season 5A has essentially been completed and Season 1A of the Jessica Spinoff is almost finished
There is also the movie which is finished but doesnt have a release date.
>Molly Mcgee and her moron Three
holy frick anon
Real question, would Marcy do better at the Creek rather than in Amphibia?
She'd unironically be friends with Kelsey but would mostly hang out with the Nerd Kids who would all love her and take turns crushing on her
Sasha would be a Tea Timer. No I will not elaborate further on this
Anne would likely hang out with Maya.
anne would hate maya. she'd probably frick off from the other side after learning about the caste system or at the very least befriend a serf and try to take it down from the inside.
i confess to bringing up a couple but i swear a good portion of Cinemaphile are zoomers and amphibia is babby's first cartoon
Doubtful. The only reason she'd hate that part of the creek is because all the peasantry get shit candy and subsist off of Candy Corn and sadness.
maybe she’d be into it pre-character development but i don’t think she’s stupid enough to buy into it. if anything she would see her own toxic friendship reflected by the other side. why do you think she’d be friends with maya?
They like to Sword Fight. Maya has her Whiffle Ball Bat and Anne has her Tennis Racket
This is based off how in the earlier seasons of Craig of the Creek a lot of the characters would carry some kind of weapon with them everywhere. Its funny because this technically counts as "conceiled carry."
Kelsey has her Foam Sword. Brigid has her Lacross Stick. Eliza has her Bright Pink Ax.
Kelsey's sword is a PVC pipe.
Actually, how many shows did we bring up in this thread?
Fricking BASED god damn. This is the exact sentiment I've had with these fricking shows since day 1. Amphibia was an aggressively adequate cartoon and I have no idea why so many people here continue to obsess over it to this day.
I mean, I loved the show, but Season 3 was too imperfect for my tastes.
I'll cry when she takes off the mask.
She needs a rival. A proper one.
I think Brigid was supposed to be a "monster of the week" character.
Her character arc is...strange but compared to all the other pointless characters in this show I would prefer her over the Opposite end of the Creek kids not named Maya who is the only interesting one
This show is filled to the brim with characters who're not only boring but feel like they're OC's.
Well, it doesn't help that some of them are modeled after crew members.
But maybe it's the nature of being a kid or something.
That explains why a lot of these characters are not only boring and pointless but feel like they're ticking off boxes just to cycle thru the ep length
Season 4 is only good because of the excess of Tea Timer focused episodes.
I made the mistake of looking up wildernessa on twitter god the absolute hate for her x craig and weird schizo posting about her being gay and craig being bf with jason made me kek so hard
Just looking up anything cotc related was a mistake, these bots are unreal. Makes me question posting art that attracts these freaks.
yeah like i swear they were people posting nessa x kelsey and stacks and talking about a polycule. Like bro the frick why is it so big a deal you have to make a whole new ship just out of spite. Also kinda funny how the same people that say nessa is toxic want her to be with stacks and Kelsey seems like a cope just because they wanted more lesbains.
yeah crazy how people are simping for ronnie anne and linc but not craig and nessa when they have had way more set up before dating and overall have more character development.
an i like ronnie anne and linc sad they ruined it with casagrande but shows most of the nessa hate is a twitter cope.
I liked Ronnie Anne in 'The Casagrandes'.
i mean i'm sure she's cool but i ain't watching a spin off of a show with 2 seasons that tells me somethings wrong. but if she was that's great to hear. but that fanbase seems mostly dicky and shota oriented so i take it with a grain of salt
It's been going on since 2016. They have a shitton of content already.
i've notice since i see the bloud house threads like twice in the last 7 days. So quick question did they have a their black episode or something because I've seen the bloud stuff everywhere?
i've noticed a lot of "what x character were black" threads spammed here lately. i assume it's usual /misc/ shitposting.
nah bloud has been around for at least 5 months theirs a artist i like named Sloth that draws it a lot but idk where it came from. It's not even that racist in there just horny asf and mostly just a bunch of people that insert as linc getting dommed by 10 black girls. only toxic ones funny enough seem to be the loud house haters who are going schizo over the whole interracial thing and loud house as a whole
It kinda makes sense.
Hell yeah!
yeah my only fear of the loud house fan base is with the new loud show having actual actors how they are going to react to that.
Craig, much like every shonen anime protagonist
Goku
Luffy
Naruto
Can make friends or love interest with almost everyone. That's why the Craig bowl was so big.
And yes I'm aware Goku only had one love interest.
Plus two of them shot the idea of Craig being their boyfriends down.
Nah dude it's a cute pairing but narratively there's nothing there, feels like they put all the female characters up on a wall and chose one through the dartboard approach
Preemptively block them. Twitter people only respond positively to outright pandering and will react negatively if anything gets in the way of their OTP. Or just avoid their chosen ships. Chances are they won’t interact unless you do something that captures their attention in the first place.
yeah true crazy enough, like i said they are going weirdly sperg over craig x wildernessa, but if it had been two girls they'd need a mop to clean up the mess the spergs would make over them. they def have a specific otp or ship type so when that's broken they get mad as hell.
yeah they were cute especially seeing her in a less confident situation even in breaking the ice her character and confidence never broke. She just had little tweens of blush and was mostly venting about why she had no friends.
but here she really is vulnerable and needs help and as someone said above it really shows why they kinda work well with each other. Vanessa needs a craig in her life since she's been bullied and has tunnel vision some times.
It's the opposite situation of Izabella Alvarez's other big role.
Wildernessa is cute! You know who she remains me of? Star's dad from SVTFOE
She is clearly latina, but she could easily by a nordic chick riding a bear too.
Nah
>he's the main character and i really relate to that
that joke was so fricking stupid but i laughed
CN really needs to promote CotC better. every now and then a clip will go viral and the comments are always filled with "what show is this?," "where can I watch this?," "omg I guess I should start watching this" which is pretty wild considering it's been on the air for almost half a decade at this point
i actually liked how they weren't even full on bullies just roasters and left as soon as they got their prize. I expected them to come back and do some petty shit or lie but no they were honorable older gents
They only ever promote craig when it's Black history konth or Black lives matter.
Like Craig's two friends are white but CN always used Sparkle Cadet and Canon ball with Craig.
Cartoon Network hates its shows though only slightly less than Nickelodeon. I’ve seen better promotion by random black guys on Twitter than I’ve seen anything come out of CN
Fun Fact: Those teens' designs were references to one of the board artists' old indie comics.
i must know more?
Was it a good webcomic though?
happy Sparkle Cadet day who's ready to see best girl again
She is so pretty.
Is there any chance we get Omar x her?
Has he even met her yet?
i was never fond of sparkle but to be fair i never watched sailor moon or whatever she's parodying
this worries me because it implies she maybe moving again because wasn't that her whole thing she was a girl with like a military dad so she moved a lot and never made a good impression and had like no friends. Would be sad if she had to go.
Wasn't her deal she always moves and never makes friends? Does this mean she is moving out again?
i hope not not her biggest fan but def would be sad to see a creek kid leave
She this sailor moon parody l, but you do see a trace a sadness of a child basically alone. Like when she reveals she can't ride a bike.
damn yeah she kinda reminds me of the glasses kids from recess to a degree, he was so goody goody and never had fun living on a military base most of his life and going from school to school. So i can see her being similar she never had time to get attach or have stuff like a bike because if your moving bikes are a hassle and yeah hope she doesn't get booted from the cast.
Why does Cartoon Network push Sparkle Cadet so much? She's the only non-Williams family character to have a patch on the sweepstakes varsity jacket
What do you think? She finds a way into people's hearts.
Bump for her episode.
I wonder if it's the episode where craig paints his nails and gets made fun. (As he should)
Here's the HD link for "Puppy Love":

You son of a scout!
thanks.
Blah blah blah know
I'm happy that I didn't find anything weird about this until you reminded me of the "you just know" meme, makes me thing I still have a chance to be a normal person.
If this show weren't for kids you just know Brigid would have just started choking Wildernessa right then and there
She had an agenda and she was in the way
You know the plot of the episode of the dog liking someone else more is done a lot. The twist of hiding bacon even more cliche.
But watching Brigif make you feel dirty
>Being amazed that Craig of the Creek is a show filled with Cliche
Why did it take you this long to figure this out. This show has a billion boring and pointless characters who're only there to tick boxes and cycle thru run time
There is a reason why characters like Brigid and Eliza stand out because they're more goal oriented then the average creek resident who is just there to be a background character
Brigid's a weirdo but at least she isn't boring.
one hour left creekbros

>Who's ready to head to New Jersey?

>Head to New Jersey
But he never left
Why do they want to make a band all of the sudden?
That was…kind of a nothing episode
Steven Universe ass episode, they really built the whole thing around one musical number ||the ending was adorable||
I need to see some footage from that Craig of the Creek movie
so how are we feeling about this one
it's not great.
Gonna give it a 6/10
Nothing buger SU tier episode. If they posted the video online and starboy happens to find it and facetimes her then it would be something.
Is this what it's like to be homophobic?
inb4 Omar wins the Craigbowl
omar is for threesomes with jp and horsegirl
you're telling me that if a cute girl wanted to hang out with you and paint your nails, you wouldn't let her? that's kinda fruity bro
Probably the worst episode of this week so far but it's had stiff competition.
cute cadet/10
it obvious they're setting up a "drifting apart" theme and I'm all for it. I'm thinking she's going to move again and this puts Craig on damage control.
When's Craig going to call someone a fake ass homie
more like when is someone gonna call craig a fakeass homie. the city boys p much did it offscreen.
Which one?
For me, it’s Nicole.
As it should be.

Redpill me about Maryland and New Jersey. (I'm from Argentina)
Maryland and New Jersey are two of the oldest states in America.
I finished today's episode.
I give this episode an 8/10.
thanks reviewanon
It was a nice episode, I like that is less about the closure that actually reuniting with the person.
This is a nitpick but I wonder where did they get those child sized instruments, I get is a cartoon but is one grounded in reality for the most part.
For more slice-of-life stuff, episode 2 of 'The Really Loud House' will air in less than half an hour.

Here it is in widescreen:
What are the chances Eliza has an abusive family?
high, but I'd like to believe they love her and she's just an butthole for no reason
Missed opportunity for Eliza to be Craig's amity/pacifica/courtney
Paz fit with Dipper because he was a complete frickup with girls (even the one time he wasn’t due to shit writing) while Craig has plenty of girls around him, he doesn’t need her
i'm sick of rich girls getting redeemed
also courtney who?
probably talking about total drama courtney, who isn't so much a rich b***h and more a know it all bookworm.
was she even redeemed? i stopped watching midway through action
Courtney from As Told by Ginger, the rich girl who had an "special interest" for the protagonist
>3:48 minutes long
That's like 40% of the episode
MARYLAND homieS ARE UP
Anyway, thoughts on the promo?
Looks like a fun one like silver fist. Will be watching asap
I don't like it. It's one thing of Craig using a purse like a satchel. But I think he's too into purses.
It's one of those episodes where we see Craig as an insecure kid, try and pass off being cool but doing something that would ultimately get him in trouble
>Wildernessa won the Craigbowl
I am fine with this. She's always been best girl anyway
You people actually watch this milquetoast show?
They will be tomorrow since the focus is on Eliza.
But i want focus on wildernessa eliza sucks
i wonder who this anon's favorite character is..
i dont blame you though, she can be pretty fun

Can we make it to the last episode of the week?
I forget what bump limit is. If it's 500 no, 600 yes.
I say let's go for it.
why is she the most relatable kid she feels like how i would have been as a kid just a stick in the mud but hiding it so people don't get sad or think I'm a dick.
yeah it was kinda all over the place also had nothing to do with the map, I thought she was gonna use some form polish remover to fix it but nah she just painted his nails which felt so out of left field his map is still fricked
You would Think Craig would have set up a system for his map. Like take a picture of it and save it on a computer or just scan it.
this show would be better if it were set 20-30 years ago
yeah really because we know characters like the king have just takin pics of it and it was gg.
yeah tons of shows have that vibe their supposed to be modern day but give off a 80-00s vibe. nothing wrong with that. But i feel it comes from us just not having many problems especially kids. like you can't compare pre phone and tablet times to now.
>kids now do have problems but not stuff they can make easily fun in a cartoon i guess
song is up on music streaming services
>Bob the Drag Queen
doesn't this guy have an HBO show? that Warner Bros synergy in full effect I see
is this real or a cotc hater edit?
I just took a screenshot of a tweet from CN
https://twitter.com/cartoonnetwork/status/1590853492637421569
we live in a bizarre timeline
It's sad that it is, so were having a drag queen in the ep?
Bob is just voicing Nicole's purse in Craig's imagination. there won't actually be drag queens in the episode
It's real.
Not the first time they got a drag queen to be a VA, but it's the first time one voiced an object.
do you guys think Sparkle Cadet will ever get to reunite with Starboy or will the writers stuff him in the same closet they put Helen into
I mean it's not impossible. Realistically probably not.
In the show, Hell no. Sparkle Cadet is like a C character so to do this arc would really push the show. Especially considering they had their episodes slashed already.
