All of the main characters are some flavor of “different” but nobody cared. on the Fourth Flavor discussion it being some nonexistent in reality flavor would be lame, personally my theory is on it being either Pineapple or Banana, after all of the three known core flavors two of them are derived from beans(Chocolate and Vanilla) while the third(Strawberry) is a fruit, so it makes sense from a balance perspective that the Fourth Flavor would also be a fruit flavor, also Pineapple and Banana are two of the oldest ice cream flavors(Lemon would also fit for this reason) and are fairly obscure as standalone flavors(both are more common as toppings nowadays, Pineapple is usually seen as more of a Sorbet or Shaved Ice/Snow Cone flavor, and Banana is generally a secondary or tertiary flavor if it shows up at all) nowadays so would fit as a mystical lost flavor, also well based on what we see the Fourth Flavor is yellow and those are yellow fruits

To be honest as a ____ guy, characters like Static, Maurice, Green Lantern, Sigint, Barret, Luke Cage, Storm are just a few of the characters that made me feel included in comics, cartoons and vidya. I don't need an entire show full of my people, but having more cultural diversity doesnt hurt fiction it always enhances it.

Every and i mean EVERY show you've watch has a diverse cast. And I dont only mean race, but also; intelligence, morality, origins and etc.
I know diversity is a buzzword used by drooling children and subhumans to put all the colors in a crayon box, but I'm more focused on "what each of these crayons can do to enhance a drawing."

It's almost as if shes a token black character of that era. Foxxy Love is the only other one I can think of off hand but Foxxy Love and her had exactly the same personality and vocal inflection but adjusted for different audiences.
