>use a dream journal. write down everything you can as fast as you can after waking
>abstain from drugs/alcohol
dreaming supplements like melatonin or opium can be used in moderation after getting a hang of lucid dreaming
How much melatonin do you take? 10/20g just makes me sleepy for five minutes before bed but that's about the extent of that window
you shouldnt take more than 1mg
maybe I'm sensitive to it but I only need 1-2mg for intense dream effects
you probably shouldn't take more than a few mg at a time and occasionally
bros dry scooping 20g of melatonin
kek I think you can go as high as 20g without dying
Shulgin ate several grams trying to produce waking psychedelic effects iirc
I meant mg. I don't know where people get this 1/2mg idea. The gummies at Walgreens are all 5 or 10 mg
taking 1-2mg is effective so I don't ever see the need to exceed 5mg
the dosages on those products are wrong, its marketing shit
you should be taking less than 1mg, you can research this yourself
0.25-0.5mg
>believe me, not something in writing that millions of people handle and take everyday
kys
shoot 10 mg of heroin
Melatonin makes you grow girl breasts. It's estrogen heavy. Don't take this shit.
Also, the real kino is going to sleep without moving while trying to keep councious, then lifting off your body and entering the astral plane. Just don't look at yourself in mirrors or at your body and avoid interacting with people. Enjoy freely moving around town in your astral body.

You train it to get good at a skill like writing or drawing, then you share your creative vision with the world.
>Anon Is Late To The Exam And He Didn't Study 162: Revengeance
Tired of this franchise ffs
>Its another "MC forgot to do a test in third grade so he has to go back to school and do it despite being 30+" episode
The writer strike has been pretty obvious lately
I’m glad I’m not the only one.
>oh no i havent done a single homework assignment all semester and theyre due today
I have other dreams too and some are pretty cool but frick dreams about school.
>listen to a great song
>wake up and realize it's a song I made up
>can't remember it
How many fricking times

I dont understand why people aspire to lucid dream. It seems to me it'd kill the entire fun of dreaming. Dreaming is cool because you believe that everything is real, no matter how wacky and nonsensical its in hindsight after you wake, but if you're lucid the illusion is shattered instantly.
once you experience a crystal clear lucid dream you'll get
when I say that I mean flawless; this usually is only possible for people for very rare special cognition or vigilant dreaming training by those already acclimated to it.
manipulating your surroundings and sensory experience mentally within a stable and conscious frame of mind is amazing
>keep making myself a Gary Stu
How do I stop this trope? It’s anti-kino
I'll never stop doing it because real life is too horrible. I always make myself rich because I'm dirt poor in real life. You think it's anti-kino but you're anti-kino. You can't even do anything in a fictional world as a poor person.
I've watched Titanic in full every day for the past 8 days and last night I finally got my first Titanic dream. They're only gonna get more vivid from here. I'm gonna marry Helga
>I've watched Titanic in full every day for the past 8 days
>Creates high pitched tone while your awake for no reason
Its not fair bros
High pitched tone? Do you listen to music? You should try sitting in silence more and you won't have that problem. I love silence.
You are perhaps thinking of tinnitus, anon seems to be talking about exploding head syndrome, which doesn't come from your ear at all as implied its the brain.
high pitched tone while your awake for no reason
Unironically just keep a dream journal and you will start to recognize when you are dreaming and be able to impact it from there
T. Has vivid sex dreams every night
>dream journal
Sounds pretty gay. I just write down what I want to happen in my dreams in my "dream journal". My brain doesn't even give me what I want when I'm sleeping. In my last dream, I was sneaking around some facility and the guards had guns. I think they shot me dead and I woke up. What kind of fricking dream is that. I'd never dream that shit on purpose. My ideal dream is hanging out with my friends or having sex with my waifu so I don't care about dreams when asleep.
>thinks dreams have anyhting to do with will
npc moment
I have no idea what you're saying but if you're going to insult me then I'll close the thread and you Black folk can speak to each other. I don't have a second thread open, which is good.
I'm faded, don't mind what I say. apologies.
I've been going to bed at 10.30 pm almost every day and I don't get up until 8.30 am. Is that too long? I love sleeping bros
>can't remember last time I had a nightmare
I don't know if it's a good sign or what
>makes me jolt awake every hour due to barking dogs in the distance
>foreverial tired and hating every moment of it
I'm disgusted by dreams. I'm basically being lied to every single night.
Dreaming is the ultimate form of consciousness, followed by DMT and salvia divinorum trips. I am not as vigilant as I should be about having better dreams, but here are some of the things I have done in the past to get better/stronger dreams:
>keep a dream journal using paper and pen
>learn your 90-min sleep cycles and base your sleep schedule around getting as many cycles as possible
>melatonin and valerian root help a little bit by keeping you asleep longer
>diphenhydramine moderately potentiates dreams in the recommended dose
>macrodosing Amanita muscaria causes extremely vivid, long-lasting dreams but they are often of mundane subject matter (microdosing is for gays)
>alcohol and weed are the worst things you can do for dreaming
>there are other obscure oneirogenic substances like Calea zacatechichi and Silene capensis that I haven't tried
The biggest things that helped me lucid dream were reality checks and keeping a dream journal. Going back to sleep a little while after waking up or even taking a nap early in the day usually helps as well.
My most consistent reality check is looking at my hand to make sure I have 5 fingers, I always have 6-7 in dreams. Pinching your nose and trying to breath through it, and trying to poke your finger through your hand also work for me too.
The importance of the dream journal is to help you remember your dreams more clearly, you’ll start to have a clear reference of what it feels like to be in your dreams after some time, especially if you re read your entries often.
