Frick that butthole Jerry. Tom deserves to win. This is a happy ending as far as I am concerned. Tom always gets the shit end of the stick and he just wants to live a quiet life as a house cat. I bet Jerry is full of disease. It's good Jerry dies.

I used to listen to a bunch as a kid, but there really aren't any that I can think of. I guess there's some decent SCP shit, which isn't a creepypasta. The closest thing to an interesting idea was the backrooms shit, but that's only because this one dude's doing a really cool series about it atm. Everything else made about the backrooms fricking sucks.

I first read Normal Porn For Normal People as a teenager and I kept returning to it for some reason. It still flashes in my head sometimes. I don’t know why, it’s not poignant nor particularly scary, but it sticks with me in a weird way
What’s funny is, reading some comments on it, it seems a lot of people feel the same way. Something is different about it, but I don’t know what

            Anonymous

I read it too and thought it was pretty tame, the title makes it seem like it's this really complex story but it underwhelmed me honestly. Maybe I'm missing something in the story or whatever

              Anonymous

Well I’d say you’re right, it is kind of tame, but it just sticks with me anyway and I cannot figure out why

I think creepypastas that just weird you out a little often have a lot more staying power than the outright creepy or messed up ones

I think it might also be the relatability. We’ve all been in chan threads where we discover weird stuff online and anons deep dive for more info

Out of all creepypastas out there, Normal Porn For Normal People is easily the most beliavable. And unlike other pastas, the more you grow and learn, the more you learn how plausible Normal Porn For Normal People is to have been real.

Probably because it feels plausible. I actually dislike the ending where the thread is deleted and uploads of videos are deleted. I think the implication of some psychopath out somewhere is spookier than the implication of a conspiracy theory or whatever.

because it's eerie, it's got that same feeling of a David Lynch movie or an episode of The Twilight zone, it may not be scary, but it sure as hell sticks with you

              >also monkeys are scary frick you
Hear hear, i recently dreamt i was watching a vcr infomercial where they were testing out a safety harness that apparently splits your ribcage violently open upon crashing, cut to a chimp wearing it while the cheerful narrator talks about how it will now be tested. Up comes a closeup of the chimp smiling before screeching until it jolts me awake
Clearly been watching too much zoomer analog horror lately
