i didn't like spiderverse 1 and haven't seen 2 or no way home but i feel this is the worst spiderman movie
why is spider-man an entire genre of film now
It's All Fucked Shirt $22.14 |

It's All Fucked Shirt $22.14 |
TASM2 is still the worst one, the entire narrative is a fricking mess
ATSV is much worse, both structurally and plot-wise
TASM is alot more boring and forgettable than TASM 2
They can both be the worst Spider-Man movie 🙂
OH I forget the Sony ones even existed
frick...
no i still dislike this more by 0.1 point.
remember that Indian guy from the first one who disappears during the bridge scene and never returns in the movie?
I regret to inform you that ‘let’s character assassinate every version of Peter Parker to prop up our very special Gary stu OC’ exists.
Honestly I think no way home is the weakest spider-man movie
If you think Far From Home is the worst one you're either 12 years old or just have bad taste
I'm asuming you haven't seen either TASM film if a fun movie about Spider-Man on holiday is the worst to you
same reason why Batman is an entire genre of film
It's the best of the Holland movies.
it pretty much builds on peter's relationship with cast before what happpens in no way home. it's also following on from homecoming by being a typical teenage movie interrupted with spider-man sheniangans.
The first movie had that ferris bueller, breakfast club vibe, and this is like a road trip movie. I feel especially after the college triology where spider-man story will have the same dark tone as no way home, these 2 early movies will be appreciated for being the light hearted highschool set up that build up peter's character
Special you.
bump
>multi-verse shit on great
>spider-man 3 on disaster
I disagree
NWH can be lower but SM3 is dogshit
Spiderman 3 was the worst
No way home was the best.
I don't like these movies, but I still don't get this board's hateboner for the sheer concept of the multiverse.
>umm... it's le bad... because le nothing matters if there's a multiverse... if a character dies there's always another version...
What kind of autism is this? I refuse to buy anyone actually believes that, sounds like a shallow attempt to rationalize your dislike of something. I mean, if Tobey's Spider-Man died, it would still fricking matter, even with the knowledge that there are also other Spider-Men. Because they're all different characters with their own stories
I haven't seen it since it came out, but I remember liking everything to do with Mysterio aside from the Tony Stark focus and the final battle on Tower Bridge was pretty good
IIRC the main problems are the focus on MCU Pete's shitty cast, bad CGI in places, some of the humour being really poor (like treating the Snap completely light-heartedly and that one joke Happy makes, you know the one), and some utterly stupid yet simultaneously weightless plot points
>Nick Fury and SHIELD get fooled by Mysterio
>but don't worry the Nick in this film was a Skrull all along so it doesn't matter
>Spider-Man's secret identity gets very publicly revealed and he's simultaneously framed for murderz
>but the murder charges get dropped in the first five minutes of the next film, which then also OMD's the whole non-secret identity thing, so none of that matters either
Maybe I'll give it a rewatch at some point
Personally I just hate the multiverse because it's rarely, if ever, done well, especially not in modern capeshit films where all it amounts to is cameo shite. Also, it's just an inherently hokey sci-fi concept that doesn't really work unless you build the story/series around it from the beginning, like time-travel or cloning.
ur cringe for still funding marvel capeshit
I love Far From Home. It's my favorite SM film by a large margin. I'm going to die on this hill
