And because your life is so bad, the only energy you can put into this diversion is negative. The thing is that when all you create is negativity, it seeps back into your own life and makes it worth. Ultimately you are trapped in an endless cycle of being unhappy, being negative and destructive to others because you are unhappy, and then this in the end makes you more unhappy leading to you repeating the process on a loop.
I am not saying this to be mean to you or hurt your feelings. It’s just the accurate truth of the situation and I hope you improve it by behaving less bitter. The cycle of hate ends when you decide to let go and embrace the cringe.
