I'm really curious what the symbiote fans think of this.

Madness has an AWESOME design. It's so over the top- the horns, the scar, the hair, the extra heads- and I feel like most symbiote designs are so same-y considering they have the capability to look like literally anything, so it's refreshing to see someone just go crazy with it. And both he and the cyborg symbiotes are like...very 90s, if that makes sense. Edgy and over-the-top and just *fun.* Misery's design...eh, she's more of an example of what I *dislike. Not horrible, just...nothing new. And as for Misery on a conceptual level, or in general the idea of Liz as a supervillain?? Honestly, considering every other one of Peter's old friends has had their shot at being a super(*and* at bonding to a symbiote funnily enough), it's only fair that she gets a spin.

People whine a lot about there being too many spider-folks / events but unironically I feel like symbiotes are even fricking worse when it comes to spamming of them. Like yeah it's cool to have like

ASM is horribly mandated against a good story. Editorial only approves company men who will promote their position, keep quiet about what they dislike, and toe the line. That does not make it easy for the writers who disagree with them.

LIz getting blacked is truly priceless and to think she could haved Peter instead.

Surprised no one has mentioned the Order of the Goblin, Scriers, and Norman's 90s gf being brought back.

This would be normal if ot took place after Spectacular #200 but taking place after Harry died, then came back/unknown to Liz got cloned, and then died again?

It just feels weird that this is the conversation that's happening now.

He got there on the formula but then he immediately died.

Normie deciding Aunt May had to die because she put raisins in cookies was kind of relatable. My grandmother used to do this to me. I get all excited each time to thinking I was getting a chocolate chip cookie. But nope, she'd play culinary Russian roulette with the raisins. It's enough to give a child trust issues.

Bonus points if a horrified despite himself Peter is the one who finds him and Norman just shrugs and says she didn't do anything to him that he I didn't do to himself just for kicks every Friday night with a consenting lady friend and Peter has to go home to bleach out his brain at that image.
