Even if turning Chris Kent into a villain wasn't something DC only let Jurgens get away with because he considers Jon Kent his OC even though he'll never get credit on any of the books or make a penny on any adaptations. But he got away with this stupidity and it even stuck that Tomasi was forced to write something as imbecilic as Sinister Sons because even though the Super Sons omnibus sold well, DC won't offer him any work to write that he actually would get to enjoy working on.
