Thats a TV department film that got moved to a theatrical release because the film went over budget (Canadian Tonic DNA was supposed to do the film but due to C11 which bans Canadian studios from taking foreign work production was moved to England which jacked up the cost).

The difference is that this one has a plot that seems to actually resolve around the animated character. Every other fricking movie on this list basically resolved around some fricking human schmucks while the premise of this one is based on Coyote's needs and conflict resolves around him as he wants to sue Acme, it is a conflict that resolves around the actual main character. Most of the other ones have some shitty plot pushed by humans who just so happen to meet the cartoon character. Or just have pretty terrible writing and no true effort put into them (like that fricking Yogi Bear movie). Given how BTS reels look for this movie and that one song released it seems like people working on this one do actually try to make it a good movie about the Coyote and put effort into it.
Leaked demo reel revealed that Coyote doesn't care about the trial and just wants to trap Road Runner on the witness stand so he can devour him while the attorneys stress over the possibility of going bankrupt over all this. It's about the lawyers, not coyote.
Ideally, David Zaslav should have done what Disney did when they bought Fox: cancel every project except a handful of big ones. He just couldn't get a pass from the media like Disney.
