It's not terrible by any means. It's the most comic accurate dc movie ever because it's a cluster frick just like a crisis would be (or the original Flashpoint).
The real problem of this film is being live action(cameos were great thou), this script would be a fantastic animated movie. On the other side, even the best dc animated movies like crisis on two earths and red hood would be terrible in live action.
I thought it was fine, definitely not deserving of the lowest score of all of the DCEU movies although that's a low bar. Obviously the SFX could have been better but I think removing a lot of the starting scenes to give more time to the final sequence with the two Flashes would have been beneficial. Both the actors for Barry's parents were absolutely fantastic and should have been in more scenes. Ron Livingston in particular really brought the feels with his phone call to Barry early on in the film.
I thought word of mouth was going to save it.
