I stopped reading DC all together once Bendis showed up back in 2018. Now that he’s been gone for a bit is DC putting out anything worth reading?

No.
No, but since you managed to read all the way up to 2018, you might enjoy some of the shit they're putting out now.
You fricking butthole
No
>Now that he’s been gone for a bit is DC putting out anything worth reading?
lmao
roflmao even
Lol no fricking way. The transition between these top panels is hilarious. It’s slop but it made me laugh.
It's parody, it's genuinely hilarious that they "dunk" on comicsgaters and proceed to release shit like this.
Grant Morrison's Green Lantern was good.
Adams Flash and Williamson Robin was good too. War World Superman was alright. After Bendis Superman anything I guess would look amazing by comparison.
I'm going assume you're earnest and make some recommendations and the auto response will be that they're shit because (you)s are like drugs to some brains. Give it the first few issues, you don't like it then you don't like it. This is the same for Flash which is nothing mindblowing but just a good return to form for Wally West. I also enjoy Worlds Finest which is fun storytelling with great art. I also enjoy Detective Comics but it's very very slow burn storytelling so you may want to give it 4 issues to judge.
It's okay rn
Nope
Was King’s Question story good. King is hit or miss for me.
Enjoyed:
> Omega Men
> Vision
> Mister Miracle
> Superman
> Darkseid War GL one shot
Hated
> Batman (except the looney tunes crossover)
> Heroes in Crisis
I kind of gave up on King. His dialogue and character writing are tiresome. The only thing I'm willing to read by him is Sheriff of Babylon. It's a shame because Rorschach and Human Target have good artists attached to them.
Disliked:
>Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow
>Omega Men
>The Vision
>Batman/Elmer Fudd
>Love Everlasting
People also praise Grayson, but it has dogshit Janin art.
its funny, Grayson is the only one where I hated the art, but enjoyed the writing, while almost everything else hes done, I got bored by the writing and saved by the art.
King's work has really soured me on Gerads though. I enjoyed that Punisher run he did, as well as Sheriff of Bablyon, and Mister Miracle, but something about Strange Adventures bugged me. maybe it was the juxtaposition of his art against Shaner, but it just wasn't as good as I was hoping it.
His supegirl comic was adequate...but shouldn't have been canon...
>Now that he’s been gone for a bit is DC putting out anything worth reading?
Jeremy Adams' Green Lantern... and that's it.
>Jeremy Adams' Green Lantern
No.
You haven't even read it sis.
I'm a man, and I've read every issue so far.
What was your favorite and least favorite part about it?
The art is decent, but nothing has happened. The pieces have been put in place so far, and then it got interrupted by a garbage event, so maybe now that it's resumed we'll start seeing some actual movement.
lol DC has always been shit, their heroes are so fricking dumb
an amazonian, wtf? Like 3 alien characters, barely relatable
the SPEEDforce? The Flash has to be the most autistic super hero ever
Marvel is shit but its not even a comparison on the difference of character quality between the two
>Marvel is shit but its not even a comparison on the difference of character quality between the two
The only thing Marvel has going for it is quantity over quality.
Superman '78 was good, look into that anon. It's a fun follow-up to the first two Christopher Reeve films and is what Superman III should have been.
There is not a single Big Two comic worth reading from this past decade, unless you count John Byrne's X-Men fan-fic (where he would've taken the team since he left) that he posts on his website.
I like most of the Black Label stuff
It's worse than ever, Jim Lee destroyed DC and now it's even worse with the hands of James Gunn, he's already changed a lot of things there one of them was making Hawkgirl gay
I believe the troony writer begrudgingly admitted that Kendra was straight.
Still packed it full of dykes including troony dykes (straight men)
Does James Gunn have anything to do with the comics side? I thought he was just movies and tv.
I keep hearing this, can I get a qrd on what Lee did exactly? I thought he was just a yes-man for DiDio.
>jim lee
JIm Lee was not responsible for the layoffs. That was all AT&T and Lifford.
I like what Zdarsky has done with Batman, Peacemaker Tries Hard is one of the funniest things I've read in years, the Batman / Superman is pretty good, I really like Batman Incorporated because Ghostmaker is probably my favorite thing they've done in a decade.
I don't care for Knight Terrors all that much and that's currently the big ongoing thing, more miss than hit for my two cents.
I'm in the same boat.
Robin looked alright, though I only read the first issue or two.
