I wish she had been added to the comics.

She was one of the few "villains" that probably would have welcomed a cure. Tragically, her surrender to the authorities probably meant that she was one of the few Bang Babies that weren't in town when the cure was deployed.
Maybe I'm misremembering but her 'surrender' had her go with that church preacher, not the cops.
No matter who it was, it will result in being sent to live with professionals.
Static should have tapped that
Static is for Richie.
Considering the conditions she lived in, many others have.
DUde no.
As a resident coomer, Permafrost is a Little sister that needs hugs and headpats.
>Cute supervillainess (who in some cases isn't actually that bad)
>Gets fricked over, killed off and/or forgotten about
Why does this happen so often? It's happened multiple times over the years (it's happened to male characters too)
Permafrost was just a villain of the week wasn't she?
DC already has two ice themed females. What would this one add?
How many speedsters does DC have?
How many Green Lantern (humans) does DC have?
How many Kryptonian heroes does DC have?
How man-
You seem to think I am in favor of this bloat for some reason. DC should put most of them on a bus never to be seen again.
At most, 3 individuals with the same power set should exist at any given time. That gives you the hero, their sidekick, and their evil counterpart.
because she's not really a hero or villain. Just a case of a girl who has powers
What do you do with a character like then in a setting that is about super-heroing? You get a one-shot at best. After that, she's spent as a character with no story potential outside fanfic moe shit.
This would be the one we actually like.
Do you even know who the other two are without a google?
Are you suggesting to him that they're completely forgettable?
No. I have a sneaky suspicion this thread is filled with casuals though. No one forgets THAT scene from Assault on Arkham.
I'm still mad KGBeast was used as the bomb example.
Mile stone frozen character so it works.
Permafrost is a Milestone comic character? I thought she was just made for the Static show.
She could be is what I'm saying. DC keeps static in its own universe at the moment.
Oh. Fair.
I have spent hours thinking about writing a DC fanfic with a character whose basically Permafrost and I've spent just as much time on powerlisting wiki looking at cryokinesis and other ice/cold/snow/winter using characters for inspiration.
Read this DCAU/One Piece crossover where Permafrost and Volcana end up joining the Straw Hats.

Link?

Permafrost arrives in chapter 6 iirc
Thanks bud.
I wish Volcana was canon to comics
Could easily work, give her some standard super strength, durability, etc and make her fire magical. A gift from some fire deity.
Isn't she in that new harley quinn show or is that a different volcana?
I'm drawing such a massive fricking blank.
Yes, she's a young latina intern/protege of Poison Ivy.
https://harleyquinn.fandom.com/wiki/Volcana
Is there hope for her to join the comics then
It's a bit role in a show that's only watched by people who do not read comics, so probably not. Sorry, anon. Maybe if they had used her in My Adventures with Superman instead of gender-swapping Heatwave, she may have had a chance.
Ah damn it. I guess I'll just have to use her if I ever write DC fanfics.
>Maybe if they had used her in My Adventures with Superman instead of gender-swapping Heatwave
I have a feeling the only reason they used genderbent heatwave was because they were specifically barred from using Volcana, but I don't know why they would be. Then again, if their intention was to turn Volcana into THAT, then I'm very glad they were prevented from doing so
Another area where I'm wondering if they were not allowed to use a particular character (or just didn't for whatever reason) would be early on in the show where Intergang robs a bank with an ice ray machine, which immediately makes me ask why they didn't use a character like Killer Frost or even if that was the original plan but it was changed for whatever reason.
If Volcana was embargoed from MAWS, then why not HQ as well? Makes no sense.
That's true I guess, didn't think about that.
Maybe their was one producer on MAWS who waifu'd Volcana and saw what they were going to turn her into and veto'd it, so instead they plucked a fire guy from Flash's rogues gallery and called him a woman.
Still not sure how to feel about the villains powers all being tech but Banshee was cute
Well at least someone remembered her I guess.
Only if she gets into clothes ripping fight with fire.
The first Green Lantern I ever saw.
My.. HEROES.
How come there wasn't a Wonder Woman TAS, or Flash TAS, etc
>Wonder Woman TAS
Female heroes are boring so it 100% would've been shit.
I like The Flash episode on Superman TAS though so that's a real shame it never happened.
After years of solo Batman and Superman, I assume the team just really wanted to do a teamup Superhero show so they could do all of their ideas. You can really see it in Superman when all the other heroes make guest appearances like Flash, Aquaman, and Green Lantern. Batman Beyond didn’t get a proper ending to its show because the team immediately switched gears into Justice League once their required number of episodes finished, which is why the team added Epilogue in Justice League as a sort of apology.
Justice League Action, it’s a cute show honestly.
>Justice League Action, it’s a cute show honestly.
That would have been my guess, I never watched it. I'll add it to my list.
Also I forgot Aquaman appeared in Superman's show. He looked quite different in JL/JLU.
>I'll add it to my list.
Be sure to watch the shorts, too. Lots of content in them.
Three of my favorite characters.
I don't know why I missed it
>2016
Oh yeah. Cause I didn't watch TV in the living room anymore. I was sailing the high seas.
Return of the Joker works fine as a finale to the series.
>eyeroll.gif
Behold! The superior icefu!
A smile that could melt any heart.
And an ass that shatters minds.
I love how she skates off. Kind of reminds me of how Bobby travels around in Marvel.
Which DC show is she in
Remember how Young Justice started up with like.. four or five ice villains.
Wait who is...Killer Frost a vllan for?
>Mr Freeze=Batman
>Captain Cold=Flash
>Icicle=I dunno
>Icicle Jr=WHo?
It was the Light's doing, they just needed them to cause a problem and get arrested.. I think.
No I mean who is Killer frost a rogue for?
Firestorm
Yeah, they used his more contemporary look at the time when he was on Justice League while he used the classic look in Superman.
Does Firestorm even exist in YJ? I feel kinda bad for him.
I don't think he does.
He's prominent in Justice League Action, and even gets Killer Frost and Stargirl to flirt with him.
Be on the lookout because based on Beyond’s timeline, Terry should be born sometime next year.
They used the Black Version in Brave and the Bold but I don’t think we got an animated version of the original until Justice League Action.
>I don’t think we got an animated version of the original until Justice League Action
He was prominent in the last two Super Friends shows from Hanna-Barbera.
Ah, my mistake then, that makes sense.
In that episode I think it was
>Killer Frost = Aquaman and Kaldur
>Icicle Jr = Green Arrow and Roy
KF is Firestorm's villain originally. She's kind of been passed around a lot since FS became less prominent.
>FS became less prominent
A shame, too. I was a fan of his since 90s reruns of Galactic Guardians.
Last Killer Frost appearance I saw in a comic was a Suicide Squad run where they duke it out with a mind controlled Justice League(?) and afterwards I think Batman got Killer Frost away from the Squad and she.. became a hero?
Remember the Batgirl/Supergirl team up?
Hey at least he was in Flash right?
Right..
Oh and Injustice 2!
Black version was also in Batman the Brave and the Bold & Crisis on Two Earths.
Did you like it?
It was nice to see Supes, Wondy, and Batman together again.. is this the last Costner voiced Batman in a film? I know he voiced him in the upcoming Justice League Suicide Squad game that'll probably be shit.
Also Miss Martian's design is cute
Yes, unless you count the Arrowverse's Crisis on Infinite Earths as a TV movie where he finally got to play Batman in live action.
Didn't they shit on that Bruce Wayne?
Yes, which is why you probably shouldn't count it.
His last, last role as the Caped Crusader is MultiVersus, which is re-releasing in a few months.
I liked how when Batman stands still and throws his cape over his front he gets all blacked out like the cartoon
Yeah, they made him an evil Bruce Wayne, so at least his last animated outing was a decent sendoff. It was nice of Rocksteady to put a tribute to him in the Switch port of the trilogy.
Suicide Squad’s his last newest appearance, since Multiversus technically already released.
It goes deeper than just "evil Bruce".
>presumed to be a Paragon (one of the people somehow important enough to stop the Anti-Monitor)
>gets pretty much called a pathetic hermit by Batwoman
>defeated with literally one lousy kick from Batwoman and dies because he falls on some tech and gets electocuted
>Batwoman is then turned out to be the real Paragon all along
Shameful display beyond belief.
If I was Conroy I'd have told em to frick off.
To make it even worse I remember hearing that someone had to bring up Kevin because of course the people working on the show had never heard of him or his ties to Batman. I assume they only agreed to it since he’d be the cheapest Live Action Batman they could afford and people would actually care about. I bet Kevin only agreed just because it’d be the only time he’d ever play a Live Action version of his most iconic role as well.
This reminds me of that guy who made a Thor movie, he's been asked or was asked to make a Star Wars film and he stared Natalie Portman dead in the eyes and asked her if she'd like to star in a Star Wars film.
Why the frick do they let people who know frick all about X make shit for and about X?
I'm very sorry I kept saying Costner over Conroy. My bad. I walked through the living room and some Yellowstone commercial was on so my brain got scrambled.
Why is batman coping a feel on miss martian?
Because he's the goddamn BATMAN.
And he's got his arm around her cause fire and what do Martian's hate?
You know how Bruce gets around women. Especially DCAU Bruce.
What was the need to ham fist Mr. Terrific into this film and the Injustice one?
black. Unironically.
all you had to do is give her a room, a blanket and a slim jim. Then she'd do anything you want.
I imagine being nice would also be a requirement otherwise she'll turn you into an ice sculpture.
How did he get powered back up?
Best episode?
