This show was honestly kind of comfy. Not perfect, and the overarching mystery was a little sloppy but the characters grow on you, especially Courtney, she was phenomenal actually. The musical episode was surprisingly high quality too. Honestly not a bad show. Also Barney a cute

That scene in the saloon restaurant where she accusing them of that bystander effect thing? Shortly after that argument, she quickly realizes her frickup and actively tried making amends with them by herself for once. Hell, it's even shown early on that her situation gets tenser the more she tries hiding from/pushing her (actual) family and bf away.
