That hacksaw scene is dumb as frick, he saws through her like she doesn't have bones and is made of pudding. You're right Bone Tomahawk did it way better.
Isn't the gore deliberately fantastical? like how would he skin that other girl that fast, and get into the skin not leaving an obvious tear on either side?
I wish Bone Tomahawk didn't have that modern horror movie intro sequence. It sets a tone that kinda makes you wait for it to get gory again, rather than already good western that surprises you

I enjoyed it. The girls were hot. The clown was interesting, especially the gun part, but the supernatural twist at the end kind of takes away from the clowns mystique. Him being just some crafty serial killer is more interesting than him being a demon
