That's literally beyond tertiary scaling. Another of his species he's never met, in a spinoff continuity two degrees removed from his own, so he can scale to others in a game with bo strict canon. You pretty much can't quantify this shit without giant swaths of conjecture and assumptions.
In a sensible world they wouldn't, but they used Super Silver, a form that he never achieves in the Archie comics themselves, and only happens in '06 by Sonic going super and sharing his power with Silver. Goro got speed scaling from Kabal, a character who he has literally never met. Johnathan got scaled to fricking Jolyne despite them never even being alive at the same time. If they do full composites all bets are off.

Most Strength Force users (and by most I mean literally the only four we ever see use the SF [including Barry and Zolomon]) can't really do anything too crazy with it. Outside of being able to make themselves bigger, create an anti-gravity field around themselves, and hit harder to varying levels of degree, it's not all that insane. Not even Hunter used it for anything else other than "punchy harder than Flash", what can Power Gems do?
It's basically the same as what you said; most power gem users (most notably Tryco and Drax) onle use it for brute and myopic purposes, since that's the passive effect it has when held. Champion blew up a planet and tanked the resulting explosion, as an example of what it can do. The full scope of the gem is supposed to be that you can draw all power found in the universe to yourself, and Norrin once mused that if Tryco learned how to use it properly he would destroy galaxies by thinking. IIRC the logic behind it is that the power gem amplifies the abilities of the other gems.
The Strength force is supposed to be the other physical force that is density, gravity, and force. The downside seems to be the fact they have to choose whether or not they want to be invincible or stronger. If it's anything like the Speedforce, the can siphon all the force of the Earth(including the heroes) or at a touch (Trickster with the Stength force was able to grab Barey) make their opponent weaker than baby.

You could probably cut them off from the Strengthforce unless they're autistically connected to it like the main Flashes are with the Sneedforce, just as you can punch the power gem out of Drax's belly. But talking full potential wouldn't the power gem be considerably better as a buff? You're -technically- using power in the universe, so the power gem could draw from it on top of what's already there

Basically, he and all other Toa have something called a Nova Blast, which is a massive release of destructive elemental energy. However, it's severely limited when they're in the GSR due to protective limiters in the domes of the GSR, only able to reach around the size of a small island.
But if a Toa does this shit outside of the GSR, they can straight up planet bust due to being unrestrained.
Speaking of which I still REALLY like this fight because it offers a ton of back/forth action due to both fighters being strapped with a stupid amount of powers and equipment.
Tahu has a raw stats advantage as well as a lot more powers, but Furno is both more trained/more experienced and has way, way more equipment.
