The infinite tsukuyomi? Obito should be able to do it, the only requirements are having a rinnegan and going near the moon. The only issue is that Vader mind resistance was nerfed.
Going near the moon is only to cast it on the planet. It's not required to cast it on just one person. The only other requirement is having Kaguya's power (the juubi or being connected to the Gedo statue). And a sharingan, you don't even need the rinnegan to do it.

The ending was actually pretty good. I was expecting it to happen to Obito but this works even better. Anakin being reunited with Padme, holy frick gave me chills down my spine.
Also Obito died after killing Vader because Kaguya was reborn. This is the second match a Naruto character had to kill itself to win.

By the end of YYH Hiei becomes an S class demon but that's a broad category and we never actually see his full power. DB scales him to Yusuke and Yomi but there's no proof he's as strong as either of them, especially since in previous arcs Hiei was always the speedster while comparatively Yusuke was the raw power guy.

Going near the moon is only to cast it on the planet. It's not required to cast it on just one person. The only other requirement is having Kaguya's power (the juubi or being connected to the Gedo statue). And a sharingan, you don't even need the rinnegan to do it.
