IIRC when he's teleporting away a bijuu bomb, he's only sending it to another place within the world. We don't know exactly how FTG works but it's quite different from Kamui.

There's truth to that but I do question how long his vision would have lasted given how long it took before he started to go blind. Other Uchiha would go blind within a few years of using their MS, he was using it regularly for close to two decades before feeling any serious effects. The fatigue from Dual Kamui was from the severe chakra consumption of opening up portals, using the two abilities at the same time to breach dimensions he had no domain over.

The databook released not long after the fight and includes stats for the less notable heroes DSK fought. PPP isn't featless at that point, either. Not to mention Genos has several feats at that point, including pic related (he used the same attack on DSK)

Extra chapter. PPP breaks through several meters of steel-enforced concrete casually. Sonic says he's stronger than Hammerhead who was capable of leveling a skyscraper in a single punch.

Yes, PPP is far weaker than Genos, but it just doubly reinforces how durable DSK is. Dry DSK took PPP's full power in a combo attack, shrugged it off, and then BTFO big boy. He took 100s of punches capable of leveling skyscrapers (at a minimum) in his weakened form and still walked it off.
Considering Genos is one of the top 15, maybe even top 10, strongest heroes in the OPM universe, that's not necessarily a bad thing. He's FTL, capable of destroying mountains at his weakest, has hundreds of weapons, and supposedly durable even if he gets trashed in every fight.
You seem to forget that it was an early version of Genos just after the fight against the Mosquito Girl, he gets a lot stronger with each set of upgrades he gets, but he's not nearly as powerful as he'd become later on (say, the Monster Association Arc that you has as a pic)

Reminder that, according to Death Battle rules, Cyborg is actually stronger than just about every character that has ever been in Death Battle. Only, arguably, The Mask and Popeye could beat him, and the latter is shaky. 1 million decibels is multiple times greater than the big bang. Cyborg is capable of instantly vaporizing entire universes casually.
He's also casually defeated the Titans, the Justice League, and Young Justice all at the same time.
