In Japanese you have the words 全能 and 万能, both can be translated to omnipotent and almighty, but there are slightly different connotations.
全能 = all-able = someone who can do everything.
万能 = infinitely-able = someone who is unlimited in their ability.

Even if they were the same (it’s been forever since I’ve played the story so I can’t say for sure), the way time works in Xeno/Heroes is still different from the way it works in Super. Trunks and the entire Time Patrol were fricked over by changes in time, like 18 killing Past Trunks or Towa merking Shenron. The only character who was really acasual is you, the player, so compositing them in the first place is contradictory.

Being busted anime characters doesn't mean anything for breaking the records. MMH and SS are two of the most busted comics characters, and both have been in numerous cartoons, and SS even in a movie, but look at those numbers since neither has been in the spotlight for years. It has to do with how popular the series are when the episode drops. And honestly, I don't give a flying frick about either, Bleach has always been mid, and JuJu is more of the same modern anime slop. A legacy match like Seiya vs. Usagi will get better numbers, just off the favelas.

The problem is we have a book series about the Forerunner Flood war, but we don't have any solid lore ore timeline on the War in Heaven.
You could argue that the Prometheans/forerunners are absolute broken if you used them during the Flood War, because they have some absolutely bonkers shit from then. But most of that comes from the fact that we know what happened during the Forerunner Flood War, while Necrons pre-history super war has way less written about it and we know far less about it, as it's mostly background lore. We know pretty much all life in multiple galaxies was wiped out during the War in Heaven, and that the Necrons probably did most of it before they turned around and enslaved the Star Gods that had made them robots.
The only way to do the fight fairly would be to limit them to their fallen states that they are in during their settings "modern day". So 41st millennium Necrons vs 2557/61AD Prometheans, which is far more even as both groups have lost access to galactic "I win" buttons and would have to fight more conventional wars.
Modern settings used, it probably swings in favour of the Necrons because they have more access to better foot soldiers, more war machines, arguably better weapons and are probably the tougher army due to their re-animation properties, but I know there is probably a bunch of stuff from Halo's background lore that I've forgotten that could swing the fight in favour of the Prometheans.
The 87 turtles probably match up best against the Gargoyles
Original Mirage comics or 87 TMNT for the Gargoyles . And 2003 to Rise for Team RWBY since they had Mystic Weapons and glowed and shit. Though non mystic 2003 would be ideal for the Manhattan Clan
I'm honestly torn on whether Mirage or Toon should fight the Manhattan Clan, but ultimately I think I have to go with Toon, because Gargoyles took off at the very end of Toon Turtlemania, and though I'm sure Greg will go to his grave denying it, Gargoyles was Disney's attempt at riding the very last wave of Turtlemania while riding the success of BTAS at the same time.
I can see the justification and appreciate the contrast of Fred Wolf Turtles against Goliath but tbh I feel Mirage would be better simply for getting so overlooked, and prefer a a more strategic fight with that Leo iteration

Mordred gets annihilated unless she gets wanked off harder than Raven, but I think her character and Proto Man's parallel each other nicely and there's a lot of potential for creativity in the animation.

Even if they were the same (it’s been forever since I’ve played the story so I can’t say for sure), the way time works in Xeno/Heroes is still different from the way it works in Super. Trunks and the entire Time Patrol were fricked over by changes in time, like 18 killing Past Trunks or Towa merking Shenron. The only character who was really acasual is you, the player, so compositing them in the first place is contradictory.

MMH and SS are two of the most busted comics characters, and both have been in numerous cartoons, and SS even in a movie, but look at those numbers since neither has been in the spotlight for years. The problem is we have a book series about the Forerunner Flood war, but we don't have any solid lore ore timeline on the War in Heaven.
You could argue that the Prometheans/forerunners are absolute broken if you used them during the Flood War, because they have some absolutely bonkers shit from then. But most of that comes from the fact that we know what happened during the Forerunner Flood War, while Necrons pre-history super war has way less written about it and we know far less about it, as it's mostly background lore. We know pretty much all life in multiple galaxies was wiped out during the War in Heaven, and that the Necrons probably did most of it before they turned around and enslaved the Star Gods that had made them robots.
The only way to do the fight fairly would be to limit them to their fallen states that they are in during their settings "modern day". So 41st millennium Necrons vs 2557/61AD Prometheans, which is far more even as both groups have lost access to galactic "I win" buttons and would have to fight more conventional wars.
Modern settings used, it probably swings in favour of the Necrons because they have more access to better foot soldiers, more war machines, arguably better weapons and are probably the tougher army due to their re-animation properties, but I know there is probably a bunch of stuff from Halo's background lore that I've forgotten that could swing the fight in favour of the Prometheans.
To be fair this match would be incredibly one sided if a single Spartan can hold his own against hordes of Prometheans.
I just think it's a cool, fitting match up. Plus getting more people to know about Destroy All Humans is a bonus.

Depends on the Yugi. Standard Yugi it could be something like Ash accidentally damaging his Grandpa's card shop or some comical misunderstanding at a tcg tournament gathering where Ash or Yugi are disqualified for using the wrong cards

him being smart with what his pokemon can do is not OOC, he's not been an idiot since a long time and his final characterization has him highly experienced and capable

They haven't read/watched the manga or anime. Saying stuff like yugi is mftl when he would get killed by a incoming train or was about to get killed by bakura and his gun until the millennium puzzle came into play.
Honestly attacking Yugi isn't even Ash's only wincon, it might be his best option but due to the whole Ba system in Millenium World,if Ash can destroy enough of Yugi's monsters it would eventually kill him.

Marshmallon forces all monsters to attack it, I'd have to check how marshmallon interacts with things like diffusion wave motion since that's the closest aproximation in Yugioh.
That would probably work, but I couldn't find Glasses vs Diffusion Wave which would provide a better interpretation of the effect.
Actually that's kind of crazy and I didn't think of that. The way defense position works in YGO means unless Marshmallon's effect is negated or another effect destroys it then it can't be destroyed by a monster attack period even if it's significantly higher.
The main counter would be something with the Mold Breaker ability which I don't know if Ash has
So I checked Konami's offical "decklists" for Yugi in his main tournaments and the ceremonial duel, and boy does he apparently have a lot of direct monster destruction spells in his battle city deck
