You’re both forgetting that Ryu has direct DC scaling through the Turtles.
Ryu still cannot touch Goku.
You must’ve forgotten that the Turtles beat Superman in Injustice, and that’s now canon to the main DC universe.
Composite Goku has a timestop which can only be broken by another IT user. Ryu doesn't know IT.
Does compryu have any sort of timestop resistance
