Yes. There was a crystal dragon and lava dragon for the toys to ride, but they only used normal dragons in the comic. Given that the comic was canceled abruptly, it's probable that they Crystar was going to eventually turn his mount into crystal, but I'm not sure I'll include the crystal dragon for the battle.

Though to be fair, with Za Warudo's timestop and his vampire abilities, DIO should win anyway, the only possible threats being Kars and Kira.
Part 1 Dio (if we're straight up making him and DIO separate) is bottom of the barrel here. Can't see stands to attack or defend, and Kars is naturally above him so that's that.
Kira has effectively a 1-shot ability if he can touch them and can keep people at a distance with Sheer Heart Attack and Air Bubbles (assuming he got Stray Cat), but it's shown he can get folded if he's fighting someone strong and fast like Crazy Diamond. Funnily enough with this case, while he can't put Bites the Dust on stand users, if he can land them on part 1 Dio or Kars, he should just win. But that's assuming he can live long enough to actually pop off, which isn't too great for him.
Diavolo has mad keep away game, and Epitaph will constantly let him know when to do certain actions to avoid any damage. King Crimson is plenty strong to donut other human characters, but the regenerative ones will be an issue. Additionally, you can actually plan around his time skips, so intelligent characters like Kars could still tag him.

DIO is a no brainer. One of the physically strongest stands, a lengthy timestop, healing, he's pretty set against most people below him. One issue may be his arrogance or wanting to convert others to his cause, but they're all as conceited as he is so that's not gonna happen.
Kars surprisingly is very high. Superior in every facet to vampires like Dio, bullshit regeneration, millenia of experience, Hyper intelligence, evolutionary adaptation, and finally Hamon. Sure he can't see or hurt stands, but he's more than tanky enough to withstand them before killing the user, plus he can use hamon abilities on DIO to protect during timestops.
Pucci really depends here. If he's got Made in Heaven, he straight up wins. No one here can contest with it, especially with time acceleration literally shortening everyone else's time stuff. The longer the fight drags on, the faster he gets to where no one will be able to hit him. Kars may be able to eek a win with flesh absorption, but that speed difference is way too high. If he doesn't get MiH and just has White Snake, he's in a similar boat as Kira; a good one shot ability assuming he actually touches a person, but likewise he can get fricked in close quarter fighting like with Stone Free. He also doesn't have extra stuff like Killer Queen did, so he's likely below Kira.

Kars can potentially win outright easily if his whole Ultimate Lifeform thing extends to stands. If it does, then it's only going to take him till he figures out what Stands are and it's all over for the others.

Potentially, yeah. If humans can develop stands, then naturally, so could he, and his would be better.
He just needs to figure out what Stands are first.
So unlesss Kira turns him into a bomb immediately, it's his win.
It starts getting into Novel Kars territory when it comes to whether he could actually develop stands. He'd definitely be able to tell somethings up when he's getting hit by nothing, but as for how fast he can deduce its a spiritual manifestation is up in the air, he'd likely just have to trial and error what he can and can't do. If they block projectile feathers, he's gotta get in close. If somethings trying to keep him away from. The person, he needs to get to them. If people are instantly teleporting around and punching him, he's gotta plan around then and catch them lacking. While Stands are a byproduct of having extraterrestrial bacteria in your DNA and Kars *should theoretically be able to replicate that at some point, I still go with what's canonically happened with him, so no stand Kars
I mean, if Kars can absorb any of the other fighters (sans Dio Brando) then he's going to figure out Stands practically instantly.
Basically, he just needs to target Kira and he wins through figuring out what Stands are.

Even with that in mind, the only person there who can actually KILL Kars is Kira.
It's a very steep idea to buy, anon. You're saying Kars has to learn there's a distinct difference in the DNA of stand users. Pillar Men are extremely keen and knowledgeable even to brand new ideas, like dynamite and other languages, but to say Kars looks at these people and immediately thinks their DNA is different is reaching, and as mentioned prior, it hinges on if absorption even let's him see their cells (which is already a questionable) or if he'd even consider absorbing Kira at all. The only two Pillar Men we ever see do it were Santana facing a vampire and Wammu when he walked into that guard (or when he drank that room of people). Kars himself has always been prone to cutting people apart or using hamon to melt Joseph

Ultimate Kars is pretty explicitly immortal. The only hope is throwing him into space or turning his entire body into a bomb.
When Killer Queen touches a person, it's turning them into a bomb where they're completely vaporized on the cellular level. It's not like can X survive a close range explosion, because they are the explosion. It's more of a hax than ap thing since it bypasses durability, and with Bites the Dust he doesn't need to touch Kars either

Is this actually true? My impression from reading the manga was it just remotely plants and detonates strong but sort of conventional explosives. We never see it used on anyone with exceptional durability or regenerative abilities, and the explosions can be survived even by humans if the explosion wasn't detonated inside of them.
I assume the belief comes from when Shigechi dies, there is nothing left so no one realizes he died until Harvest shows up with the button and the ghost confirms he died. But that did take two bombs, the one on the coin, and the one on the door handle.
But you can use conventional explosives to completely destroy a body. It doesn't need to be destroyed on a molecular level or whatever.

It'd be like arguing if Cream or The Hand couldn't erase the Pillar Men just because they got durability. Even Ultimate Kars can't stay submerged in lava, his armor was just a stop-gap measure to buy him time. He can't resist something if all of his cells are vaporized at the same time, there's nothing to allow regrowth
But Cream and the Hand seem to work by teleporting matter, which Kars doesn't really have documented resistance to. But other PIllar Men have resisted explosions occurring inside their body, which is the mechanism by which Bites the Dust operates.

Regarding turning objects into bombs, Kira has said that sometimes he underestimates how much he power needs to kill someone, that's why Shigechi wasn't immediately killed or his wallet bomb was meant to incapacitate a person instead of complete vaporization, as opposed to the panties he left for that guy to grab which completely blew him away. We've also technically seen a "survival" from his explosion when Josuke fixed Hayato's ashes before his soul left the body, letting him survive. But anyone that was touched directly by Killer Queen is instantly vaporized, such as Rohan, the whole Morioh gang in the BtD arc, and including Kira's normal victims (as part of the whole "no trace left behind" thing. Even what we the viewers see as ashes and explosions are all self-contained and fleeting. Normal people can't and won't see/hear them, like with Shigechi being killed in a hallway with people)
Pillar Men absorption is more feeding than gaining memories or attributes. You could maybe argue Ultimate Kars could potentially be a special case since he has near instant cellular reorganization (so if he eats Kira, he replicates his DNA and thus likely could get a stand), but it's a lot of assumptions.

as far as DB is concerned, you just need to outspeed his domain activation, and given the scaling we've seen them give Kakashi vs what we see in JJK, I could probably say his slight future sight, speed advantage, and frick-you-space kamui could likely still get Gojo. Hell, it'd be in character for Kakashi to just let a clone take the UV while he hides and waits for an opening
DB has been on an equalized speed trend but given how casually a domain can be opened and kamui taking time to suck things, the speed advantage probably wouldn't be great enough to make a difference.
See that's what I thought at first, but the two things that bugged me was that in Gojo vs Sukuna (iirc) they had to see who could open their domains the fastest, meaning there is a speed element to it. Meanwhile, DB went on with saying Kenobi had to be fast as shit to avoid getting hit by kamui, and as far as I remember there isn't anyone in Shippuden that's actually flat out avoided the projectile kamui. Kakashi's even able to hit moving objects like KCM2 Naruto's rasengan and work in tandem with 8th Gate Guy
Yeah no one's been shown dodging kamui but its antifeat is requiring time to suck something in and not immediately killing. Minato showed you can teleport away while being sucked up so I wouldn't be surprised if DB uses that for a kamui countermeasure.
I mean, instant teleportation that breaks space-time is already busted, though Gojo himself doesn't have such a luxury. Plus later he was able to suck in the 8 Tails before anyone noticed during a 10 Tails bijuu blast, and when Madara stole his eye he teleported into Kamui faster than 6 Paths Sasuke could even react, and he had just blitzed and cut Madara in half
Do you have the episode? I found a clip of Kakashi spitting out the eight tails and it was taking time like how kamui is usually shown. Madara was a weird case, I remember it being said Kamui only works faster if you have both eyes. Gojo does have instant teleportation however and six eyes, he wouldn't be helpless if kamui landed.

Definitely agree with Aku, Him can get folded with brute force by the PPG, so unless his powers could actually damage/kill Aku, he takes it. As for Icon of Sin, kinda depends on whether you think the extra lore stuff about him, being a crazy reality warper is true. If not, Gravemind could maybe just outlast while sending waves of flood to stall, eventually infecting and possessing the flesh beneath Icon's armor
Honestly I think even with the crazy reality warping, Icon of Sin ultimately loses to Gravemind, just because of how hyper-infectious the Flood are in the lore. I'm pretty sure in canon, the only way to avoid getting infected is to have energy shields up, once you so much as breath the stuff you're basically automatically screwed (though some stuff shown in the games definitely directly contradicts this, the lore still insists upon it to my knowledge, so I guess it's which one you choose to interpret).
Regardless, I think that Gravemind and the flood forms it basically constantly spews out would overwhelm the Icon of Sin eventually, any demons it drags along with it getting converted pretty quickly and then swarming the Icon for long enough that Gravemind can deliver the killing/converting blow.
