Even in terms of a ranged fight, Kratos can still keep up and wait for an opportunity for Pit to get careless (which happens very often let’s be honest). If you want to see Kratos lose then put him up against Dante, (he does actually lose that fight since Dante’s arsenal is just a bit more versatile, he’s faster, and should be about as strong) don’t waste both characters on a dumb meme match.

What’s stopping Kratos from stroking him with lightning? Thirdly, Pit barely ever plays that much of a ranger game against a human sized opponent. Hell, even against bigger enemies he’s literally in their face most of the time. It’s unironically more likely for him to be a few meters off the ground at most, as opposed to being up in the stratosphere shooting pot shots.

Well yeah. My point is that on his feet Pit doesn’t really have any good or noticeable speed feats, they all basically come from his flight, which itself can be snuffed fairly easily against someone with good aim. The Leviathan Axe would be a massive detriment to Pit due to its return arc.

That’s why I didn’t bring up speed for Kratos since his quickness isn’t all that good. We’re basically just right back where we started, since I said that Pit has better mobility and speed. It’s just a matter of that speed getting fricked over by his own incompetence or the five minute time limit running out.

I mostly brought them up because I think it’s fair for Kratos to have his GOW1-3 items in exchange for Pit having his, you know, single wincon, plus they’re too cool to leave out. They’re effectively interchangeable with the spear and BOC anyhow though.
Even if you want the fight to just be GOW and GOWR Kratos vs Pit, then Pit still loses just due to being outclassed in strength, durability and his flying schtick getting beaten out by being harpooned like a whale.

Hell even by this logic, Jormungandr was only sent back 3 years between Ragnarok and GoW 2018

Monthly schedule is honestly just a skill issue with Toyo. He writes the manga like it's one big weekly chapter. For the SH retelling I genuinely believe he was forced to do it for some reason. There was a lot of shit at Shueisha with Iyoku wanting the anime and games so maybe that interfered with the next arc in some way.
Considering that Iyoku is appearing at Comic-con, he either managed to make a deal with Shueisha for the anime and game rights or the deal is being close to finalized. I suspect Capsule Corp Tokyo being offically introduced there. Expecting a lot of animated Dragon Ball content such as specials/spin-offs and movies of that is happening. Regarding Toyo, he makes 50 pages a month. Less than a weekly mangaka who makes 70-80 pages a month. Toyo has also said that he finishes his chapters pretty fast and that he always has time left in month. I think that the he should be put on a weekly schedule. 12 pages a week is doable. Toriyama did it, Toyotaro could too.
I find it interesting that the SH adaptation is nearing its conclusion right around the time Iyoku and Shueisha are seemingly wrapping things up. Toyo is on record saying the prequel part was an idea he had for a side manga and it was Toriyama who pushed for it to be part of the main story and there are some instances where Toyo slows the pacing down compared to the movie but then speeds it back up. Gives off the feeling he was trying to finish it when something else would happen.
But yeah Toyo should be doing a weekly manga. I don't really understand why they went with the monthly format when the guy clearly isn't interested in pacing it that way. The biggest problems with the Moro and Granolah Saga imo are the constant cliffhangers and blueballing at the end of each chapter, something which wouldn't be an issue in a weekly format. Hell, the way he ends chapters would be perfect on a weekly-basis. At the very least they should change it to a bi-weekly release schedule.

Fricking finally. Spending an entire year on a movie retelling is stupid. Especially because the manga is monthly. I am hoping that there are some manga news at Comic-con. Either a new arc teaser trailer or news that the manga is changing the release format. A big gripe people have with manga is that reading it monthly is terrible. Binging it or reading it in large chunks is a much better experience. Still, I am still hoping that he switches to a weekly format. Toyo doesn't have to do 20 pages a week. 10-15 would be enough. I wonder if Capsule Corp Tokyo is introduced, will there be a roadmap shown of projects in development or something? Would be cool.

Toriyama approved of everything in the guidebooks. He has used the macrocosm globe in the manga. The DBS manga has shown the macrocosm. It's very clearly the author's intent that the macrocosm exists and that it is comprised of multiple universe-scale spacetimes.

That is basically what Capsule Corp Tokyo is. Multiple indviduals and groups working on multiple Dragon Ball projects. Regarding the Dragon Room, Iyoku is the one who started the project with Sueisha with the same goal. Only one spin-off manga was made. It is obvious that Shueisha is holding Dragon Ball back. I think that Iyoku would probably get the manga rights too if he could, but Shueisha won't give up the Dragon Ball revenue.
I would love it if Shueisha lost the rights of the manga, shame it's never happening. But yeah we'll see with time if Iyoku can actually do something with his project or not. More games and more anime would be amazing. I miss the 00s period with the games myself.

Yes. To my understanding Golden Megatron requires outside shit that wouldn't be allowed so it's pretty much just Alternity. I've seen people bring up IDW having universal/low-multi feats but I don't think that's enough when Goku is low-multi at the start of Super.
The one argument for Megatron outside of Alternity I've seen is that his antimatter could kill Freeza but it sounds like Freeza should blitz him and there's an argument he can resist or survive it because of Hakai, which functions very similarly to antimatter.

Depends on what you accept and don't accept. For example, Golden Freeza should at least somewhat scale to SS1 Broly for fighting him an hour before going down.
For Black, they don't really have a method to scale him. Everything we know is the absolute bare minimum. He one shot Gas, TUI Goku and UE Vegeta. Is that his maximum power? 0.01%? What exactly? No clue. They'd have to scale TUI Goku and UE Vegeta to that then say Black Freeza is some arbitrary value beyond that.

Durability scales to everything else. I know Freeza is extra durable but he isn't that durable, we've seen him get hurt by Goku's X20 Kamehameha at 50% Power for example.
Worth noting the light novel does state he fought back and his full power blows slowed Broly's movements and even made him dodge.

Megatron's preview now only has two ahead of it in terms of views for the season: Frieza and the Chosen Undead. The fight is probably going to do real well.
