Just say you scale his god cloth above Thanatos, who blew up five gold cloths with a single attack and earlier that same saga the Virgo cloth completely tanked a Big Bang level impact. Don't focus on just stats, focus on the fact that he's been able to directly destroy his targets' atoms with his Cosmo since before he became a Saint which is one of the most elementary parts of the series along with techniques not working twice on a Saint. Light speed is a big benchmark in Saint Seiya but if you absolutely had to make him faster than light yeah the Hyperdimension is the way to go or Shura slashing the Big Bang and Aiolos . It also depends on how Death Battle would interpret miracles magnifying his Cosmo "infinitely" above his normal levels because you can do almost anything with miracles
And remember that Saint Seiya fights are usually decided by whose Cosmo peaks higher. The fight is a journey and a clash of ideals in a way that is more in your face than most shonen. Seiya being "morals off" in a death match where all he wants to do is kill his opponent probably won't have the same peaks as Seiya fighting for his friends, his sister, justice and his duty
