I don't think they'll do Invincible vs Gohan, simply because they like Dragon Ball characters to go through their major forms and well, at most, they could maybe bullshit Mark taking Gohan to Super Saiyan in animation.
They had Frieza going gold and black against Megatron, Gohan going Blanco is entirely possible.
Megatron had anti-matter as a potential win-con and they at least managed wank him to Universe level.

To be fair, Goku also tends to win or lose fights only when he's stronger. That's just how Dragon Ball is. All it takes is someone saying Gohan is a genius fighter and DB will probably give him the skill advantage.
Also, if you're willing to stretch a bit you can give Gohan stuff like the Solar Flare, Destructo Disk, Galactus Donut and Barriers. And that's on top of having energy blasts.

Same against Cell, it's not really Goku's fault that Cell could regenerate from having his head obliterated, all the other regenerators, Piccolo included, actually die when their heads get busted up to that point
Gohan however at literally no point gets creative like that, hell he doesn't even unlock his abilities himself

Unless they're actually shown to be properly manipulating clouds, like pic related did, it probably shouldn't count (and in Mewtwo's case, his telekinesis being able to move clouds is consistent with his other feats of telekinesis)
I think things being heavy enough to disperse or make clouds converge around it should count too, especially if someone/something is moving the mass that’s causing the dispersal/attraction.
