You provide zero arguments against this because you literally can't. Grievous has never shown speed or precision on this level. Batting blaster bolts away is not comparable, at all, not matter how many times you try to say it is. Even then, most of the time Grievous uses his rotating arms to spin his lightsabers in order to deflect blaster fire, so it's not even something he does regularly.
Your arguments only work if you blatantly disregard any Jedi speed feats when it comes to fighting/dodging ect. Jedi not only have SPEED they have precog which lets them use that speed to blitz enemies and dodge and react to attacks, you're only helping my argument saying this because it proves how much more skilled and quick Grevious has to be to kill them.

Grievous isn't FTL in speed or reaction time. He gets blitzed by N who is also physically stronger by far, and he is completely at the mercy of how versatile N is. The Tadpole gang only ever reached 12th while vox Machina are 20th but that isn't the whole story when it comes to how things would play out 'by the stats' as BG3 being a video game is able to play into items being constantly active with shit laid on top of normal dnd. Tadpole passives, martials getting weapon Actions, Cleave, Brace, that stuff. Karlach's Soul coins, Astarian's Happy, Shart's divine intervention at 11th. It's a lot not in tabletop.
Vox machina's best "things" are their 8 Vestiges of Divergence and they do tend to overmatch the legendary equipment of the bg3.

Vox Machina has more custom artifacts that could help them in a battle. The BG3 party is mostly limited in that their good routes involve some rejection of power or rebellion against it. Also they are working without some of the stronger spells in the 5e catalog. Their main advantages are that they are able to have limited communication with one another via the tadpoles and that the Durge has the Slayer form.
'By their stats' is not how real VS is done. Vox machina have more and better feats in practice. That they can and do regularly cause great environmental damage upscales them greatly from most any actual d&d creature short of the legendary ones.
I want to focus a bit on enviormental destruction of which there is a rempent collection in the video provided.
6 inches thick stone is 180hp. That's already enough to stop most projectiles in dnd most of the time, but if you lined up every panel, that'd be 60 inches, 5 feet of thickness and would translate to 1,800 hp. It's not magical in any way, *that's just how tough rock is* according to d&ds rules.
When some guy smacks around Grog so hard he goes flying and craters wall The druid upturns the ground which is oh so common that'd be damage more comparable to something in excess of 100d10, not 10d12. Maybe you can be generous and say it does double damage to inanimate objects and cut it down to half damage dice or something— In 3.5, Steel had literally twice as much hp per inch of thickness than rock did. 5e doesn't even bother commenting; the game as intended clearly, vigourously doesn't expect for players to break through environmental barriers at all.
Guardian statues from act 1 are fully destructible with a damage threshold of 10. And there are soul pillers in the house of hope that are fully destructible. To say the Tadpole gang is not capible of easily damaging their immediate environment is asinine.
A Tadpole chugging Tav/Durge should be able to replicate & exceed the psychic feats in these cutscenes. All these are occuring before the Dream visiter gives Dark urge/Tav the Astral-touched Tadpole which is explicitly a power-boost since unlocks 2nd tier mindflayer powers. There's a weak case to be made that Z'rell's powers are equal to an evolved Durge since she can use the Black hole power.

Jenny's general feats are extremely all over the place, and she has massive outliers. She gets taken out by completely mundane shit regularly, but then pulls stunts that are completely beyond the scale she normally operates at. Typical episodic main character stuff. If there a general scale for Jenny of her most "acceptable" feats?
I don't know what the consensus is for Jenny, but I've always considered her to be a standard flying brick when she isn't pulling out the crazy outliers, if you took her anti feats and normal feats into account she wouldn't be that much stronger than the Disassembly Drones, that being said though the fact that Death Battle takes the best feats into account and don't factor in anti-feats much is the reason why I think Jenny would have a fair shot against Uzi.
If you take Jenny as being similar in stats and efficiency as a Disassembly Drone, she gets her ass UTTERLY kicked. Solver Uzi absolutely destroyed V, and that's even when V had the benefit of not being able to be directly interacted with by the Absolute Solver due to the fact that Disassembly Drones are also hosts of the Solver, and Solver hosts can't directly interact with another Solver host using their abilities.
Jenny wouldn't be so fortunate, Uzi could directly interact with her body using the Absolute Solver and there is nothing Jenny can do about it.
So yeah, you're right. The only way Jenny has a chance is if you give Jenny her massive outlier and toon force feats. Even then, Absolute Solver bullshit is no joke. V learned that the hard way.

Maybe it depends on the technique? Stuff like Force push might have a speed attributed to it, since the way it's depicted it looks more like the Force using pushing the air itself at the target. So possibly the speed of sound? Then again, you'd think stuff like telekinesis using the Force would be instanenous. Why the frick don't Jedi just grab Grievous with the force?
