As far as I know Gaara's sand is imbued with his mom's chakra, so I don't think Haku could affect the energy that controls it (Haki can overpower hax that affect the user and hit intangible things but I don't remember it countering sources of spiritual energy)
Although Said sand isn't infallible, it can be overpowered or bypassed by fast attacks.
Gaara has this feat that would frick with Crocodile hard.

Some dex weights are actually a huge nerf. Lana pulled a Kyogre out of the ocean, according to the dex, a real life hippo weights 3 times more than a Kyogre. It just doesn't make any damn sense considering its size.

It’s more of a theoretical counter counter to the knowledge that Donatello could theoretically hack Zane who is an android since the Technoblades also cure artificial intelligence of corruptions. But regardless, that’s one Donatello vs four Techno blades so he would kinda have his hands full. That being said, there’s also the more obvious and what I would think would be a fitting counter of the Turtles disarming the Masters of Spinjiyzu by relying on their martial arts skills rather than the weapons themselves since I don’t think the Ninjago guys actually know any fighting techniques beyond using magic or new weapons . I’m not citing any of these ss win cons I just don’t think they could make an interesting choreography. That’s another you can factor in consideirng the Ninjago dudes power can be in their weapons, but Rise has Hamato Ninpo which allows you turn anything into a weapon

They're incredibly strong both physically and magically, immense in size, and passively warp fundamental aspects of reality around them simply by their presence. Additionally, killing them doesn't actually do anything, since their physical flesh is just an avatar of their true forms that exist in the void between reality, so something would presumably need to destroy them utterly and completely to truly put them down for good.

again the matchup is more based on the trainers rather than their monsters. dan and gingka have a lot in common and they were the most popular protagonists of their respective series. probably applies to dragoon's owner too (assuming it's tyson?) but I feel like a lot more people know gingka with how popular the metal saga was in the west

You're missing the forest for the trees. In most rpgs, combat does not involving much destruction outside of special attack animations. Under your assumptions, immersion would be broken the moment the attack animation is over and the characters return to a battle space where nothing is destroyed. There are games like Disgaea that do these animations and players generally don't take issue with such a discrepancy, they can make the gameplay/true power distinction without being autistic about it.

Pretty much any Z villain can end JJK if they choose to just blow up the planet. Infinity is localized around Gojo, so while the attack itself may not effect him, it's aftermath of not having gravity or an atmosphere will. They can possibly get by Raditz and Vegeta, depending on if you take Arlia as canon or not for Vegeta, But Freiza will absolutely blow up a planet out of spite. Also Cell can just IT over to Gojo, succ him, gain Infinity, and survive being cut up.

Under your assumptions, immersion would be broken the moment the attack animation is over and the characters return to a battle space where nothing is destroyed. There are games like Disgaea that do these animations and players generally don't take issue with such a discrepancy, they can make the gameplay/true power distinction without being autistic about it.
