This smaller tight-knit vs series was able to prove that this match would still be enjoyable to watch, mostly because of the much more in depth analysis, but also because of the fight potential you could get from a composited Pac-Man (which would be the preferable method since his main series is way too linear to compact even a moderately long analysis).
I'd personally like to see DB's own spin on it, especially as it would count as a legacy match by their logic.

Calli you'd think has a leg up being death associated and all, but Shinigami vary wildly in terms of power and she might just be a apprentice with little real power. Kiara is really hard to kill, but on the other hand there's two opponents here that might have ways around their immortality. Gura is fairly obviously at the bottom, she's Luke Cage in a fight between Marvel heralds. Ina has the highest potential, but that potential also forfeits her soul so it depends greatly on whether you'd consider something like Gon's contract to be a win or not. Oddly enough, Ame can just run away and kill the others before they were born and that might be something none of them have a defense against.
It's not like VS battles aren't a long and storied part of nerd history but fricking hell, that people actually thin these yahoos have any other significant weigh in on it

Not only do they have a counter to The Power that's faster in the Universal Remote and the Magic Notebook, TAWoG is generally much wackier than Regular Show in terms of how much punishment characters can take and the toon physics they can get away with (that and Gumball and Darwin don't need to rely on outside forces to use everything they have in the same way Mordecai and Rigby do outside of a few exceptions)
I hope they bring in Super Saiyan Gumball if they actually did this match, it'd be funny to see them give Gumball Dragon Ball Z powerscaling because of a one off joke.
I don’t think Gumball and Darwin have anything strong enough to match the punishment Mordecai and Rigby have taken (having a star blow up in their face, being at the center of a universe ending brofist, blocking Anti-Pop’s planet busting beams with The Power, surviving a planet surface wiping explosion while at the center of said explosion, etc). There’s also the fact that they have a multitude of BFR options and items that either keep G&D in an eternal time loop or allow them to escape any attack they can throw at them (reality crashing gum, The Book Of Park Records, an orb that keeps people locked in an infinite time loop [they were also capable of meta walking out of this loop themselves], imagination). Speed might not matter as much because they should have comparable speed feats/scaling, like M&R being comparable to Pops who can fly out of a black hole, and G&D being on par with Bobert who could knock people into next year. It’d really just come down to hax vs hax, which Mordecai and Rigby have a plethora of.

This smaller tight-knit vs series was able to prove that this match would still be enjoyable to watch, mostly because of the much more in depth analysis, but also because of the fight potential you could get from a composited Pac-Man (which would be the preferable method since his main series is way too linear to compact even a moderately long analysis).
I'd personally like to see DB's own spin on it, especially as it would count as a legacy match by their logic.

Not only do they have a counter to The Power that's faster in the Universal Remote and the Magic Notebook, TAWoG is generally much wackier than Regular Show in terms of how much punishment characters can take and the toon physics they can get away with (that and Gumball and Darwin don't need to rely on outside forces to use everything they have in the same way Mordecai and Rigby do outside of a few exceptions)
