it depends. Plank has ridiculously OP mind hax but we know Stump is immune to that. The problem is if Plank can use Evil Melon Head Johnny or not. Stump's durability may be able to handle both but Evil Melon Head has like a X10 multiplier and was able to solo one of the Kanker's in the manga. It's a tough one anon.
