With how S10 has been going, it seems like the only good fights are the ones from the polls, and everything else is deliberate filler mismatchups that no one asked for (MM vs SS instead of Piccolo, Guts vs Dimitri instead of Clare, Killua vs Misaka instead of literally anything else), because they don’t want to accidentally give away an MU people want without forcing them to pay to vote for it first. And when the season is 80% filler, it just kills any chance of grabbing future fans.
The polls should be for obscure/well known matches that wouldn't be in a season otherwise. The fact that well known matches must go through it before ending up on the show is laughable.

Digimon evolutions are way bigger jumps in power than Pokemon ones. I think part of the disdain for Renamon VS Lucario was also that it was basically taking a Pokemon's top/end evolution and pitting em against a Digimon's near bottom/starter evolution with nothing else for em. Felt like a handicap on Digimon's side and combined with Pokegays throwing a fit over Wargreymon steamrolling over Charizard made it feel more like a pity win.
I get that both are "one evolution up" in their respective lines but that's likely how it is seen. Anyone familiar with both knows Digimon comically outclasses Pokemon in the powergay scene

It's not that they can't, it just takes a significant amount of time to Digivolve to those levels without a Digivice. This argument was had back when the matchup was first revealed - the circumstances needed to give Renamon those forms would mean the matchup was no longer Lucario VS Renamon, but Lucario vs Sakuyamon or Taomon. It'd be like giving Waverider to Booster Gold or Galvatron to Megatron.

The contract specifies actions with ill-intent if I remember right. So Denji's voring her out of love works, as would accidental kills. If she stepped out into the road and got hit by a bus, the contract wouldn't trigger, but her natural regen would still be there. The problem is in a death battle, accidental kills don't really exist, unless she's up against someone like Clouseau, where their bumbling nature could set up the accident and never intend to kill them.

well by looking at it, the heaviest officially verified weight raised by a human is 6270lb, so ssj2 peak human would be able to lift 627,000lbs which is heavier than average airliners (in some cases double). While he probably couldn't smash in Homelanders head or anything, you could argue Peak Human in addition to being a hand to hand master could just strangle hold Homelander until he dies of oxygen deprivation to the brain

Super Sayain 3 SHOULD outspeed him at least, but you might need Either A second Peak Human to fusion dance or 4/God to actually have the force to kill him.
Consider what kind of lift that was. It was a back lift, which is essentially getting under something and pushing it up slightly. Even shorter RoM than a Deadlift. You're more thinking over Overhead Press if we want to go with the 'Just crush him under something.
The issue is, Homelander has such a strange durability cap that its generally above nuke levels or you need a power that can effectively shut it off for a time, like with Soldier Boy. No matter what, standard variants of ssj2 or even 3 peak human can get above nuke level nor hax away his durability. That's why I opted instead of like punching a hole through HL, just have a guy that can handle his speed or at least take his hits, and then using martial arts, put him in a hold or such that he can't get out of. HL's thing is that he's really inexperienced with actual fighting because of his strength and durability, he can just take whatever normally. He'd be completely at the mercy of a master martial artist with equal or greater strength
Problem is HL can fly so even if you grab him he'd just fly you into an oncoming train.

No. Sukuna used energy reinforcement to survive while his summon, Mahoraga, got completely erased.
From my understanding he would be required to brute force through her since he has no work around. He has a temporary stun which may or may not work but it still wouldn't be enough time to kill her. His best chance is that he out stats her so hard that nothing matters but that seems unlikely. She has a few potential win cons as well so he has to somehow do this before she is able to pull any of those off.
