Goku outclassed him majorly in SS3 alone, and then proceeded to outbox Mira so hard he stopped being a furry, so their high ends should be on par with one another. If we bring Mechikabura into the mix, who DID pull a Solaris via eating all of history, then that solidifies their equal status since Trunks’ KeySword (which is what defeated him in the end) was empowered by beings that Goku is either comparable to or outright above, and if we scale him above the Xeno OC then his high ends just become even more ludicrous, since the XOC could kick the Supreme Kai of Times’ ass AND Fused Zamasu.

It’s not completely out of the question that he ran there. He can break out of Null Space by just running. He also likely has the Chaos Emeralds since it’s part of his Final Smash so Chaos Control isn’t out of the question. Maybe he even flew there as Super Sonic but ran out of rings when he arrived.

But the scaling Xenoverse/Heroes Goku gets is way better than the shit Trunks gets. He makes an infinitely sized time chasm crumble, with Super Sayian THREE, and that’s just in Xenoverse 1. In Xenoverse 2 he’s able to easily contend with Toki Toki egg infused Mira, and he would’ve nuked the universe they were in, as well as an unknown amount of dimensions, and would’ve decimated the TT egg (which creates time itself). All of that would’ve been capable with his second weakest form, and Goku (as well as your OC) slap him silly in his final, egg infused form. Granted Goku was in Blue at the time.
Sonic has been shown to affect Solaris who was gonna consume all space-time continuums, this would include Sonic's infinite universes and timelines. And why does Sonic have infinite universes and timelines, you ask?:

Goku outclassed him majorly in SS3 alone, and then proceeded to outbox Mira so hard he stopped being a furry, so their high ends should be on par with one another. If we bring Mechikabura into the mix, who DID pull a Solaris via eating all of history, then that solidifies their equal status since Trunks’ KeySword (which is what defeated him in the end) was empowered by beings that Goku is either comparable to or outright above, and if we scale him above the Xeno OC then his high ends just become even more ludicrous, since the XOC could kick the Supreme Kai of Times’ ass AND Fused Zamasu.

It’s not completely out of the question that he ran there. He can break out of Null Space by just running. He also likely has the Chaos Emeralds since it’s part of his Final Smash so Chaos Control isn’t out of the question. Maybe he even flew there as Super Sonic but ran out of rings when he arrived.
Sonic actually did the most damage to Taboo. He's stronger than everyone in that game.
