Rick has 0 established training in any martial arts, take away the cybernetics and you have an alcoholic 70 year old human fighting an alien with better endurance in a younger body that that of a 70 year old man. I think Henshaw actually wins. Doom would win if he had time to study him, but Henshaw is an immortal disembodied conscious with the powers of Ultron and Superman.
