It's stated in the analysis that Freeza survived the Antimatter via superior speed and his survivability and they scaled that from RoF. He didn't even need Black.
There's also the part where base Freeza would scale way above the BoG speed calc because Goku's base form adapted to his God power but whatever, they don't accept that.
Freeza survived in a way worse condition after Namek. Black Freeza would have zero issues flying to one of his many conquered worlds.
That part was literal cope. Freeza's army is spread across the universe with hundreds of worlds under his belt and he has the technology to fully regenerate his body. The only thing he lost was Cybertron and a few ships (that he has casually blown up in the past like in RoF)

Hakai is still similar to ki, being a metaphysical force, while anti-matter is a purely physics based reaction, which ki is shown to waffle on, like Goku needing a protective suit to get the time crystals, or when he was shot with regular guns and hurt, because ki apparently wasn't enough to stop them. But then you had Nappa tanking bullets from fighter planes and artillery shells from the navy, when he was much weaker than any current DBS character, even Yamcha is stronger than Nappa was then.
So would it work in a mercy kill sense?
Probably not, since she would need to be put in state deserving a mercy kill, which the attacks to get her there would trigger the contract, and she'd heal because of it.
Best I can figure is him using infinity to leave her zonked out and leaving. He has an ability that lets him know her game so thr fight literally requires him to be moronic and frick himself over on purpose

The regular Gun bullet anti-feat doesn't make sense because Goku as a child before ki manipulation can tanked them. 2 the canon explanation is his guard was down not that physical damage is harder to stop than energy damage. 3.) Death battle have gone on record saying they don't take anti-feat into account. so I don't why you're a very obvious anti-feat as prove for something that's never stated to be true. 4.) If Frieza can tank attacks that functions more or less the same as anti-matter then he should be able to tank anti-matter
