The best example for DB would be Hit, since he uses intangible attacks and focuses on vital point strikes. In which case, Vegeta has shown resistance to it (Hit's blows cause shockwaves to go through his body several times and Vegeta still stays conscious) and Goku has managed to survive an attack from Hit that ignored his durability and crumpled his chest (where his heart is located) via a well-timed ki blast (which fell back down and shocked his body back to life).
So yes, there has to be some degree of internal durability at play for Vegeta to survive Hit hitting him so many times with blows going through his body and Goku has tactical options to forcibly restart his organs if they fail.
Another thing to keep in mind is that Goku actually has passive regenerative abilities. He had a hole blown through his chest in Super Saiyan God and it healed completely. These regenerative powers are even more powerful in SDBH (Which is being used for the upcoming fight).

This is part of why Super failed to live up to Z's standards, the power levels were already stupidly high by the time of the Buu Saga, then Super comes along and adds in Gods of Destruction and guys like Zamasu and Jiren and the U6 Saiyans, it gets harder and harder to sell the escalation the more it ramps up, both vs matches up and actual canon have to deal with this.
And they had a very easy way to fix it.

After a while, you pretty much done "everything" in a grounded sense so now two punches clashing in space can somehow shake an "infinitely spanding universe" or how with an ally, you can hold one-half of an infinite number of pages.

Yeah, I'd say it's paced better. It makes it clear that Goku was equal to Jiren and the only reason they won was because Goku exhausted him in their fight but also makes it clear that Goku would never win on his own with Ultra Instinct unmastered. It plays up the team aspect more.
One of my first experiences reading comics was with Batman METAL. The batman who keks was annoying but at least I was looking forward to his defeat, and everything around the story was interesting...

It's even highlighted in the manga. It's stated that Goku and Vegeta no longer have the ability from overusing it or whatever while Goku Black has the full effect. That implies it's not a fully physical ability, there must be some sort of spiritual aspect linked to the soul.
How the frick does that work, Zamasu's a Kai not a Saiyan yet somehow he gets a full boost just from being in Goku's body, could any motherfricker's soul get a zenkai boost if they're in a Saiyan body?
Yes, it would seem so. There is clearly a physical component because a Saiyan body is required and it must undergo harm to adapt, but the energy in the body (the soul, the spirit) also reflects the limits of the ability.
So basically Zamasu's Ki never got Zenkai boosts. By gaining a Saiyan body, his Ki could then gain Zenkai boosts like a newborn saiyan. Whereas Goku and Vegeta's Ki had used up the ability long ago.
I could be wrong but I believe Goku Black was still getting Zenkai boosts even after he became a Super Saiyan. It's part of how he evolves into Super Saiyan Rose.

That, or the Saiyans so heavily outclassed the majority of the galaxy that there was almost no one who could injure them badly enough for them to get a Zenkai boost, that plus a general lack of knowledge of Zenkai boosts since I don't think the Saiyans as a race knew about it.
Well, to put it in perspective. When Freeza was wiping them out his advisor, Kikono, raised concerns about the impact it would have on their army. Freeza tells him it's fine because his army (composed of hundreds of worlds with countless species) was now roughly equivalent to the Saiyan army (which made up half of the Freeza Force's soldiers at the time).
So all of those races with their strongest fighters imaginable were only roughly equivalent to the entire Saiyan army and the Saiyan army made up half of the Freeza Force when he chose to wipe them out. With Freeza then expanding his army even further afterwards.
In short, a composite army of the entire rest of Universe 7 was needed to just match the Saiyan race.
My headcanon is that it only existed to help saiyans get closer to SSJ. Still makes you wonder why Saiyans weren’t spamming this 24/7 under Frieza

DB has some fairly consistent Galaxy-level statements/showings from arc to arc (Z Broly destroying a galaxy around the Toei Cell Saga, Kid Buu wiping out a galaxy in the Toei Buu Saga which is seemingly in the canon Daima anime, Zamasu threatening to destroy the galaxy, Moro's self-destruct being stated to destroy the galaxy) so I'd probably cap them at that level with FTL speed.
For Superman, from what I've seen he doesn't really consistently scale much further than Moon-level in most incarnations and he often struggles to breach Planet-level. All of his crazy higher dimensional or universal feats are cherrypicked. So I'd cap him at Moon-level with FTL speeds.
Solar System tier with FTL speeds, Goku's highest Super Saiyan form being either SSJ4 or Ultra Instinct.

You could also apply levels as power, with Laharl when recruited in other games being around lvl 100, and that's supposed to be him post Disgaea 1, so anyone over 100 should be stronger than he is, and so on and so forth with other characters, but you still get some wonky bits, like younger stronger Babylon being around 250, and his old dragon self is a casual galaxy buster, while Pram is like 400 and is genuinely afraid of him.
