When she was cut into pieces and shoved into containers, it was said that people were constantly dying because of that. Xeno Frieza is a weird case. Most of the time, he is a lackey to the main bad. Either under control or manipulated by the Dark Dragon Balls. He doesn't get much spotlight like Xeno/CC Goku and Bejita. This tells me that he is weaker than a lot of Heroes villains. Base Goku easily defeated Giant Demigra and in Xenoverse 1 Demigra could easily destroy the whole DBH cosmology. Hell, O doubt that Xeno Frieza is on Sealas and Charmel's level. Sealas. Just by appearing, Charmel's presence was capable of collapsing the entire Multiverse and Sealas literally was capable of reseting all of existence. I just don't see Frieza on that level and I didn't even include Hearts, Fu and Dark King Demigra. Even if I did scale Frieza to them, Frieza has no acasuality like Xeno Goku.
Golden Xeno Freeza is around equal to Golden Xeno Metal Cooler, who curbstomps Super Saiyan 3 Cumber, who was able to compete with Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken Vegito and slap around Super Saiyan 4 Dark Broly as a Super Saiyan 3.

If you buy into the halfassed "all Unicrons are the same Unicron, his black hole fricked up everything across the TF multiverse!!" and then ignore the context of said black hole being essentially his REMAINS goingout of order and do some mental gymnastics you might be able to come up with a scenario where Frieza loses.
On the other hand if you look at what the characters have actually done onscreen, and more importantly on short notice, and what it's taken to take each out. Then you might decide that Frieza just punches Unicron before he can do anything relevant and he blows up screaming.

There are absolutely decent arguments on both sides for Makima and Gojo. Makima takes speed if you buy her scaling to the Gun Devil. There's plenty of arguments on whether or not her control powers would work on Gojo at the start of a fight, or if her bang doesn't have a travel time and could bypass infinity. Her instakill ritual or just sending him to hell are also factors. Gojo's arguments are Hollow Purple existance erasure bypassing her contract or Unlimited Void killing every Japanese Citizen while she's trapped in it. I couldn't care less who wins, but it just comes down to how you believe their powers would interact

Well yeah it did well because both characters (especially Fieza) are incredibly widely known across a large span of time. Cole vs Alex was really wanted for its time, but being relegated to only two games each meant they wouldn't survive years later. It was a requested matchup, but by a local though small minority. As for Killua vs Misaka, no one asked for that one. Both had much better opponents, and ultimately you couldn't really make a case for Killua to win, so no one cared anyways
