Adam's strength and speed depends on who he's copying, but against a swordsman like Z-Boy he'd have trouble copying an actual weapon as opposed to a fighting style.

There's a fairly easy interpretation to be made, especially if you look at the page right after, that the actual course of events is Stroheim activates UV blast-->UV hits Kars in the eye area-->Kars raises his hands to block the light that hit his eyes out of reflex-->Kars feels the pain from the UV blast, cries out, drops the red stone. In this way, any claims to part 2 FTL are pretty easily nullified if you interpret it as "Kars got hit in the eyes by the light like someone opening some blinds, raised his arms to block his eyes after the light got into his eyes".

Real lasers generally don't make sounds on impact and shatter things like they did with Joseph's binoculars and the rocks. You'd have more ground to stand on if the projectiles melted through with evidence of heat transfer to surrounding material instead of making clean entry and exit holes. As someone who's tried to do meta/pataphysics style bullshit on scp, it's hard as frick. To get a GOOD Pataphysics article (as in, one that won't be immediately and justifiably shat on into oblivion) takes months of work with insanely complicated code and manipulating all kinds of fricked up variables. It's not something you can half ass, and it very much has to do something that's not a repeat of some other article on the site.
As such pretty much most, if not all of the oataphysics and meta artickes are made by people who can afford months in building up their stuff or are made by absolute monsters who breathe ludicrous coding as one would oxygen.
IP fails the world, we're in the process of eroding it as we speak. Now get back to me in 30 years and you'll suck my toes.
