It's not so much raw power boosting as it is more experience and skill. Also JH wasn't necessarily a rookie. Surprisingly, the one in Pred 2 is a rookie.
Elders are about reaching 1000 years while Ancients are 1k+ iirc. Elders would have already killed several Xenomorph Queens by themselves. Ancients would be at the top of the food chain and most likely in the Council of Ancients, overseeing Predator Society as a whole.
We have not seen much of Elders or Ancients even less so in combat situations, but when we do, they usually always kick the most ass imaginable.

Apparently Excalibur and most other Warframes are around City to Continent level strength, so it would be the worst stomp in Death Battle history if they fought Building-level Genji.

Like I said, they retconned many plot points in the original games, including giving Aya her DT-like Xtasy form in Origin when it had originally been introduced in Z2 Chaos, the latest game in the original timeline. Origin's Aya is likely just as powerful as Chaos' Aya. So no, Juliet still wouldn't stand a chance unfortunately. She stands more of a chance against maybe early 2004 Aya, the very first game's iteration, since in that game she just begins her career as a zombie hunter while in Origin, Aya already has 2 years of zombie-slaying experience under her belt before the events of that game.
But Juliet is also capable of crazy bullshit too.

If you care about quality, Z2 Chaos and Origin are the best and most readily available games, available on PS4 and Steam. Steam has a summer sale going on, so check em out there if you play PC. If you play PS4, only the deluxe edition of Origin is on sale right now.
If you don't mind a game of lesser quality but is also readily available on Xbox Store, there is Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad, which was recently given the Xbox enhancement treatment, so you'll be able to play that game in 4K (I think) and 60fps.
Every other game is must either be imported, second-hand bought, or emulated.

I don't think it's necessarily the characters themselves that DB might object to, but the matchups themselves. Aya vs Juliet and R.Mika vs Tina are similar because one of their main draws is the sex appeal. Out of the characters you mentioned I'd say that Ivy's episode and maybe Chun vs Mai had a degree of fan service to them, and those were from the first two seasons.
