It depends on if Dio can drink Alucard's blood and regenerate. If so, Dio can endure the onslaught and punch his way through 2 million bodies. Otherwise, if there's some incompatibility between them, Dio will run out of steam and die.
Frankly, Alucard's just a number machine. He has no real superhuman oomph behind his abilities. Even destroying a building requires him to attack it in very mundane ways, demolishing the foundations and letting gravity do the work. I know Hellsing is cool, it's chuuni kino, but it's not a powerlevel series at all.
There's an argument to be made about Alucard's stats. He sliced Dandy Man's card in midair and with an knifehand strike, even if it carved his arm in half that's still damn impressive since Dandy Man's cards could blow up stone staircases and destroy military helicopters. He also fricked Anderson up with regular punches in his weakest form and in the anime Anderson was bulletproof. Meanwhile Dio doesn't really have much in the way of direct feats, and SP isn't exactly the powerhouse of powerhouses street-tier wise

Good points all around. Firebenders can part large flames, but there's a limit to that which Father can probably output IMO, and poofing out flames is better than redirecting them. Father is more versatile and probably more physically imposing, since there's no way in hell I'm doing that Avatar lightning speed scaling crap or scaling Ozai's flames to how many tons of rock Earthbenders can move around... but I digress again. I still think lightning could be Ozai's winning condition because of how quickly he can muster it and how willing he is to use it in the first place.

Chara asking Asriel to absorb their Soul so that they could escape the Underground together. Which lead to both of their deaths and further developed Chara’s hatred for everything). However the two of them heavily contrast in the sense that Eminem chose to honour Ronnie after his death, and even managed to make amends with his mother (Headlights). While Chara…well they killed Flowey/Asriel once they no longer had a use for them.
They were both taken in by highly respected people (Dr. Dre for Em, Toriel and Asgore for Chara) who treated them as their own and helped them along the way. But this didn’t stop the two from continuously betraying their higher ups by murdering them multiple times (Eminem has killed Dr. Dre on many many occasions. And Frisk, under the influence of Chara, has had to murder their foster Mother and Father over and over again).
Both of them hate humanity for very different reasons (Chara presumably because of the waging war between Humans and Monsters. And Eminem because of censorship, the way the world treats him, and the way the world treats everybody else.)
But afterwards they used their hatred as an advantage by eradicating everything (Chara wanted to kill every last monster and continue their genocide outside of Undertale. While Eminem uses all of his hatred against his attackers in his music, which is why he is considered nearly untouchable.)
Both of them think very highly of themselves, and consider anything below them as pathetic. Even being judgmental and mocking towards the audience at some points (If you refuse to destroy the world at the end of Undertale, Chara will scold you and do it anyways as a spit in the face. And Eminem uses his music to directly insult the public and their opinion of him.)
They both take the form of an average human (Frisk and Marshall Mathers) whom they use to do their deeds.
Both of them are described as literally being Soulless.
They both call themselves some sort of Supernatural title (Chara labeling themselves as a “demon that appears once you call them”, and Eminem calling himself a lot of things, including but not limited to a, God, Demon, Alien, Monster).

Both having a specific type of bladed weapon (True Knife for Chara and a lot of knives for Em, usually a Machete or Chainsaw), As well as having very similar abilities such as Possession and Soul Manipulation (pretty self explanatory for Chara, while Eminem has many lyrics alluding to him being able to take over the minds of people), Time Manipulation (Chara has the reset which allows them to back-peddle through time. And Eminem has a lot of lyrics suggesting he can time travel, specifically in songs such as Cinderella Man and Rap God). And as the first connection stated, Resurrection. Along with many other shared abilities.
Additionally, Eminem was also considered the “King of the Underground” as in Underground rapping, and guess where Undertale takes place.

I was wrong before when I said lightning earlier, I meant time. Reinhardt has moved faster than air itself at one point. A combination of blessings and sword training from the age of 5 means he simply dodges everything. All of his blessings are also in addition to several other abilities, like mana absorption, mastery of hand to hand combat and other weapons simply by touching them, and divine blessings we don't know about.

That's the realm of the no-limits fallacy, lad. Things are immune to something insofar as the highest showing of immunity. Usually as far as "most energy", like hottest fire or something. Immunity to water, particularly Percy's, is a bit unusual though. Ideally, water immunity works up to the highest amount of force you've been seen to have survived. But generally Percy isn't fighting people that throw water at him with force sufficient to crack continents. It is admittedly tricky to establish an upper bound.

I mean, if you're the Elemental Master of Dog, that's a somewhat reasonable assumption.
He can also heal himself and cure poisons if he's near or in contact with water, although I don't recall him ever doing something as drastic as regrowing vital organs or severed limbs. Against most people whose main or only method of attack is throwing water, he has a decided advantage since he can heal with using their offensive attacks and probably has a pretty high tolerance for how strong a water attack he can take.
Maybe against Noelle. But if say, Aquaman or Sailor Mercury hit him with one of their stronger water-based attacks would he survive those? There is always an upper limit. Noelle might not reach it, but it does exist.

Going back to my previous mention of water pressure, I don't believe it'd negatively affect him. However let's say that it is able to harm him, wouldn't he just get healed up the second he's engulfed? Think of it as a train hitting you, but you heal at the exact moment of impact.

There have been several instances where Percy's ability to control and heal with water has been overwhelmed or ignored. I think there was a venom he couldn't cure, and his control over water I think doesn't work on the rivers of the Underworld. Unfortunately, those are useful for frickall in terms of establishing an upper limit since they appear to be more due to mythical bullshit than raw energy and force. But it does mean there's a point where his water immunity can fail.

I'd probably attribute this to the massive amounts of soul juice polluting the rivers. If I had to spitball an upper limit though, I'd say his control over water is only about 50-70% as powerful as Poseidon's.
Is what I would say if it wasn't for the fact that as I was typing this, it turns out that Percy has created a hurricane on two separate occasions, and also once created a wave large enough to destroy a portion of a massive glacier. Doesn't help establish an upper limit but it shows how high his hydrokenisis can potentially go.
Well then a larger, stronger electrical based attack will hurt you. Someone like Cole Macgrath, who literally eats lightning, got fricked hard because his future version had much more oomph in his electrical attacks.

Rooster Teeth didn't allow him to give Weiss a brutal death though, because they own both, RWBY and Death Battle.
At least some of them got to do some cool stuff before perishing.
Bayo was allowed some effort and dignity in certain scenes.
