It's genuinely pathetic to watch this man that never moved on past his 14 year old rebellion. An eternal manchild.

i know youre baiting but religious apathy from natives creates a vacuum that will be filled by an outside ideology. Not just because its a vacuum but because there are not enough christians that will make the outsiders feel uncomfortable pushing their own religion too much.
Muslims feel no shame pushing their religious crap in an atheistic society but will back off if they see people of other faiths being dominant

this was true if 100% of englishmen were atheist gays like Ricky here. But they certainly arent. they are in fact Christians. and yet it got ENgland where it is now. so it meant jack shit in the end. you cant push made up bullshit forever. Islam too will fall one day. Christianity just fell sooner.

            >Islam too will fall one day
Exactly. There's going to be a Muhammad Gervais edgy atheist comedian in the UK who will essentially be the next Richard Dawkins/Christopher Hitchens except for Muslim immigrants. I think instagram is already doing a good job of turning Muslim women into prostitutes, so now it's just a matter of picking up the rest of the pieces with "edgy" comedy that will propel this paradigm into the mainstream.

            yes most englishmen are """""""christian"""""""
as in officially christian but dont believe or live by it as the average muslim does by a mile.
As I said, the better term is religious apathy
even the ones that go to christian church arent that much with it

like 10% of England is Christian, unless you are counting people like me that are baptised, went to a Christian school but sure as frick are not Christian and were raised by liberal, agnostic parents. Nobody here actually believes in it. Whereas even fairly casual muslims I've met mostly very much follow their religion.

As someone who's had a girlfriend die I really wanted to like this show, it pretty accurately shows the pain of that and I found it super interesting. What plssed me off was that 95% of it was an excuse for Ricky to inject his edgy views on religion in a heavy, hamfisted way. It's easily the worst of all his shows for it.

I liked some of his stuff, I guess especially The Office. Watched that special today and frick me, he has just become the meme version of himself. He seems to think he's being way more clever and edgy than he is.

    I'm an atheist myself btw.
