This Tec run is boring shite. It’s the same issue over and over: Batman gets bested in combat and has to be rescued + Azmer shite.
At least the Batman run is in an interesting place with a broken Batman who has to hide his maimed member to his family. Grantes it will devolve into a shit CatBat war but at least stuff is happening
She told him in an old issue of Birds of Prey as I recall, but I don't know if that got rebooted out at some point. He'd already worked out the Batgirl stuff but wasn't aware of Oracle.
I was a huge fan of hers and I have to disagree. The Nu52 broke something in her. Watching your entire body of work get erased has an effect on someone. Her work stopped being fun and turned into what you'd expect from your stereotypical woke scold. It's always been progressive but it never had that sense of puritanical disgust until then.
As a writer, it's always baffled me that others would take such ownership of shared characters. They're just on loan to you while you write for the company, it's not like you have any ownership under corporate rule.
Gail Simone has always been pretty shit but she became super-shit in the past 10 years. It was a steady fall it wasn't just New 52 as much as I know that some fans love to blame everything on it instead of acknowledging that comics have been on a downward spiral for at least two decades before it.
It's been years but I think it's pretty much the final arc. The last issue in particular the characters became completely different and got these nonsense endings like Scandel deciding on polygamy.
I want an elseworlds where he tells Batman he can find the Joker's corpse in a tunnel under his estate.
As an aside I also would like a joke elseworlds where everyone knows Batman is Bruce Wayne (and he always disappears when Batman appears) despite him denying it but it's actually another guy (maybe even Matches Malone) watching over Bruce because he's always targeted because he's rich and everyone thinks he's Batman.
>Jim has worked out practically every secret ID just from starting with Batman. >doesn't tell anyone because he doesn't want that kind of heat on him. >And he can always throw out a hint if he needs to knock a god off their pedestal or something.
During the Joker comic and once again hinted that he knows that Batman is Bruce.
he revealed he had known for a while in the Joker book a couple of years ago.
i'm preferring this dec run to the concurrent Batman run by Zdarsky

Like the other anons said, he mentioned it offhandedly to distract Batman in the 2021 Joker book.

It did get rebooted, and now he figured she was Oracle on his own.
I'll post the pages when anon is done with his storytime.
Alright, so this is how Gordon reveals that he knew in The Joker (2021).
Love a shocked bat face
I love March's Babs, but thus far he hasn't topped this cover yet.
Babs needs to show more cleavage in interior art.
Sam Elliot Gordon makes more sense than it should
Maybe in the next one.
Yeah, in BoP #89 Batman shows up to be a dick to Barbara. Jim defends her.
Really wish we could get a proper BoP running again. Jim could be a fun character to bounce Canary off of.
Here we are, BoP #89, partial storytime because it was in the middle of a whole story arc.
Partial storytime over. There's more chatting but there's plot as well. Just read the whole run, it's great.
it literally doesn't matter
Why?
>Birds of Prey #89 (writer Gail Simone art Paulo Siqueira 2005)
>Joker #2 (writer Tynion/Johns art March 2021)
Gail before she became terrible too.
I think she still has it. She's just got a shitty twitter mindset today.

Reading Secret Six it was like a switch was thrown. You could see moment she completely gave up.
Which issue?

But when issue?
I hope he suits up again sometime. It would have been awesome seeing JimBats for a night out with the Batgirls.
