Billie's established to be a vegan at multiple points just incase you missed it and eventually she visits the lab and gets mad about Umbrella having rabbits there saying animal testing is illegal and PETA wouldn't approve. Thus they decide to break in and inadvertently let a rabid dog out. I was really hoping the thing would tear her neck out but not such luck.
This isn't the worst thing I've ever seen but it's such an absolute nothing. It's like... empty space with "COMEDY!" written above it. There's a comedic 'tone' to it but none of it is even vaguely funny in any way.
I didn't know this line was coming when I watched this episode, and I physically cringed while hearing it, and had to rewind the episode to make sure I actually heard what I thought I heard.
This might be the single worst line of dialogue I have ever seen in anything.

That episode is literally where it all fell apart. It was boring with the highschool shit before yes, but they really ruined all potential it had once Billie became a power ranger villain and that it pretended the game lore existed before the series when a flashback to 2005 shows Arklay mountains still exist.
i watched it so you don't have to: the best part of the show was when the two brats were running around the house solving stupid puzzles, all of which were ripped from the actual game. other than that its a total snoozefest with the occasional hamfisted internet reference and namedrop

what you need to do is write the post then open up youtube while not logged in on another browser and go to the same comment section and see if your comment is visible under the most recent comments.
If it's still visible under another account 2 minutes or more after posting it then it probably passed the filter and other people will continue to be able to see it.
