I'm not saying he doesn't have fans but I am saying if you compare them to fans of a mid-tier franchise like X-Men or MonsterVerse he ain't putting those numbers of bums on seats or even close and if you asked the average casual fan of any of those three whether they saw the last three movies in their chosen thing, X-Men and MonsterVerse would be significantly more likely to say yes than an Adam Sandler Enjoyer would
It was sadly profitable, though a FAR cry from the success that was the first film. I'm gonestly shocked they're even going to bother with this, between the trajectory of the Maleficent films and the Disney LA line in general, the chances of it turning a profit are slim.
