yes if you have kids and a re junkie you should have your kids taken away from you. My cousin is fricked due to his junkie mom
But Chrissy had money. Your junkie friend doesn't
He was a tragic character, and he was also an butthole.
He had constant opportunities to turn away from the mob. He knew what he was doing was wrong. He sacrificed a woman who loved him. He killed a waiter for no real reason. He scammed people and disrespected people. He shot a guy for standing up to him rather than letting him cut in line. We knew him and for that we loved him. He had normal human emotions.
>
He should have died sooner.
he also frick his cousin gf
The shitheel in the bakery was wrong and got what was coming to him.
He did-dent
kino
anyone with a nose like that deserves worse.
They all deserved worse.
Almost every character on the show deserved an awful death. Pretty much Melfi, Artie and the kids are the only regulars that didn't straight-up deserve murder. And even then, they were still garbage people.Bobby and Hesh maybe weren't complete monsters too.
Forgot Ade but man she was begging to die
What did Carmela ever do to anyone?
bought juice with too much pulp
Artie pointed a gun at a mob boss, tried to have an affair with a made man's wife, smacked around another guy on his crew, and basically got Tony scammed for 50k it's a goddamn miracle he didn't get killed
Hesh was israeli
They were all pieces of shit. The show is kind of overrated tbh cuz we have to sit there and stomach these fricking lowlives and the show glorifies it all. I'd say Charmaine was the only one with any kind of character and moral conscience.
She was the biggest monster on the show. Unironically worse than Tony.
>glorifies it
lol they were all moron frickups and the show mocked them for it constantly. the new jersey mob was absolute bottom of the barrel shit that wished it wasn't so awful at its job.
>Bobby
He was just as much of a monster except he was a pussy on top of it, frick him
Adriana was sweet and I didn’t like seeing her get abused or killed.
Absolutely agree.
Yes
Tony gave him an ultimatum in season 2 to either dedicate your life to the mafia or freely walk away. Chris ultimately chose the former and completely sealed his fate. He also had a second chance to leave with Adriana into witness protection but gave her up. He weaped what he sowed
*reaped
He stirred what he crusted
he reaped, then he weeped
Yes. He was a stone cold murderer. They all were. They all deserved death.
Did he really had potential to become a top player in the mafia if it wasn't for the drugs?
No Chrissy was a fricking idiot drugs aside
he had the nepotism option open to him however he was a frickup and moron.
that being said "deserve" is bullshit commie nonsense
Isn't the point that every character in that show involved with the mob deserved to die?
He was weak. He was outta control. And he become an embarrassment to himself and everybody else.
Chinks did this?!
YOU WANT A SMACK IN THE MOUTH?!
Many that live deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then do not be too eager to deal out death in judgement. For even the very wise cannot see all ends.
Junior was right about wanting to kill him
Most of the characters on screen are violent and remorseless killers. So the vast majority of them deserved to die violent deaths themselves, including Chris the gf beating, jumped up little macho c**t with a handcanon and a terrible temper. Frick him.
It's interesting as a portrait of actual evil. It's not purely coldblooded. I think much of it is extreme selfishness with a lack of limits.
that nose, its like a natural calliope
Says the crypto-jew.
Shame what happened to Chrissy and the car ride, whatever happened there
He deserved to go to prison. Not get killed by his psycho uncle whom he trusted like a father
despite being groomed by Tony to be the next new jearsey boss he thanked him by making him the main baddie of his movie
kid was a fool
he didn't deserve it. but he also didn't deserve any better either.
these guys don't operate on logic, principles or values. they just do what they want and twist things around to make sense at the end of the day. violence breeds chaos and the world becomes impulsive and haphazard. you can try to thread a reason why someone deserves this or that, but it all falls apart and becomes arbitrary
consider uncle junior when he shoots tony. its because of dementia. but tony still tries to craft some narrative around it. how he must be faking it because he really wanted to kill tony. he spins the idea around over and over. only when he goes to visit junior and sees that junior has completely lost his mind does he realize what really happened.
i think this vignette is a metaphor for much of what happens in the sopranos and how we should be careful to interpret it.
Yes, Dolan's murder was the sealer for me.
No. Tony was an out an out devil in that last season n a half.
