Anne is overall generally close-combat focused though a bit more balanced in that regard, and, having a driver's permit already, has some experience in operating vehicles, so she wouldn't necessarily need something like the Mobile Trace system to operate a machine. Given these, and her decent skills in swordfighting, it would depend on how Real/Super you want to go. Grungust, Alteisen, Mazinger, lot of punchy and stabby bastards, shit you could probably put her in an Atlas and she'd be fine.
Sasha on the other hand would probably not have as easy a time as Anne in actually operating a mech. She's close-combat focused, but to an even higher degree than Anne is, so she would work best in something that takes some advantage of that. A G Gundam Mobile Fighter, a GxS Armor like Dann of Thursday, possibly the Arbalest, maybe something like the R-1 depending on how the gem magic shit works with it. Or could put her in an Axeman for shits and giggles.
Marcy most likely has the most options out of the three. She's overall the most technically minded of the three, and she's more balanced than Anne or Sasha, with a slight inclination towards agility and ranged weaponry. There are a good handful of Huckebeins, Gundams, Labors, Zoids, probably even a Brave or two that could fit that description. Or hell, put the girl in a Mad Cat, she'd have fun with that, and it makes Clanners seethe.
